It is a passenger rear door window some thief broke trying to get into the car. The window is laminated so no luck there. I have used Auto Glass Fitters before and will again.

I filed a claim for glass replacement for my vehicle. Auto Glass Fitters was an approved mobile option through my insurance.I would definitely use them again. It was so convenient to have them come to my home. There was some sort of foam seal thing or whatever coming up from the bottom of my windshield which the tech fixed while replacing my windshield and he also fixed a piece of the rack on top of my car that had popped up.So really, he did his job and then some! Very pleased.

Whoever was working at 1:56 12/29/19 refused to give me a price estimate on my Jeep. I was hung up on and completely blocked from calling. I was respectful and in no way rude. My car was broken into last night and I need to get it replaced today. This greatly affects my day. I have a 2 month old that can’t ride in the car my wife and I share to get to both our jobs because it would be to cold this time of year. I wish I could give 0 stars

Olympia Washington area office shut down.

Not happy they replaced my glass on my 03 Dodge ram and there was a alarm system brain on the windshield. The guy didnt put the brain to the alarm system back. Not the truck wont lock.

Someone was hanging up on me to the same day!!!! I call and and dialed 1 during the automated message and when the guy answered he laughed and said “bye” all I said was my name.
