We took our kids here to get some new books to read and I just love how big of a selection of childrens books they had on top of the huge selection of teen and adult books. Theres definitely something for everyones tastes. My kids found ones they really liked, and we got a few pop up books for our toddler. Theres also a small cafe inside so you could order coffee and snacks and sit at a table while you read. Its a nice quiet atmosphere and just a really cool bookstore to visit.

I love the smell of a bookstore, and when you add a café smell on top, it makes it into my happy place. Huge selection of books, helpful staff, and a fun friendly atmosphere. They are doing a blind date with a book promotion that is super fun (see pic). I love visiting this location, but I do tend to overspend.

I love reading! I can always find what I need at Barnes and Noble. The staff is very helpful and prices are good. Plus I love the smell of coffee and books! I will always go here before checking anywhere else for my books. Plus they have other fun items, like puzzles and toys that make great gifts.

Nice place if youre looking for books or a place to chill by yourself. It just feels like a new book if that makes sense. The associates go out of their way to find you that book that you cant remember the name of and have excellent recommendations.

Wow, what a selection! We were able to find every book we were looking for (although they werent too difficult) and many more! The staff were helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us. Their cafe makes the whole store smell wonderful, and the overall atmosphere is such a vibe.

My son is 29 and on dialysis, and very very ill. This is his happy place. And the employees there were so amazing. They are so quick to ask if you need help, and really work hard to help you find what you need, want, or didnt know you want. They also strike me as really liking their jobs. Thats rare. Theres something so relaxing to me about going to a bookstore and just walking around. So I love making a trip to come here every once in awhile. The staff is always very helpful here and they usually have what Im looking for in stock. I usually can find books cheaper online than their prices, but book shopping online just isnt as fun :)

This place used to be a heaven for those who love books. But sadly, it is falling prey to Amazon, ebooks, and increasing masses of people who are generally too lazy and uninterested to read. They really cut down on the amount of books for sale on the shelves, and now seem to sell just as much or more volume of of non-book items than they do books. Your bathrooms have needed a remodel for years, and they seem like they are generally just waiting around to go out of business.On that happy note, I have to say the employees are actually very helpful considering what they have to work with!

Not crowded. Fast, efficient checkout. If the employee we ask for a recommendation on the new releases had been able to give a couple it would have been a 5 star visit.

I love books...and LOVE Barnes and Noble. This location was okay. Ive been to better. Their selection wasnt great and the employees didnt seem too enthused to be there. Not a terrible experience but, not a great one either. Sidenote: not all employees seemed blah the guy that checked us out at the register was great and lively.

Bookstores are hard to find and B&N is the biggest in town. I enjoy a small local bookstore occasionally, but can almost always find what I want at B&N. The cafe is a nice convenience.

The staff here are superb. They bent over backwards helping find a specific book and to accommodate people during an author signing. The selection cannot be beat by any other brick & mortar. I recommend this place to all.

Excellent place for books but as a customer it wasnt fun to shop in.. the associates looked visibly stressed and I understood why.. the manager was up there butts about customer service.. to put it bluntly she was constantly telling them to get moving.. even in front of customers.. I was asked so many times if I needed help that I started to feel like I was being stalked to keep the manager happy.. it didnt make for a very pleasant experience.. I feel for the associates, they seemed nice just not happy. I might visit this place again down the road and hopefully itll be a bit more positive experience!

Barnes & Noble is essentially Amazon’s showroom since they refuse to price match. We ended up buying a three books that were close enough in price to Amazon to justify buying from the store. If they were willing to price match we would have purchased three or four additional books but I just can’t justify spending literally twice as much as Amazon has them listed for.

Books books and more books. They have tons of books. Also a music section and games and puzzle That’s new to me. Come get your legos and stuffed animals. Almost anything book related you can find here. If they don’t have your book they can order it and it’ll be here in a snap

The bookstore that keeps the wife happy. They have new books, journals, planners, and coffee table books.

The manager, Jami, is so helpful and kind. Im not much for bookshops, but she made me feel welcome, and not an outcast.

Helpful staff will guide you in the right direction or let you wander through the store. Amazing books to discover, games to play, and music to select. Always organized, usually busy, but never crowded.

You walk in to these stores with the bursting smells of new books and good coffee, you walk the aisles seeing so many tomes of knowledge, philosophy, and imagination, you can even find great games and puzzles for family and friends for home and parties! Barnes & Noble forever has my loyalty and my respect! Never leave us B&N!

Really good selection of all kinds of books. A personal favorite of mine is their selection of graphic novels and the criterion collection blu-rays. Unfortunately they do not price match and the majority of the items in their stock is less expensive elsewhere.

Online ordering and pick up is super fast

On a few days before Christmas the lines were really long. The staff was pretty helpful and friendly though. I really love Barnes and Noble. They have a great atmosphere. I hope that Amazon doesnt compete them out of business. So I try to get stuff from here as much as I can when I have a choice.

I wish there were more locations across the valley! The store was well organized & clean with a great selection. There weren’t any chairs out (that I saw), but I’m guessing that’s a corporate COVID policy. Either way, can’t wait to go back!

I mean, I love real books in the hand. And I love collectors editions. Sometimes you pay more but not that big of a deal to me.

Ive recently discovered that Barnes & Noble has a great game selection. Most games are priced comparably to Amazon and other game stores. Im pleased with the variety they have both of traditional games as well as more advanced legacy type games. Books are still oftentimes a bit over priced, but this has become a new date night stop for my wife and I with so much variety!

BEWARE: The wont give you the online price for books here automatically. They do not also automatically respect their own in-store 20% off stickers at the register--you have to demand they follow those, too. Books ring up full price regardless of what you read online or see on the cover. You have to demand it or buy online and pick up in store. Just a heads up. They will fix it for you if you ask, but you have to ask--its not a given.

I was extremely happy to find 1 single copy of the book I was looking for. Overall the staff was helpful, it just took some time to find someone to ask for help. Maybe the fact it was a busy Saturday...

I got what I needed quickly. But the young customer service workers were rude when I asked where the checkout was. One man said, its right in the front...you know, where people check things out? (Sorry, I didnt know because NOBODY WAS THERE.)Also, right before I approached customer service, they were loudly discussing controversial political topics. Not a good look, especially for customer service representatives who are supposed to make your experience better.

It was very busy, but staff were available to help me find the book I was looking for so a quick in and out was easy. Looked like it would be fun to browse like everyone else, because it is well organized.

Went on December 23rd. Very busy store but the staff still took their time with me to personally recommend books to give as gifts for my family. They were very organized with the lines as well. I felt secure as we social distanced and made my purchase.

Barnes and Noble is the place every book lover dreams of. From the double doors at the entrance, to the smell as you walk in, to the Starbucks café. Everything you need is here. Plus signing up for their membership ($25 a year) is worth it for sure if you go more than once a year haha

Barnes and Noble Orem always has signed copies from Brandon Sanderson which is awesome.

The world needs more book stores. Im glad Barnes and Noble continues to provide excellent service and a place to look at and buy physical books.

Ive been buying books from Barnes & Noble for years...with the way things are going there wont be any more book stores. I shop here when I can to try to help keep them open. Always get good service when ever Im in the store.

Staff is always super helpful and the store always reminds me how much I love books.Good location with food nearby, but why grab a burger when you can hang with free WiFi and enjoy the bakery inside.Games, journals, pop culture items, and, of course, so many books.

We went in to make an exchange and the cashier was helpful and kind. They have Pop characters if youre interested.

Worth the trip.Great selection, I feel like they understand their potential clientele. The staff were super helpful, very polite and considerate. The wide selection made each person in my family happy.- Well laid out, but could use a bit better signage, less marketing and more here is the stuff- helpful staff- fairly calm environment- wide selection of books- wide selection of book adjacent stuff (toys, board games, puzzles, music formats, ect)- textbooks- how-to books- standard bookstore stuff (history, literature, sci-fi, mystery)- Manga- US comic books- great selection of Cook Books

Every employee is so helpful! I purchased a “don’t judge a book by its cover” wrapper book and I love it so far. It’s such a fun program and you should definitely check them out when you visit!
