Just tried the kiwi star fruit refresher! Super delicious and well refreshing. The line was long but it went super fast. Got our usual drinks as well and service was great at this location.

To be honest, I was desperate for coffee and the other spot I frequented in Orem has gone to the dogs. So, I decided to go here and Im surprised to say, I was very pleased with the coffee and service. Im positive I will be coming back.

Sat in the drive through line for 35 minutes. NOTExaggerating. Don’t go here. What a joke

I enjoy the all the drinks they prepare, but the sandwiches…always looks like they are just thrown together.

Used the lobby since the drive through had about 20 cars in it & I just had one simple drink. I waited for the over 15 minutes for my one drink, and by the time I got out of the lobby the entire drive through line had already been helped. They either need better baristas or a more efficient system it was a mess.

Every time my friends and I come here to do work in the lobby, the manager is always on one of his employees. Its actually kind of uncomfortable because he seems to degrade the staff there. He also got the cops called on him a couple weeks ago so now we wont be going to this location due to how uncomfortable the environment is when hes there.

Even if that long line seems daunting....dont let it deter you! Theyre super fast! The employees are so friendly! I love this location.

I don’t really have an issue with any of the workers there, They’re all usually really nice and easy to communicate with. It’s the drinks that aren’t that good or don’t have everything put in them as they should. They’re also always out of some of the ingredients for most of the drinks that I’ve tried to order. They make you pay full price for a drink but don’t even give you all of the ingredients for whatever drink you order. I’ll probably avoid this Starbucks for now on.

The employees are polite and efficient. They always remember my name and my order which is completely unnecessary but appreciated. I have never seen the inside of the building less than spotless.Coffee is about $5-8 for me. Milk alternatives are an extra charge (something like 70 cents). Snacks are $2-4. Actual food such as sandwiches around $5-8. Sandwiches are good but small for the cost. Let someone who doesnt like pesto buy a sandwich and then offer it to you once they remember that they dont like pesto.

I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher. I usually go here and they get my order right and everything’s fine but I think they forgot the dragon fruit part of my drink😂 that sucked but I mean it’s fine I guess?? It’s like yellowish water. Thanks

This Starbucks is really good. The drive thru is quick easy and convenient. It’s really fun when you’re a regular and they know your name. Puts a big smile on my face.

Went here at like 7:00 pm and then found out that they werent serving anyone at all due to understaffing even though I saw at least 2 workers in the store. So they got paid to do nothing and just sit in there.

This place was clean, and nice. The service was fast. My drink was exactly how I liked it.

Great meat pies, delicious pastries. I have never liked macaroons. Theyve always been to sweet (candy-like) for me. But the macaroons here seem more tolerable, like a certain homemade factor that makes the sweet less harsh. Service here is second to none. Some of the most sincere service Ive ever had at any place of business.

I LOVE MOBILE ORDERING!If I didnt order ahead, Id end up waiting forever in the drive thru thats always busy.... Its my favorite location and not just because its closest to me, but because they make my drink the best 99% of the time! Nobodys perfect, but they come pretty darn close!

Definitely can taste the difference from auto espresso machines vs real manual espresso machines.

Sorry but i must update this. They are still friendly and nice. But they are ALWAYS closed. Its suppose to be closed Sundays and Mondays but they usually also close randomly on Tuesday-Thursday. Also for some reason the coffee or latte or whatever you order is luke warm and not even filled to the top as ot used to be. This has happened a few times already this past two months. The latest I ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream, no whipped cream and not filled to the top. Might as well not have this location anymore!

Got here at 9:20pm and doors were locked, employees closing up. The door says store closes at 10pm and Google also says 10pm. Please update store hours online and on the store doors!

It’s disappointing for how much people pay for Starbucks that there is an utter lack of consistency. I just paid $5 for a cold brew with sweet cream on top and it looks like I’m drinking milk with a teaspoon of coffee added. Mega bummer. Raise dem standards, I’d literally be embarrassed if I had to hand that to a customer.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. Once youre in the drive thru theres no changing your mind. Such a waste of time..

Starbucks done right. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast. The have a drive thru and even a Clover machine.

Nice clean Starbucks. Drive through option and outside patio seating. Bathrooms are clean and everything well stocked. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about drinks.

Not my best experience with Starbucks. Drinks were decent but the drive-thru line was a tad on the slow side. Id be willing to give this location another go if Im in the area.

Lack of customer service. They give you a nasty drink. Then duplicate the nasty drink instead of fixing it.

I love cold coffees

They do good drinks, but they are incredibly inconsistent with when the store is even open. They have the store closed randomly during the week and rarely are open like their store hours say they would be. Is it too much to ask as a paying customer for management to get their stuff together and have a consistent schedule?

Not sure what the problem was but the drive-up window was REALLY slow. And still, the drink was great and the girl at the window was super cute with a genuine smile.

I visit this Starbucks quite frequently (albeit less with the pandemic).My experience has been positive every single time over the last 3 years of visiting.Without fail the employees are always so kind and the one and only time they have ever messed up my order, they realized it before I could even say anything and corrected it.I would recommend this location any day!

Slowest starbucks I have ever been to, and Im a loyalists. It was staffed with 6 young adults who could care less if you were there or not. They were rude and were standing around while the slowest of the bunch was helping us. I will be avoiding this location like the plague. Coffee was good though.

The people who work here are very kind, but the store hours are constantly changing. I have shown up a handful of times throughout the past few months and they seem to open/close at a different time every day... it seems they close at 5 now, but this isn’t listed on their storefront, google page, or starbucks app- those say 10pm.

The cold look from employees is just the start of a bad experience. Cup full of ice with a little flavoring, the food was warm but tasted old and reheated.

I never cared for SB but recently in living there iced black tea. My daughter in law works there and she rocks.

You can’t sit down, but you can stand right next to the table. You can’t drink a coffee while waiting for your other one to come out. But it’s ok for 15+ people to be crowded around the area waiting for their coffee. Ok!

Why does it take them sooooooo long to fill an order?!? It’s coffee and tea people! It’s not that hard! Also, when you FINALLY get your drink, it’s usually wrong.

Order breakfast sandwiches and the middle was cold bacon was not crispy I ordered coffee with whip cream they forgot the whip cream. I was not happy with this visit.

Had a terrible experience here. After waiting through the 15 minute drive through, we drove up to the window and the guy said we couldn’t order at the window, and would need to go through the drive through again, which now had an even longer wait. Very bad customer service, would never come here again.

We were just passing on our way to Park City and did the drive through . Very impressed with the friendly server. She was very cheerful. We ordered the chai iced latte with 1 shot of expresso and it was on pointe.

I love their caramel fraps. They are delicious. And my mom loves the vanilla caps.

Showed up at 7:40pm and walked in, and all the employees were just standing in the lobby and said “Oh, we’re closed,” so I walked out of the store thinking I misunderstood the hours, but I checked and they should have been open till 8pm. People were waiting at the drive through station confused with no one there to take their order. If something went wrong, I understand closing early, but there was no explanation, and once I got in my car, all the employees got in their cars and went home. Kind of seemed like they just decided to head out early.

I just despise Starbucks during covid. They are on the news, hailed as an example through the covid epidemic, yet the are the biggest corporate hippocrates. They are right up there with Walmart when it comes to the lazy covid practices that they follow.

I love Starbucks. This location is great and the workers try really hard to get you through quickly.

This used to be my favorite starbucks, but the last few months, me, and Im sure many others have been so disappointed. Your service has gone done so much. I get McDonalds level service from the kids youve been hiring. You dont even have the decency to update your hours or put up signs for your customers on most days. So many times weve gone there and theres a long line to your drive thru, only to find out its closed.

The starbucks line was long but thats to be expected. The staff were extremely friendly and Im not a big coffee drinker. They helped me with finding the right beverage for me. Great customer service and quality coffee!

I’m very disappointed with this specific location. I use this location on a regular basis and they always seem to be out of Nitro Cold Brew in the morning hours or the machine is broken. Also, this location will randomly be closed during normal business hours. Well on my trip on 8/26 and 8/27, the same thing happened. I had the barista make me something similar and it was way too sweet after they assured me it wouldn’t be.This specific location has lost my business and I’ll use another location going forward. I would assume if a large company is successful, I would assume and recommend replacing the machine or invest in having multiple machines in case one breaks down.I am not one to leave disappointing reviews, but this location seems to be on the downhill of running a successful business location.

Coffee is fine but they’re randomly closed for no reason. I literally have no idea if they’ll be open or not any given morning because they’re so inconsistent. What’s the point of having business hours if you’re not open during those hours? It’s not like they don’t get enough business because when they actually are open there’s always a drive thru line that spills out onto BOTH State St and the Maceys parking lot (which often causes some confusion as to “who’s first” when these two different lines actually get to the drive thru) and they’re one of the only Starbucks in town. Drive thru is insanely slow, be prepared to wait at least 20 mins if there’s some cars in line. I’ve seen employees inside just chit chatting, but the doors are locked, even though it’s 3+ hours after they say they’re open. Give me a break.

Id give it a big fat zero but not an option. I wIted in line for thirty min. Id have left, except I was trapped by the cars in front and behind me. After waiting for thirty min, I couldnt get anyone to answer the drive through, after waiting for five min longer (35 min now) I decided to try the window, nobody ever came to the window. I attempted to call, nobody answered the phone. I watched a skinny blonde girl, wearing an apron go in while I was waiting in the drive thru, so I know I saw an employee? The hours claimed they were open, yet no service! I was really furious for having 40 min in total of my time wasted for absolutely nothing!

Went on 4/3/2020 to get a coffee, the drive thru line was pretty long so I stopped behind the last car and patiently waited, I had been in line for about ten minutes when an employee came out, I noticed he was gonna put up the closed sign up, no biggie I figured he would put it up behind my car, two minutes later the manager comes storming out, I didn’t hear cause my window was closed but she proceeded to speak to the people in the car in front of me she had them back up and leave, us as well. Apparently they had closed at 10:30, it was 10:33 I had been in line since 10:20, yet I had to leave I wonder if I had been able to be in the store would she had just kicked me out too? That to me made a big enough bad impression to give this store the rating I’m giving it.

Pretty alright coffee, the staff is always friendly, which is a huge plus. The drive through is really slow though. I’ve never waited under 10 minutes in line and it’s usually more like 15. And once you’re in, it’s not like you can just back out and change you’re mind. I know this really isn’t a huge deal, because what is time, really? Just some friendly constructive criticism.

Im averaging around 40 mins waiting in the drive thru each time I come to this location. Also unpredictable hours and days they are open.

Terrible service. I have showed up several times in the morning and they are closed even though the website clearly states that the have been open for 2 hours.

Loved this new Starbucks. Very clean, fresh, modern. Nice quiet ambiance. Lots of people meeting, reading, working. Staff was friendly and punctual. Wish I lived closer--this would be the one Id go to all the time if I could!

This location is continually out of items for specialty drinks like the salt for salted caramel mocha or the smores whipped cream.. instead of telling you about it they make it anyway without the item. Just tell the customers if you are out of a key component of the drink.

No issues really. Except if you could make the Grande size a little bigger so it actually can be considered a medium size, that would be awesome

Starbucks is simply great! You can get a warm, or cold drink. And there is a large variety to choose from. So there are chooses for the days you are trying to be healthy and those days you simply need sugar.Additionally there are some yummy desserts to choose from as well.And lets not forget the neat Starbucks mugs etc. that you can purchase.This Starbucks offered great service and was very patient with my husband that could not make up his mind on what to order :)Further there are seating spaces inside and outside.All in all this is a great Starbucks to come to!
