Great products, makes my wife and daughters look even more beautiful. A bit expensive though.

Was looking for a particular perfume. They did not have it but showed me where I can find it. Very courteous staff. Good selection of merchandise . Store is well organized and clean. Pleasure to shop here.

I’d like to first start by saying this was probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time and I wasn’t even shopping for myself. Stopped in to pick up an order for a customer and from my entrance to exit my experience in store was great. From the woman the that helped me as soon as I entered, the other associates that made sure I was finding everything ok and to gentleman at the counter the checked my out, the entire team was awesome. Greeted with warm smiles and great atmosphere. I wish remembered everyone’s name but the entire staff that was on duty with Victoria did a great job. Customer service done right. I will be returning.

My 1st time at your new store. Love the layout, extremely clean and Devon and Mandy were a delight! Both were very helpful to my friend and I; great advice, wonderful suggestions and really helpful. I found my new favorite lotion too!

I went into the store on a mission: moisturizer, mascara, sea salt hair texturizing spray and... the dreaded... search for a new foundation and try to find the right color. I quickly found the first three items and then started fumbling through the store when a wonderful sales rep named Taylor greeted me politely asking if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for: a BB cream for oily skin that is all natural and won’t break the bank. She guided me to the ILIA products display and explained that it has the certified clean stamp of approval, and a lot of customers rave about the quality of the coverage as well as how good it feels on their skin. Now the big issue: color matching. For a lighter skinned lady, I have a very warm complexion so color matching can be tricky. Taylor worked quickly and efficiently, grabbing about 5 different colors to test on me. She followed safety protocols to a “T” and was so helpful and friendly through the whole process. I didn’t feel like I was a nuisance or a bother at all, and genuinely felt like she was in this color matching journey with me. Turns out my color is Bom-Bom!

Good experience here today at the Olympia Mall location, the girl D’Lana was friendly and helpful! The store looks nice and clean and beautiful too. Easy parking and access to the store! Thank you.

Nice and clean store. All of the employees were nice and offered help, except the person at the register. They were so rude someone had to almost swoop in and be nice to save the situation it seemed like. I asked about getting my birthday gift and they said, ok what do you want? I said, what are the options? They said, where it says birthday gift. I said, getting frustrated because they seemed annoyed for no reason, where does it say that?! And it just seemed like I was a burden and they could have been a lot nicer. Basic customer service. Another employee came over and explained my choices and what the products did and I appreciated that, but the register clerk did not have to have such an attitude. I prefer Ulta, I just wanted my birthday gift so I made a purchase to not seem cheap, but I do not like going to Sephora.

Love the Mascara there..Better than Sex and Damn Girl are both as good as they claim..both are 12.99 ..small tubes fantastic brush..

Went in there for the first and last time today. You will literally be asked what you are doing and if you are okay at least 5000 times within the first five minutes. I made one lap and got straight outa there.

Ladies here are really helpful. Very knowledgeable about products and willing to help you find one that will work for you the best. Love the ability to try anything in the store to make sure it will work for you. I have avoid having to buy products only to return them because of sensitive skin. This store is better than the other beauty sore because of this.

Firstly theyre open yay practicing social distancing today eight total customers in the shop allowed. And as always the customer service was excellent. I buy makeup about once every four years and then pretty much forget how to use it and they are more than welcome to give me instructions every 4 years lol And they never make me still feel silly or old or like I shouldnt be in a makeup store lol theyre great!

The girls there are very rude and unprofessional. I was in there for my first time and heard a lot of good things about there makeup so I figured I would try it out. When I walked in, no one said anything. When I went down one aisle and seen a sales rep to ask a question she walked right by me. They were all gathered in the corner chatting with all there friends. Even the cashier was rude. Never said hi or even a good bye, have a nice day. I will never go back to that store again. I was very disappointed. They lost out on a good customer that could of been.

Every time I have been to this store, Ive been treated with nothing but respect. The employees color matched me and grandmother and helped both of us find perfect foundations. They are always asking if they can help. Most of the time I say Im fine, but I do deeply appreciate them checking on me and making sure I know all the products Im looking at/looking for. Lovely people. Lovely store.

Have gone in multiple times and spend a good chunk of my paycheck every time I go in. But to the point where I rather risk it and order online from the companies directly than deal with the service I receive. I work in the mall and will come in WEARING MY NAME TAG occasionally and get treated like I’m trying to steal. As a customer I shouldn’t feel like I’m trash or less than while buying product. Then when I try and get help they don’t want to talk to me. If you are young or don’t look like upper class don’t waste your time in there.

The ladies in this Sephora are so helpful and hilarious!! Really wish I lived closer so I could come chat with these girls on a regular basis when I need my makeup.They also knew what they were talking about too one helped me with my foundation and the other helped me with my lashes and gave me good tips! Madison was especially hilarious.

I like the store location and easy parking, the store itself is very nice and clean , the downside part is the people are so pushy to get a store credit card, not attractive at all. Olympia mall location!

Every time Ive been to this store Ive had superb customer service! The ladies are extremely helpful and they dont hesitate to show me items that are equivalent to the quality and that wont be so hard on my budget. Im seriously impressed with these girls! They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and passionate about the products! Ill be a customer for life!

ZERO STARS!My wife and I went into this store today 11/23/2019. She wanted to try makeup on and just overall have fun with different makeup she hasnt tried.The female employees here will harrass you and constantly stalk you. I dont understand how they feel doing this time of harrassment will allow people to make a purchase.Completely felt molested coming in here!NOTE: We will be addressing this to corporate and JCpenny Corporate.

Zoe the associate is so awesome! I usually go to Ulta because the associates have always been a little more helpful as I’m not really well versed in makeup when I get it for my girlfriend and I walk in to Zoe instantly greeting me and helping me pick out everything I needed!! It made me want to start coming here instead of Ulta and I’m very appreciative of her help! If she’s not a manager she should be! Very attentive, very nice and has an amazing attitude! She was also helping some other associates with things and it was awesome to see the multitasking skills while still being helped! She wasn’t too pushy and answered all of my questions! I went in today, looking to drop some money on make-up. Lately, Ive been getting back into make-up as an artist and moving up from drugstore stuff. I was very excited to see that there was a Sephora in JCpenney so I could go in person instead of ordering online. I had a few questions, when I got in there right off the bat, and I couldnt get an associates help. It wasnt until I started looking at an expensive brand line that someone came over to assist me. They seemed friendly, until they color matched me for a foundation. Once I was matched and picking up the product and a few other things, I asked about a lip liner a friend advised, and the lady who was helping me than snapped that she had already given me a service and couldnt help me anymore. I was then appointed a cheap liner that was clearly broken. When I asked about it, I was completely ignored. I just wanted to write a review that as a average consumer this was a terrible experience for me. I walked in with no make-up on and clearly walked out without any in hand.

I went in on a whim because I was in a lot of pain due to a severe reaction to E.O.S lip balm that caused my lips to crack, blister, and swell and I had forgotten my petroleum jelly at home while out and about. I was already miserable, and a little apprehensive going in since I went in looking a little scraggly (bare face, pony tail, jeans, winter jacket) but figured Id give it a shot.The lady I asked for help was amazing (I wish I had caught her name) and she suggested the Laniege Lip mask that usually runs $20. She seemed to sense my apprehension, having just had a horrible run in with product, and offered me a sample to take with me for me to try before investing in it, and also suggested a personal favourite of hers that helps with what Im going through thats also a safe bet.I can 100% say I am going to be returning to buy the full product since after just a day of using this and my lips feel 10x better than they did before.Thank you so much for being so helpful!

BENEFIT BROWBAR @ JCPENNYA week ago, I had the pleasure to meet *TRISTAN*. I was nervous to get my brows done because she wasnt the go-to girl I normally see but I NEEDED my brows cleaned up! So, I gave it a chance and let me tell you, SHE MADE MY BROWS BOMB!! She was talkative, but it felt like we were girl-friends, she made it FUN, EASY, and EFFICIENT. Shes AHHHHMAZING, she tells it how it is, and she let you tell it how it is too. Shes a great person, I WILL BE RECOMMENDING HER to my friends, coworkers and strangers. THANK YOU, *TRISTAN*, I WILL SEE YOU SOON! That outstanding service isnt done there, after my brows were done, of course you got to keep browsing at the makeup, duh! I saw there was foundation from Huda and I had to try, *MADISON* came to my rescue and sample the colors on me. She made the experience FUN, SUCCESSFUL AND yet again felt like one of my BESTES. We were talking about Halloween makeups, funny stories about covering pimples ha-ha, it was FUN! She gave me samples which is awesome because I always feel pressure to purchase a product, but this wasnt the case. *MADISON* youre GREAT, I will be in soon to get that Huda foundation because it was a bomb color for me, you match my face very well! After all the help and service, I was ready to check out, I was greeted by *MARIA*, she was kind, helpful and efficient. You three made my day fun, stress-free and easy! Sephora is a place to find high quality make up and fragrances. I dont usually shop here because its way out of my price range.

The service here is absolutely horrendous. The few times Ive stopped by Ive never been greeted nor asked if I needed help by any of the sales associates. Not a huge deal since Im a makeup artist myself but... this should be the standard. Recently I stopped by with a friend to take a look at new products. We decided to purchase a few things and stayed a few minutes past closing (4-5 minutes to be exact) and one of the cashiers (blonde/average height) CLOSED HER REGISTER and started counting her money. This was weird since she was helping another customer a couple of minutes before we walked up. She immediately told us sorry they were closed and wed have to come back. She said this 3 times to each reply we gave about the lady checking out beforehand. As we were kindly putting things back, one of the JCPenney girls (another blonde) walked up to escort us out of the store without asking what happened, just a were closed, where did you park?. The next day my friend and I went to the Ulta store close by and purchased our makeup from the helpful staff there.
