Wavin, our salesperson, made our car buying experience a pleasant one. I felt he was very honest, and made sure I got what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I felt very respected throughout the buying process, even when I declined or disagreed with something that was offered. I would even say those whole process was reasonable quick and made me feel like my time was valued. I would definitely visit again next time I am in the market for a vehicle.

This has been one of the worst car buying experiences ever. Keep in mind, this is the 3rd car we buy from Jim Norton. The car salesman did a great job, but unfortunately, the dealership cant provide me with the title of the car we purchased on August 14, 2021. It has been 78 days, and we will soon need our 3rd temporary tag. Getting in contact with the dealership has been difficult. The operator is never there to assist, calls are not returned, and half the time the finance department never answers. Meantime, the penalty for late title registration is piling up, and the lien holder is demanding that we provide the title.

Christian Flores was one of the nicest sales persons I have worked with, he worked hard to get me in a truck I am extremely happy with and he worked hard with making a deal to help get me out of my upside down vehicle, so that I could start on even ground again. He is super nice, and I felt actually cared, and was not just wanting the sale. No pressure tactics etc...he listened to what I was looking for and didnt try and put me in something I didnt want or couldnt afford. Highly recommend asking for him.

Editing to add comments since the dealership called to ask for them.Bought my vehicle from this dealership in late August. Visited most Toyota dealers in the metro area. At the time, stock was extremely limited at all dealerships except for this one. I was looking for a new Camry. Most dealers had one or two at the time, but there were 15 on this lot. Good selection!This dealer was the only Toyota dealer in the metro that did not have their prices posted online. Call or email for price! All other dealers in the metro were openly promoting the ongoing Toyota-thon $750 national rebate program offered by Toyota at the time. You had to call this dealer or go in for the price, so the rebate was conveniently not mentioned at this dealership.Negotiations is where the rebate came into play. When I asked if they were willing to offer any kind of deal, the salesman went to the GMs office for maybe 90 seconds and then came back with a good news! We can offer $750 off. At the time, I had my phone out and was viewing a Toyota advertisement promoting the deal. Bit shady!Next, we were reviewing my trade in. I had done my research, and while my car had a few dings, the blue book value for my make and model in fair condition was over $3000. They offered $2000. When I expressed displeasure with the offer, they offered an extra $500 IF I would leave a 5 star review, bringing my trade to $2500. I did not feel right being bribed to bring my deal close to fair value, but I was over it at that point and accepted.To recap, I was offered the nationwide $750 Toyota rebate which was advertised on every website except for Jim Nortons only when I asked for a deal. Then, I was offered an extra $500 on my lowball trade in offer if I would give a 5 star review to dupe others. The salesman proceeded to act like they were doing me some great favor and that not every customer gets a deal like mine.This dealership did have a good selection and the people were friendly enough. However, be prepared to play old school. You will face every sales tactic in the book here. Do your research, know your worth, and most importantly, be patient!

I had an oil change scheduled and upon getting there realized I need to get my clear coat protector fixed as well. The service tech promptly assisted me and was able to get me in and out within an hour. Thanks so much for fixing the clear coat although I failed to schedule it. Great customer service and great facility to wait in while your car is being serviced. Highly recommend Jim Norton Toyota.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Marwan and Tre over in your sales department. We just purchased a brand new Camry XSE, and I could not be happier with our purchase. I’ve been back twice now and both times they’re customer service is on point. The deals were good, the salesmen weren’t pushy, the finance team and management team were on point. I scheduled my drop off for service through the app, dropped my car off for the day. Went to pick it up in the afternoon and it was pretty busy but the staff were all great. They asked me multiple times if I had been helped while I was waiting for my car to be brought around. I think the manager himself actually went and got my car for me. It was definitely a pleasant experience.

- Bought a vehicle from them was haggled for 30 minutes trying to sell warranties we were clear up front we did not want.- Drove an hour round trip to sign paperwork they forgot to give us at check out and there was no one available due to a “sales meeting”. They said to return tomorrow (an additional hour trip for a miscue on there part)- Was told free oil changes as long as the car was only brought back to the dealership every 5000 miles. When I returned was charge 80$ for a oil changePlease take your hard earned money else where for car purchasing and Maintenance.

Horrible customer service!!! My son has contacted this dealership multiple times concerning his warranty refund. He has called many times and went in person to try to get this matter resolved. They continue to give him conflicting stories and wait times. It’s been 9 weeks and still no refund. He called again today to ask where his check is and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. When he called back, they told him that department was closed today. On a Wednesday, weird... Our next step is to take legal action. I would shop else where if I were you.

He was very personable and would tell us exactly what we needed to know (plus a little extra, which was appreciated). Communication with him via email and text was nearly flawless. My family and I have been customers of Jim Norton for almost 20 years. I bought my first car from them and have since purchased 2 more. They know their Toyota’s! However, if you’re looking to buy anything other than a Toyota, look elsewhere.The staff is friendly, the environment is comfortable, but like all sales environments they can get quite pushy.I recently purchased a Chevy from them and they told us that the lender wouldn’t allow us to finance the vehicle without a service agreement. Seeing as I needed a vehicle, I agreed. Turns out that was a scam. They knew there was something wrong and rather than spend the money to fix it, they got paid for it.I have since cancelled the service agreement and sold the car back to them, claiming ignorance as they did.I’ll be back if I want another Toyota, but otherwise I’ll steer clear of them.

I was traveling from out of state with a family member and needed my oil changed in my Toyota. I vacationed in OKC about 5 months prior and used them for my oil change service and payed extra for some recommended change of a filter. (My vehicle is 2020 “newer”and under warranty so no charge for oil change). So, I decided to try them again recently.Long story shortened, I was given a lame excuse and denied a courtesy ride to under 5 minutes away off same block of this business. I was told that I needed to purchase an air filter due to mine being clogged up.The person checking me out admitted the filter was replaced there within 5 months of my current second visit. (now will be my last visit)The only excuse I was given was “I don’t know why they would tell me your filter was clogged”. Hopefully my gender and skin color did not play a role in the sad service. Disappointed ☹️

I just bought my 2021 Rav4 in late March. In August the check engine light is on. I take it to the dealership first thing (8:00 am) Monday morning. They seemed put out when I asked for a loaner, and I was told we only do that for appointments, but apparently they looked and could get me one. I was told someone would call me in 4-5 hours. 8 hours later I had to call. Then it took 10 minutes to get someone on the phone when there was nothing in the computer. I was told my vehicle would be ready at noon the next day. The next day I got a voicemail saying they had to get another part and my vehicle would be ready by 9:00 am the next day. I had to call at 9:30 and was told it would be ready at noon, but he’d try to expedite it since they said 9 on the voicemail, well, at noon no one called so I went and had to ask in person. In wrapping up they told me I could go and I had to ask if I’d get any documents about what was done. I’m stuck with these people right now, and unless they miraculously change, I wouldn’t recommend at this point.

100% Recommend Jim Norton for ALL service needs. Our 4Runner check engine light came on and needed some pricey repairs. We worked with both Loy Marshall and Craig Leavitt and had THE BEST experience with their patience, professionalism, explanations, and much more. There was a snow storm on the forecast, and Loy and Craig ensured we did not leaving the dealership without a loaner car that would allow us to get around. Craig explored all warranty options, and was able to save us a large amount of money. Additionally, the mechanics rates are absolutely the lowest I have seen anywhere in Oklahoma City. Loy called me regularly to give me updates on the repairs. I can not stress the excellent service we received. This should be the ONLY place anyone takes their vehicles to get serviced. After poor experiences at other OKC Toyota dealers, I just wish I would have come to Jim Norton first. They have earned my business every time I need anything!

Great service but get your WiFi fixed!!!! Second time in a row Ive waited during my service and havent been able to work. Definitely wont come again if Im subject to watching mid-day drama reruns for an hour.

I received a call from their online sales department several days after inquiring about a vehicle. During the call I was told 3 vehicles were available & was provided the pricing. After setting up an appt, test driving one of the vehicles (only 1 of the 3 were actually on the lot) and stepping in to make a deal, the sales associate brought over a price $2000 over what was told to me on the phone. I brought this to his attention and the sales manager came to speak to me, telling me he listened to the recorded call & the sales person never told me a price (all but calling me a liar). I easily explained to him that he only listened to a prior call, not the call from earlier that day. After being caught in his lie, he simply said the sales person misspoke. The entire situation was uncomfortable, the sales team tried several ploys to take advantage of me through misinformation, and I would never recommend this dealership to anybody.

After a serious issue with another dealership we were fortunate to get connected with CJ at Jim Norton he made things quick easy as all car purchases should be. Always some kind of excuse with them. Oil changes take hours even if your waiting. I dropped My car off 4 days ago for a recall fix and they told me they had the parts at drop off. Yet, I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone to see when to pickup my vehicle. No one seems to really care about the customers.

Not bad. Nice truck. Well priced. They did a good job cleaning it up and did some exhaust work (previous owner had dumped it). Salesman had previously said they would fix a broken side view mirror but they didnt. I didnt notice until after I had paid and thats my fault. They of course wouldnt do it after the deal was complete. Certainly not worth talking the deal over in any case but it did leave a bit of bad taste. At the end of the day I got a nice pickup at a fair price so it was an overall good experience.

Marwan was my salesperson and he made whole experience of buying a new car very welcoming. He really listened to what type of vehicle I was interested in trying out. When I visited Toyota originally, I knew I would be shopping around at multiple dealerships that day to try out different makes/models. I decided on a Toyota because of the reliability, the price, the complimentary 2 year maintenance plan, and the fact that they genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my new car (whereas other dealerships kept trying to get me to pay for additional features, like a sunroof that would cost $2,000 more). I highly recommend going to Toyota if youre looking to get a new car. Marwan went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted for a good price.
