Always look at your service receipt and match what was done vs what they said they did. These technicians often check your things as good when they are not. This has happened 3 times now. They checked 5 which is perfect on my brakes. They actually need to be changed. Checked good on my horn, but it hasnt been working in months. Said they rotated tires, but the same tire that has a slow leak for a year is still in the same spot. Remember, the warranty you paid is being shortchanged so just throwing money away with sub standard service. Hold these people accountable!

Unfortunately my experience here was the complete opposite of the rest. I had a 9:30am appointment yesterday to get my rear brakes done. Despite having an appointment it took an hour and a half to get my car into the shop.I was quoted $995 JUST for rear brakes, which left me dumbfounded. I had a coupon for a complete brake service, which was quickly shot down, and was then told they could drop it down to $550 if they ordered non-Ford parts.I was told that Id get my car back by 2pm. That changed to them saying 4:30pm, then changed to needing it overnight and that itd be ready by 9:30am this morning. That changed again when they ordered the wrong parts and kept my car until almost 1pm. My quote of $550 ended up actually being $655.Labor here is $140/hour, just a heads up.I will personally not recommend this place to anyone.

There is nothing quite about it. They close for lunch, you bring your car in but must leave it to save your appointment time. You might as well make an appt. At a shop or got to jiffy lube. We left.

Was told 2hrs to get truck in the shop 2hr past not in the shop so I went to the counter and was told after his guy gets back from lunch he will get on it. which would be at least another 30 min before he even got on it. So I said I cant wait and he said sorry my guy had to patch some tires, assuming he was saying thats why his guy was behind. 2 hrs is a long time to wait but that was my choice. The issue i have is that they could have came to me anytime before that and let me know that they where getting behind and gave me the opportunity to leave oand come back another time. Instead they just assumed i would be ok waiting another hour to even get my truck in not including another hour for service. Not sure how it works down there but apparently there guys lunch time is more valuable than mine.

I arrived on a Saturday morning. I only had to wait about 20 minutes before they could start on my oil and filter change. Very courteous staff and clean waiting area.

They are very busy, but you dont need an appointment. Also, they caught a major issue that a lube shop would not have caught and could have caused me to end up in a ditch or worse!

Went in for a bulb replacement. I had already purchased the replacement bulb. Called prior to going in. Was told it would be $70 plus tax. When I arrived I was told it would now be $100 plus tax for the same service. I ended up going to Walts Point S Tire in Yelm. Was charged $21.58 for them to replace BOTH bulbs, only took them 15 minutes. Quick lane told me it would take them about 45 minutes to replace one bulb. PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I went in to get my tire checked cause it was low..never been there before they checked it and found a nail they patched it and fixed it for free I will definitely be going to them for any of my needs fast friendly people with being helpful their first priority

Service was quick and cheap! I paid 65 dollars for a oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off, and inspection. Places in the same auto mall have charged me upwards of 90 for just an oil change. The guys that work here were incredibly friendly and personable, I will most definitely be back for oil changes in the future and potentially more work if need be.

I went here to get an oil change, took about an hour and a half. Thats too long for an oil change. I did their full service package which I had a coupon for from their website. When it was done, they broke a lug-nut from doing a tire rotation and was quoted around $800 to fix. So they broke something off my car and I have to pay for it? This was my third time here and it will most likely be my last time. Customer service was fair, environment felt like a frat house type environment. Employees can come off as know it alls. I dont understand why they have more front desk staff than technicians, it shouldnt take that much staff to help people.

I went in with a coupon for 49.99 for oil and tire rotation. The guy at the desk turned me away because I didnt print the coupon. The coupon was off their site. I think it is ridiculous that I have to waste paper printing a coupon on their webpage. I ended up going to Titus Will Chevy, and they accepted my coupon on my phone. The oil was full synthetic instead of a blend too. Better service at the Chevy shop. I wont be going back to the Fast Lane Ford. Losing a customer over a printed copy seems like a poor business choice.

I went here for about a year until my wife and I moved. Donnie was my main contact here and he ALWAYS took care of us, as did the other gentlemen I worked with on the occasion that Donnie was out. If you’ve ever moved before you know it can be pretty expensive so anytime I went to Donnie I asked him, “out of everything you found, what’re the fixes I could do myself?” (In an attempt to save money). He was always incredibly transparent with me and even went out of his way to remove a “labor fee” here and there to save me my time and money. Now that I’m in North Carolina I’ve already found a Quick Lane here and I pray that Donnie’s reputation is the standard across all of them. I won’t be going anywhere else!

The front bolt joints of my Ford truck had gone bad and they replaced them for me. The staff were very friendly and professional. They served me well and in a timely manner. Their price was also better than two other estimates I had received from two other shops. I will definitely use the services again with no hesitation.

We have been taking our cars here for a few years now and always appreciate how quickly they get our oil change and tire rotation done. They don’t try to sell you a bunch of small upgrades to jack the price up. They are honest and cost about the same as valvoline but they also rotate your tires. (valvoline does not). Worth the drive over to the west side for us to use them over any options in Lacey!

Guys at quick lane are always honest and direct with me. They clearly dont cut corners and are professional about what they do. Relationship with Ford and Goodyear means a great road hazard warranty and no crappy tires. They found a leak in my tire that 2 other shops couldnt find. When it was time to replace them I came back to quick lane and couldnt be happier. Not the cheapest but definitely the best around. Also better hours than their competitors. Thanks!

Great service, but a strange (for me) experience. Instead of leaving your car and having it serviced, you stay in the vehicle. You will wait your turn in line, then drive over their open pit garage bays and wait in your car while your car is serviced. The employees here are helpful and knowledgeable and perform extremely well.

They always take great care of my vehicle and dont try to push extra services on me. They let you know the current status and what could be coming up. They give you honest suggestions and advice.

This is my go-to place for every oil change. Their full service package doesnt cost any more than other places and includes tire rotation. Ive never felt pressured to buy extras, and when it has been offered theyve never argued with me. Cant say that about most other places.

They won my business.I stopped there one evening. I was unaware it was closing time. The reason was a low tire. The employees stayed over filled all my tires with air. Inspected them visually and found a nail in one tire. They took the tire off and patched it with no charge.

Great place to buy tires! Saved me $300.00 easy!!! I originally went here for a nail in my tire. Off and on been there for brakes inpection, tire rotation all free. My tires 60k all weathers and hands down cheaper then every place in town!

Pretty sad with my experience today. I have been going here for 3 years for oil changes. went in for an oil change and asked them to check my tires because my low pressure sensor came on this morning. half way through the oil change they told me that I have a screw in my tire and that there are already 2 patches on the tire, so they can not fix it. Then they tell me that since my car is AWD all wheel drive, I cant replace 1 tire, but I have to replace all 4. they had a quote already done up for $1000.00 in tires and wanted approval to put them on now. I called Les Schwabs and they said they can patch a tire as much as the tire can take as long as it is in good shape and none of the patches touch. I took the tire to Les Schwabs and they repaired it, tested it and sent me on my way... no cost. I understand wanting to up sell, but they lied to me to get more money out of me. I wont go back. that ruined it for me... you just lost a customer. It pays to be honest...Pretty bummed that this happened.

I had a semi emergency , needed 4 new tires, now !! They were less than an hour till closing. They helped me , and acted like it was OK to run late for me. I really appreciated the service, availabilty of product and professionalism.

I stopped here for an oil change because Ive had good luck with other Quick Lanes and was ripped off. Even though there was a coupon good for the oil change I wanted I was charged full price and then the guy at the front desk tried to convince me there were all sorts of leaks and things wrong with my car including a bad battery. Since my battery is less than three months old I took it to a mechanic I trust who tested the battery and told me it was at full charge. They make up problems to upsell you.

They put tires on my truck that they said would fit and didnt even check if they rubbed before I picked up my truck. I left and got a few blocks down the street before I looked in my side view mirror and seen smoke coming from my front fender Wells where the tires were rubbing on upper control arms. Took truck back and left it there with the promise that they know how to operate the interlock ignition and told me not to worry. Came back again to get my truck and they had a fail on the interlock device. I took it to my interlock company so they could reset it and I got charged for the reset. Quicklane refused to compensate me for the reset fee. Not a way to run a company and I will never do business with them in the future. I ended up buying new wheels and tires from Les Schwab with no problems.

This place is great! The prices are reasonable, the staff are knowledgeable, and they don’t pressure you into products you don’t need, thanks, guys!

I was very stressed out about what my truck was dragging underneath it. I was hours from home and brought it in to Quick Lane 1st thing on Saturday morning. They put it on the rack and had it fixed in 5 mins. apparently a skid plate came loose and they reattached it for free. I can not begin to describe how relieved I was. No bs upcharges or selling me stuff my truck doesnt need. my only regret is I dont live closer so I can always take my truck there.

Took longer than they said it would.Stripped 2 of my lug nuts and put the others on so tight I had to get a breaker bar and jump on it to get them lose. And they didnt re learn my tpms sensors.
