Daniella did an excellent job! She’s not only an amazing hairstylist, but just a wonderful person in general. She is very trustworthy and very detailed. We discussed how I wanted it to be done, and I felt that she really listened to me and wanted to understand what I was going for, also added her professional suggestion. 100% recommend her!

Ive been seeing Niecy for months and she is just amazing! My cut is flattering and the color is perfect! Its such a fun color and she does a great job every time. Niecy is an absolute joy to work with and I look forward to the color creations she does with my hair. Worth every penny.

It had been years since I did something different with my hair. I was nervous but wanted a change! Daniella was amazing! She listened to my wishes, was professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I knew I wanted to try balayage but needed help with the color choices. You can see the dramatic difference in my photos... my hair looks beautiful! I am so happy that I decided to take the plunge! Called to schedule an appointment for a relaxer on a Friday. The appointment was for Sunday. I arrive to the salon, they walk me back and sit me in the chair, to then tell me they dont even have relaxer and this will now be a consultation. It would of been nice to receive a call earlier, or maybe when I even made the appointment telling me you dont have the products you need, so that I dont waste my time driving over to literally spend 2 minutes and have to leave. No consideration for someones time.

They are amazing!! They were closing in 5 minutes, seriously 5 mins exactly and I just needed my bangs trimmed cause I really goofed them up badly. I was leaving for Las Vegs in a couple of hours and they gladly cut my bangs and did a wonderful job. Thank you so much. I will gladly come back again and it was only $5 to get my bangs trimmed.

I have only seen Mia for a cut and perm twice. Great cut, care, and precision! Helped me pick out shampoo, the best products I have used! Love her!

Parris is amazing!! Truly! A previous stylist at a different salon had messed my hair up pretty bad and Parris knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. She has a lot of experience so her knowledge is extensive and well worth every penny! I’ll never go anywhere else! Beyond that, Everyone here was wonderful! So friendly and accommodating. It was a Wednesday evening and the entire group there was like a family and I instantly felt at home. Like I said, I’ll never go anywhere else!

I LOVE RyanI came in wanting to cut a bunch off my hair and get new lowlights and fix my roots.He would only cut off a few inches at a time and check with me to make sure it wasn’t to short before cutting more (I cut almost a foot, if not more, off). He gave me the cleanest “rough cut” I’ve ever had that way he didn’t have to mix more color than needed - and so I didn’t have to pay for color that was just gonna get cut off anyway. Then he brought out a binder with a bunch of sample colors so I could pick the exact colors I wanted. I’ve never had a stylist be so thorough and thoughtful to make sure I get exactly what I want. I appreciated it so much and I absolutely love my hair! I will definitely be seeing him again!

I would not recommend this salon to anyone if you care at all what you look like when you come out, not to mention your bank account! Lets just say I spent $300 for my daughter and I to each have a layered balayage and hair cut.Mind you this is about a 3 hour process, so I booked our appointment a day in advance to ensure there was plenty of time for what we wanted. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The colors I wanted were supposed to be a mocha brown with caramel highlights. I even showed (Sue) a picture of what I wanted however, this is NOT what I got!?!I went IN with dark blond/light brown hair and came out with bright red hair and 4 orange highlights (what she called peek-a-boo highlights), more like hide and go seek highlights, again NOT what I asked for!!! She then cut my hair by pulling it up in a ponytail on the top of my head and cutting downward if that makes any sense.By the time she blow dried my hair I was mortified and on the verge of tears. The lady (SUE) that did my hair said take my opinion, it looks good. It will grow on you! She then put a curl (1) in my hair to show me the potential it could have, trying to convince me that it looks nice. I asked her kindly to please fix her mistake and again showed her the picture of what I wanted.At this point she is getting upset and said she doesnt have time, that she has another client. In the end I still had to pay for this awful service, unfortunate for them they lost a customer for life.As for my daughter she too came walking out as if all she had done was a hair cut, you could hardly tell she had her hair colored.You might as well go to Walmart and buy a box of hair dye and let your 15 year old daughter have at it.

I have been trying to get a specific hair cut since I moved to Washington in 1999. I explained it to Debbie and she knew exactly what I wanted. She did a terrific job!!! Only took 19 years :( but at least Ive got what I want now.

Miha cut my hair and did a fantastic job. She is so precise! I have long hair and got tired of hairdressers cutting it by feel. I would always end up with a crooked cut. I told the receptionist that I want a hairdresser who is precise. They listened and put me with the perfect stylist. I will definitely continue to see Miha! I have been going to JCPs salon for about 10 years! Such a great place.

Ive taken my mother in law many times over the years no problems they take her back and shampoo and cut her hair . Today we got a young lady we ask for her to cut it and shorter. She didnt know how to do that without a picture I guess lack of experience and insecure but we just left out of frustration and dont plan on going back.

Clean, efficient service that understood my request and did a great job with my hair

Just got my and daughters hair cut, colored and eyebrows. Both turned out wonderful and I was told it would be about the same price as last time which was about 8 weeks ago. So I pay a hefty amount then get a phone call an hour later stating I owe 65.00 more that they forgot to charge. I came back the same evening, live 40 min away and paid. I wont be back prices have gotten crazy. Also why the services charged separately at higher rates when last time for the same thing was less. No answer given, just pay the bill.

I am not a regular regular. If that makes sense. I am extremely emotional about my hair and rarely go to a salon.... but when I want to do do something, its dramatic and the desire to do so comes in a very short spurt which means I NEVER have an appointment. Its more like now or never because I am so indecisive. I rate a Very high 4. Like 4.999999. And I do so because in my visits Ive always been able to get worked in quickly or taken right back. When I cant get it they try to wiggle the very next best spot. All the ladies listen and give their professional opinion. Sometimes I take it, sometime I dont but the experience is always a great one. I have always left happy and feeling like I was treated well. Keep in mind this is a salon in a department store so its meant to go quickly tastefully and get you onto your day so if you want like uber slow and quiet relaxation time, maybe go to a private salon. Or come not on the weekends. Not a complaint, just and FYI for you sensitive ladies with needs lol

This was the worst haircut of my entire life. I asked for a small trim of less than a half an inch and five inches were taken off by accident I left crying over the loss of my hair and the staff did nothing, only asked for money for it. For ruining my hair. If you care about the way you look at all do not get your hair cut at this salon. Go to a salon with friendly staff and more expertise and seriousness in their career. After all, we are paying them.

Got perm, hair was still straight, went back a week later for a redo, hair very mild curls and all the hair around my face is still straight as a arrow! Not enough solution, or she just completely missed my bangs twice. DONT RECOMMEND! Also charged me $35 for a tiny trim across the top. 🤦 Never again!

I am so annoyed. Dont ever have Ryan do your hair. He screwed mine up so badd. I came in to see if he could lighten my hair to my root color. At 1st he seemed very confident and was willing to do it. The day that I got there he had wanted to change everything around and was very confident in doing a Baylage, even though I had salon dyed dark Brown hair, with light Brown roots. He told me it was going to be OK and despite my worry about how he was planning to blend that, he assured me that it was gonna be fine. It wasnt find. He left bands all over my hair, there is no melt, there is several different colors in my hair now, some high lift areas, that look more like chunks then fine highlights. He had me come in again so he could correct it, still not corrected. All he really did was tone me and it was supposed to all just be fine. There is huge blaches where they were supposed to be highlights, everything is extremely disproportionate. Nothing looks like a professional job. This job was definitely the worst that I have ever gotten from anyone. He still left my roots, that are a completely different color than the bottom part of my hair as well as the chunks and highlights he left in, it looked like I had a 11 year old do my hair. I spent almost $200 to now have to cover it somehow, and spend another couple hundred on getting this fixed. He fried my hair and screwed it up for my money and nothing for me in return. Absolute worst hair stylist where salon Ive ever been to. Should have gone to the beauty school, they would have done a better job than t
