Kevin was AMAZING! He communicated every step of the way and was very compassionate. Theyre was an issue with timing only because of the fact parts took a little bit to get there, but Kevin handled it very professionally. By the time we got the car he met is personally and was awesome. Would definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of doing business with Doug Sample and his team at Capital Collision Center in West Olympia. The front fender on my Colorado was damaged in a collision, and these guys really took care of it. I received a quote in no time, and I was scheduled for my repair. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and I was updated on the repair daily. Not only did these guys help me with my fender, they helped me with a bad headlamp assembly that they discovered in the process of replacing my fender. We were able to do the whole thing on one job. Best service Ive ever had, and I wont hesitate to come back. Its been a good month now and the repair still looks as great as the day it was finished. I honestly cannot tell that any work took place, which is the mark of real craftsmanship. Trust this team to do a real quality job.

Brought my Honda Crosstour in for repair after seeing they had good reviews. Had damage to my lower bumper, splash guard under the engine and air conditioning. Hit a fallen deer, on a dark rainy night after work that fell in front of my car. So this could have been much worse. Took three weeks to get my car in, which thankfully I was still able to drive until that time.Only issue was no air conditioning and bottom of the bumper looked crunched. No noises or leaking fluid.Picked my car up after 10 days. Two days later the first rainy day discovered it now made a horrible squealing sound when I drive through the rain on the highway. Which they refused to claim responsibility for when I returned. They charged my insurance for parts they didn’t replace, which they credited one after I warned them. Then billed insurance for factory parts, when they told me after me begging for factory, they only use after market.Their marketing is they have a 100% satisfaction and cover their work. Not true. Wish I could add video and pictures of their work.

They repainted my hood after I got a few scratches in it. They managed to perfectly match the paint color and metallic sparkle. You can’t tell it was repainted at all. I’m very impressed with their work. I honestly can’t even tell the difference between the hood now and before it was scratched.

I know the circumstances involving repairs anywhere will vary greatly depending on degree of damage etc., but if I could give these guys TWELVE stars I would! I arrived a tad late after closing, they still let me in to drop the vehicle off. Got the part a day earlier and finished the repair a full day earlier as a result. Through it all, Ryan was calling and updating me as things progressed and when it was time to pick up I was again there at closing time and never any hint of a grumble. This isn’t a place that you’ll hopefully need very often, but I wish that every business paid as much attention to the little details of customer service that make this place one of the very best-run businesses I’ve ever worked with—wishing these guys continued success long into the future!

Kevin was absolutely fantastic to work with during such a hard and difficult time while dealing with being in a car accident; especially with my husband and I not living in the same city where the actual accident occurred and where our truck was being repaired (my husband works out of town and was involved in a Hit & Run accident; they found the guy who didnt have insurance, was under the influence of drugs, wasnt driving a vehicle that was registered, nor was it his, he also took off; so long story short it was a high stress situation to deal with in the first place)...we live over 6 hours away from Olympia, WA and cant thank Kevin and his team enough for EVERYTHING they did for us even that far away...our truck looks amazing and you would never be able to tell it was involved in an accident that caused well over $7,000 worth of damages!We highly recommend Capitol Collision Center for any repair work needed, if we ever had something happen again (fingers crossed it doesnt) we would definitely come back to Capitol.

Capital Collision Center exceeded all my expectations. I have never had to use a body shop before but after an accident, my insurance company listed them as a preferred shop. I read their online reviews (which were great) and decided to book an appointment. As soon as I met with them, I was so impressed with their professionalism and communication. They finished my vehicle earlier than anticipated and then I was kept informed throughout the process via text and this great link they sent that kept me updated on where in the process my vehicle was. They communicated directly with my insurance and were super clear with me. What could have been a stressful process was made much better by how great they were to work with. I will absolutely use Capital Collision again and will be recommending them to friends.

Id recommend Capital Collision to anybody. I had to take my Mazda 3 in for some body repairs, my first time getting any repairs of this nature, and Kevin was very patient and friendly, answered all my questions, and walked me through the whole process. Their live updates are handy, my car was returned to me on time, and everything they worked on looks brand new. All-in-all a great experience.

Had to have the lift gate on my 2017 Honda CR-V repaired. I had very high expectations for the repair, and I’m happy to say that Capitol Collision met those expectations. My repair was completed 1 day ahead of schedule for the estimated cost. They send text messages to keep you informed on where they are in the repair process. Every person I dealt with was courteous and respectful. Highly recommend this business.

Anthony saw me in follow up more than 6 months after our car was rear-ended due to the blind side sensors suddenly not working again. Poor customer service from these guys. I have been doing business with these guys for a long time. I brought my vehicle in to get repaired a couple weeks ago and the customer service was awful. All they wanted to do is to argue with me about the billing. I had a complete estimate from them before I took my vehicle in but they wanted to charge more. I finally had a conversation with Rick the manager and he did fixed the problem but he seem like he wanted to argue with me too. Seems like they have gotten to big. I will not be doing anymore busy with this body shop and will not be referring people here.

I first discovered Capital Collision Center after a poor quality repair at another shop 5 years ago. They listened to my concerns and corrected all the work the previous shop did poorly. The car had a tinted clear which is very difficult to match and they did an excellent job. Since then I have had other work completed there and have referred friends who have all had incredibly good experiences. Capital Collision Center is by far the best for quality work and great customer service. They make sure the job is done right and put customers first. Highly Recommended.

What a nightmare! This place has all the big corporate glitz—fancy new building and high overhead, etc— but don’t expect customer service or communication. I have had a terrible experience. My rig has been there for almost a month. It was supposed to be ten days. Then they needed another two weeks and now they need another four days. They know I am beyond perturbed but nobody cares. Their real clients are their corporate Insurers. I may share my nightmare with my insurance company who referred me there in the first place. Horrible experience:( Will never darken their doors again.

The staff here are so nice and easy to work with! Was rear ended the 16th and USAA as well as Capital City Honda recommenced I take my CRV here. Dropped it off the 29th of October and it was ready for pickup in the morning on the 1st of November. I feared I would be in a rental for a lot longer since I needed a new bumper and tailgate so it was a nice surprise that it only took a few days. My vehicle looks good as new and I’m so pleased with the results. And thanks for cleaning it!

This place is not professional and I dont recommend it. They charged my insurance company $1800 for fixing the dent, but they returned my car, without cleaning it and there was white powder everywhere in my car. They ordered the part and but got wrong one, and asked me to come back again after few days. No follow up, no phone calls, so I have to call them back again. They got the wrong part second time also. So I never went back again at this place and I sold my car with negative equity of $6000.

Over Promised and Under PerformedI dropped the car off on the 28th of September and had to get a rental car in the meantime. On their written estimate it says: Days to Repair: 5 So on October 4th (6 days, 4 business days later) I called to see when I could pick up the car. I was told The 5 days is from when we BEGIN the repairs... and said that due to various delays, the repairs would not START until October 11th and that my car, which I brought in on the 28th for a 5-day repair will be ready on October 16th. They are very busy. And its obvious that they really dont give a s*it about any particular customer.Update: The repairs were not completed on the 16th. The promised completion date was pushed out to October 25th. It is now October 29th and they just told me it will be a few more days.

Where do I even start?Got rearended a few weeks ago. Im still relatively a new driver so I was told by the third party insurance (USAA) to go to this location. Everything was pretty good and dandy at first. Front of staff are very nice. They tell me to drop my car off at 9 am on a Monday but I later called and asked if I can drop the car off early (like the day before) and they said it was fine and that there would be envelopes and paperwork for me to fill out and could drop off through a slot. I get there Sunday night, no paperwork or envelopes. Seems like they didnt stock enough or something. Was pretty annoyed by that but decided it was probably a simple mistake and would just let them know when I went to drop the car off on Monday morning. Talked to front desk girl and I got no sort of apology for there being no paperwork left or anything. She also let me know that they would keep me updated via text. The only text I got from them was a welcome text. So I go to work after I dropped off the car and my co worker informs me that usually in cases like what I went through, I should have been able to rent a car for the trouble it would cause me to get to and home from work, was never offered such a thing here, but Im willing to take the blame on that one because maybe its a service I have to ask for.So on Tuesday, I get a call at like 3:45pm telling me that my car is ready to be picked up at 4:45pm (mind you, I got ZERO updates via text) but I was still at work and asked if I can get it around 6, was told no they close at 5pm so my car would basically be ready 15 minutes before they closed?!?! And then I was also told about a check that I had from usaa to give to them but wasnt informed about any of that at all until that phone call. So I am totally scrambling trying to figure out how the heck I need to get my car back in that time allotment. I decided to call and ask if they can pick me up from work, take me home to get the check and back to their place and they did manage to do that for me which I am grateful for. And the person who picked me up, Zack, is fantastic, A+ kid. Sweet and genuine guy (the reason why I am not giving this place a one star) Listened to me rant about all this. So I get my car back finally and some things feel a little off. First they jammed all my junk in this compartment in my car and shut the lid which I wasnt able to open without needing assistance and one of my accessories in my car is broke (Im not mourning it too much but I just bought it and dont understand how it could have happened?)Anyway, Im bummed. This whole thing caused me an unnecessary amount of stress. I hate being that guy and writing bad reviews but this was just appalling to me.

Took my brand new Nissan in for service repairs after being rear-ended and insurance claim was to cover cost of repairs - obviously there was miscommunication between Capital Collision and USAA insurance. Im not 100% satisfied with repairs since this is a new 2016 vehicle with no previous defects. Real issue is with front office staff for causing a stressful and embarrassing situation refusing to release my vehicle after final repairs were made. Insurance sent me a check to cover costs, I cashed check to go pay Capital Collision but bank would not release the full amount of check, I tried explaining this all around and was ready to make a $1,000 payment and come in in two days to finish paying when the rest of the funds were released. In a busy and crowed office the woman said NO, if you dont pay the full amount due now you cant have the vehicle back. Poor customer service. Please, find someone else to repair your vehicle. There are better companies and nicer people who deserve your business.

Terrible experience.I was recommended to CCC through State Farm Insurances service selector tool. I took ny car in for an inspection and upon inspection that there was an ignition interlock device in the vehicle, and I would provide instructions on how to deactivate it. He said no problem and directed me to the front desk for scheduling.Day of the appointment arrives, I drop it off 30 minutes early at 8:30am. Again, I politely remind them there is an ignition interlock device, and you need to call this number to deactivate the device. She says, ok and writes down the number. I leave thinking my car is going to be fixed.Mechanic D calls me and lets me know that I need to leave a few extra plastic tips so they can blow into the device. I told them they shouldnt be doing anything with the device besides deactivating it. Mechanic D tells me we dont do that and then proceeds to tell me that theyre going to charge me $115 for going under the hood and deciding they didnt want to do it. After many phone calls back and forth between the insurance company and CCC, some of them with mechanic D speaking on behalf of State Farm (which is very wrong according to them), mechanic D finally tells me, come get your car, I dont want to work on it.Spoke with Manager R and he stated they dont normally deal with ignition interlock, so its a liability issue. Funny, not one of the 5 other employees (quote adjustor, mechanics, receptionists) seemed to be aware of that. They only found out AFTER they already started on my car.Terribly communication. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.

Capital and two other shops were recommended by my insurance company State Farm ... I should have gone somewhere else as this company has no real security protecting your already damaged car. Additionally, they dont give you the facts until you finally let them know how you feel about the way they hide what has happened. I initially called and was told I would have at least a one to two week wait until I could get my car in. I said to their receptionist that I thought I would try one of the other shops ... she said all of them were busy ... so as Capital was nearest to my office I told her to call when they could take the car ... the car was drivable and they called a week later - I brought the car in on a Wed the estimator said it should be done by that Friday. When i did not here from them on Fri I called and was told my window had been smashed ... at that time they said the drivers side but they were not going to report this to my insurance - even though they could...they were going to take care off it but it would be all completed by the following Thursday - another 6 days paying for a rental car. I called them on Thursday to check and the estimator now said to me he was going to have to keep the car until the next Monday but was pushing it back to Friday just for me - but it was suppose to be fixed by that Friday! It was at this point he informed me not only the window was broken but it was broken in the back and my glove compartment had been stripped of registration, insurance card and all service records including my manual ... oh and they had seen the person break the window twice on film in a two hour period ... it appears they saw my old burnt out iPad in the bottom of the floor in my back seat - at the time of my accident I had it in the car to take to disposal but forgot about afterwards due to being upset. Heres the thing - there security cameras arent attached to any security warning system, they kept it from me for a week regarding letting me know that anything was stolen, that a police report had been filed, never gave me the information on the report with the Olympia police and when I picked up my car it looked like there was far more cost and damage than I believe actually occurred .... I spoke to the manager who was very courteous and assured me he was looking into things but had had previous problem with this one employee ... however it was only then that I was told that it was the right side window that had been smashed twice ... now this Ian 2009 Yaris ... hope none of you have a really expensive car because you have no protection or care at Capital Collision... we are required to keep registration and insurance info inn the car and now due to no security at Capital and a bevy of misinformation someone out there has information on my ID and where I live. I have informed State Farm and they said they were moving investigation of this situation up as it did not seem that this company performed the level of care they expect. Avoid this company like the plague ...Michale Crane

They did some insurance work on my truck and broke the tabs off on a piece of trim. Instead of replacing the trim, they used double sided tape to put it back on. Very poor way of doing business..
