The store is in the hood so they lock up any plumping fittings over a couple dollars, yet have no one to unlock the cabinet so you can get them. So I waisted 20 minutes for absolutely nothing and had to go to Lowes to get the parts.

The garden center at this location was the worst Ive ever seen it. Every plant was on the verge of death simply because they werent being watered. There wasnt any one even out there to help. And in this neighborhood theft is a MAJOR problem. Just sad to see perfectly good plants dying of dehydration. When Amber was out there, everything was healthy, beautiful, and thriving. Such a waste! However, everything being on sale was a nice bonus.

What can be said, its Ace Hardware. The thing I like about Ace is theres always a cheapie tool or gadget in the discount bins that I realize I can actually use, while Im there getting what I went there for.The staff seems usually shorthanded, but theyre always nice and willing to help.This is the closest one to where I live, so this is the one that I go to, I only give this location 4 stars because this a lousy neighborhood, dont be surprised if you get panhandled when youre trying to get in or out.

They have a good selection and prices are competitive. The people who work there though are generally not to be found and unhelpful. Lines are usually pretty long, thats the worst part.

I was pretty disappointed,I received only have of my order and now I have to spend more on gas money inorder to get all my order,I probably wont be shopping at Ace Hardware anymore.

I am only leaving 1 star because you can’t leave a 0. I was in store the manager Jessica was at the register and said she would help me shortly so I asked if she had knew how long because I had already been waiting in line for a while and I needed to go as soon as possible well she was very snooty and said “I saidIt would be a little bit “and muffled something under her breath so I Asked her what she said she said I already told you it would be a little bit and I explained you said something under your breath after that and I don’t appreciate it if you have something to say just say it. So the then admitted to saying something but that she was not talking to me which we know was a lie. I asked to speak to corporate and I explained the situation to them I have yet to hear back even today so that shows their morale there and integrity and what’s allowed.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help you find what ever it is you need for what ever project you may have.

I like to go here for small purchases, It is close to my house and it is easy to navigate through the store. You usually can find someone to help, you may have to ask for help, but they are happy to help.

Great neighborhood hardware store. Large selection of tools, hardware, and myriad other small things you may need for home improvement projects. Good place for grilling and outdoor cooking supplies as well.One star off because the layout and organization caan be confusing. I usually have to walk the entire store before finding the item I need. Otherwise great!

While I had/have problems with my online order continuously being pushed back on pickup date....the store itself and the employees were amazing! I was looking for the item that has now been pushed back a week and a half and was able to find one in stock. They gladly held it for me so I could get across town to buy it. And was glad I did bc it was just what I needed last week when I was supposed to be able to pick up my order. Needless to say Ill be cancelling that online order and probably wont purchase online again, but in store experience was great.

The store is well organized and kept clean. The clerk is very nice and always tries to greet each customer as they enter the store. They are rarely crowded so seldom do you have to wait to check out. People think that Ace is over priced but I have been comparing Ace prices to Home Depot and they are most usually the same price. I like Ace for the speed and friendliness of the staff, competitive prices and a very well organized store.

No one showed up at the service desk to help us, even after other employees called them on the radio. On top of tray, there is a mask mandate in place. Not only were most of the customers without masks, a lot of the staff were as well. We wont be back

The prices are fair and the people are always helpful. They have an excellent knowledge of where the inventory is located so you dont have to hunt for the things you need. The prices are a little higher than Lowes or Home Depot but the convenience of that location and the knowledge of the employees are worth the few extra cents.

This store is kept clean, organized with a wide variety of products. However, After comparing the same brands items at other stores, they tend to be on the high side of the price scale. Anywhere from 2 to 30 dollars higher. That s not really a bad thing because they are convenient with a good inventory, If you are buying a hi ticket item you may want to do a little research first.,

Just like an old-time local hardware store. Doesnt matter if you are buying a $1000 grill or a 79-cent o-ring, they treat customers with great respect. Superb customer service, especially from Roderick. This young man goes beyond what is necessary to make customers happy. He is the primary reason I move right past the big-box hardware stores in favor of Ace.

They for the most part have what you need from a hardware store, but a little more pricey than others in my own opinion.

Theres a lot to say about Westlake Hardware.They have a large selection of goods . Nuts and bolts nails T-shirts for $5.00. charcoal grills, weeders, lawn mowers,outdoor decor . Its a fun place to go.Check it out. If you have a coupon that has expired they will always take it and sometimes they will take two you save $10.00.. Hope to see you there

If they dont have the answer, they will find someone who does. They have a little bit of everything here. Check them out before driving across town for your basic hardware needs.

I usually like Ace hardware. I would suggest going to one of the other ones. They didnt know what they were talking about. Needed a y hookup for my outside spicket. They stated that there is no such thing. Looking around was able to find it with no help from them. This store was a major disappointment.

I love West lake hardware. If there coupons expire they will honor them. Ladys hardware store. Love there garden center.

My go to hardware store, reminds me of the mom and pop old town square hardware stores of the past. Here they know you name and what you bought last time and you never now who you might run it too. Last time it was Wayne, you know the lead singer for the Flaming Lips.

I think this Ace Hardware is a little overpriced but customer service was nice and very helpful. Store looked well stocked and pretty clean. The ladies room could of used a little TLC but all in all its a pretty decent location and will return in near future.

I love this place. Its usually an emergency when I go there. They have a great assortment of Allen nuts and bolts, which I need for my motorcycle. Tool selection is pretty good as well.

Its not Amazon thats killing retail, its retail employees like those of Ace Hardware. Beware, they wont honor the marked pricing on the shelf when they ring things up. Instead, theyll upcharge by as much as 40%, hope you dont notice, then make you walk back to the shelf with them to prove their own sale, snorting the whole way. Bless Amazon for putting places like this out of business, and employees like this on the unemployment line where they belong.
