Great experience choosing Fowler - back in 2014 when I purchased my car, and in 2021 when I brought it in for some routine upkeep and body repairs. They (service department) were great to communicate with, texting me updates throughout the process which I very much appreciated. I worked with Dustin and he was fantastic. He was able to get my final price down 40% when it was time to pick up, which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. From the simple appointment booking process to the friendly service people, I would choose this dealership over any others that I know of. 5 out of 5.

Overpriced for the service they suggested. Decided not to do it there because I found a mechanic that would do it for half of the price. When I told the servicer I would not be getting it done there his toned changed and was so rude. The call taker first quoted me $85 for diagnostic but when checking out I was told it was $175. For doing nothing.Will not be coming here again

We had such a great experience with Fowler Dodge! Chauncey was awesome to work with and made us feel welcome! He has definitely earned his millions of employee of the month awards honestly! Even when our new car was getting detailed another employee let us take his vehicle to lunch instead of us waiting for the new car to get finished. Everyone we dealt with were so friendly and the process was easy from start to finish!

Always like coming here for service. Week days are best as people are working and they are not as busy. Takes just a little longer for service than a quick lube but far better work. The prices are good. Like the fact that a true mechanic is inspecting my vehicles.

I would not recommend this service department. On two occasions now they have asked me to authorize them to perform considerable repair services for nonexistent problems. This time, they indicated there was a torn boot on the ball joint, and the grease had leaked out, so the lower control arm needed to be replaced. I’ve confirmed with two other qualified mechanics that there is no torn boot, and the ball joins are rock solid and in no need of replacement. No signs of leaks, grease or tears of any kind anywhere on the truck.

I purchased my truck from Fowler Dodge a little over a year ago and got an exceptional deal with very little haggling, I have been referring friends and family to them whenever possible. I recently made an appointment for my 2nd oil change and a tire rotation, they greeted me upon arrival and started the process right away. My truck was ready to go in less than 1 hour. The staff was professional and courteous (as usual) with a follow-up contact after the service to ensure I was satisfied. Fowler is the best dealership I have ever used for sales and service. We have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler that is still covered with an extended warranty. We bought the Jeep with a little over 3000 miles May of 2020. When we purchased the Jeep, there was an issue with the auto shut off button that we returned to the dealer (NOT Fowler)for. They had the Jeep for over a week and didn’t fix the problem. We ended up driving the Jeep for the last year with the problem because we couldn’t be without it that long again, as no clean loaner vehicles were available. The Jeep had the electrical problem that, after doing the research, I found to be common with this year model. This eventually caused it not to charge and completely shutdown on us in the middle of the road one morning. I spoke with Fowler and they said they could have it fixed within two days. We had it towed to them, and they called the following day and had the Jeep fixed! Drove it off the lot as good as new!

My wife and I just stopped in to look at a Jeep Wrangler. A young man named Braden came to help. My wife went to test drive the Jeep and I stayed back to talk to the manager who also came out. I explained to him what I was looking for due to the Long commute to work every day. Long story short we left there 3 hours later with a Jeep Wrangler for my wife and a Chevy Trax for me. One of the things I hate is buying a car because most salesman want to hurry to get the sale and move on to the next victim. It wasnt that way here. I’ve taken my truck here for every service since brand new and had all my warranty work that’s needed done through them aswell. Last time it was in a did have a wheel get damaged by the tech, they immediately called me to let me know what happened and said they where going to get it fixed which they did and it looks brand new. Mistakes happen but at least these guys will admit it and fix it right away with no questions asked, what else can you ask for! They will continue to have my business as long as I live in OKC! Not only because they are honest they also do good work.

The new management is amazing! We had gone 3 years ago to purchase a Jeep Wrangler Sport S and had a horrible experience with a salesman and never went back. We recently went to look at the 2021 Overland Gladiators and went home to sleep on it. Decided the next day we wanted to go and get the one we fell in love with and the transition was amazing. I just walked away from Landers Dodge in Norman a little upset with there internet advertising. I had purchased 3 vehicles from Fowler dodge In the pass so We decided to stop and see if they had what we were looking for ( picking or slim) so while I was waiting on the salesman to come back with car keys my wife wondered over to the used car lot and found the truck we were looking for. Not being a very patient man we started the process of negotiating for their truck and this is where I got caught by surprise when they brought out a brand new truck loaded with 95% of the features the used truck we liked had on it, they said the new truck was in our ballpark and give us 2 options to think about. We went with the 1/2 year old truck with 11,000 miles on it but was great full for the little extra effort they showed us. During The negotiations I never felt overwhelmed or like I was about to get up and walkout, I actually felt like I got a good deal.

Work is always good. I dont understand why my truck has to sit 24hrs before a tech can look at it when I had an appt. Reason I received was theyre behind. Well if behind dont make new appts until your caught up. People cannot be without their vehicles for 2-3 days.Otherwise. I dont have any issues with Fowler and will keep using them.

I had a problem with the differential in my Jeep as we traveled through Oklahoma City. I called Fowler late Friday afternoon. We had to leave Sunday. I had no hope of getting anyone to even look at it on a Saturday, but the Service Advisor said bring it in and they would fix it. They did exactly what they said they would! Even took me back to my RV Park, 17 miles away. Texts kept me informed. Nicest people, there! And it was a reasonable price. Thanks!

The repair itself is fine I suppose, but the service and communication was terrible.Dropped off vehicle 7:30a Monday and was told of 24-48hr wait for diagnosis. I called Tuesday in hopes it would be closer to 24 rather than 48. Not so much.Wednesday I called but my service salesman (David) wasn’t available; asked for another service salesman but not available; asked for service manager and you guessed it....not available.I told the receptionist to have my truck and keys up front, and I’d be there to pick it up in a few minutes. In minutes David was suddenly available and called me back. He assured me the diagnostic check would be done within two hours. It was not.I received a text later afternoon (a call would have been better) with the recommended repair and a list of other things to spend money on. I called for details but David was not available. I went to the store and told David I was upset with his lack of communication and avoidance.I get it, the whole world is turned inside out right now, but that is no excuse. You can be behind, make mistakes, and totally screw up as a business or as a person. I’m okay with that, but I am not okay with the arrogance of thinking you don’t own it and that you think you don’t owe honest communication to the one paying the bills.On that final call I was assured the truck would be ready by 5p on Thursday. Imagine my surprise when it wasn’t. Finally able to get it picked up midday on Friday.This could have been a 5-star review if David, the receptionist, and Fowler Dodge hadn’t played cat & mouse with the vehicle I use to make a living, all week.

Fabian was great, grease all over my fenders,hood, door handle. Mechanic drove it with no gloves. I bought my truck 4 yrs ago from Fowler and only allow Fowler to touch it. But this visit was horrible. Now i get to clean grease off of my White paint the day after returning from the beach. Oh driving through rain didnt even get it off.

I called about having transmission fluid changed and a new transmission filter installed. The day of service arrived and was shown a fluid flush/filter would be done and no filter.I corrected this with the service technician which significantly lowered my bill from over $500 to just over $260. I explained three times over the phone what I wanted.I was told it would be a few hours, but no more than 3 or 4. I call around the 3 hour mark with no one in the store picking up the phone. I call again around the 6 hour mark with the same results. I was heading out the door to drive to the dealership when I get a random call about what had happened.I was told they had to remove skid plates and such under the vehicle as if this was unexpected. To do the transmission filter, dropping the transmission pan is needed, which means removing these items has to happen. Kind of shocked as to how this was something new for the dealership who deals with off-road vehicles.This service was supposed to come with a complementary multi-point inspection. Never received this paperwork. I called about this and was told they have had issues with technicians deleting these inspections and cant seem to figure out who is doing this. I was told I would be called if they happen to find the inspection report. At this point, Im just glad my vehicle wasnt damaged.When I picked up my vehicle I was pleasantly left with the greasy paper floor guard and the wadded up plastic in the driver seat and passenger seats. I know I will not be coming back to this place for any service work.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THE STEREOTYPE PERSONIFIED OF SHADY CAR SALESMAN AND MECHANICS! Not to mention the oil sloppily dripped all over my engine bay without being wiped up at all?? If youre looking for good customer service, Fowler Dodge has been a good place for me. My most recent experience involved new tires, an oil change, and other required maintenance to get my car in good shape for anticipated road trips after being shut down for a year due to the covid19 virus. My new tires had to be retrieved from elsewhere & the additional to do list items required my car to stay overnight at the dealership. The dealership has a shuttle service that will take you home or to work within 20 miles. Instead of waiting at the dealership, I was able to be at home taking care of business while my car was waiting & being serviced. The dealership delivered my car washed & shiny to my home the next morning. I can recommend Fabian in the customer service department. He cares about his customers. My go to guy in sales is Dustin. I think he is a manager now, but when I bought a car from him he was not pushy & pleasant to deal with. I know some people like the car buying experience. I am not one of those people, but its good to have a place to go that makes the experience less painful. Bottom line... .check them out. The pressures on them to live up to the rating each day & with every associate.:0)

I brought my car in after the airbag light came on. They didnt have a loaner vehicle, so I had to bend over backwards just to get the car to them. Since this is my only car and they didnt have a loaner vehicle, I told them that I needed the car done by the end of the next day. That didnt happen, so I had to leave the car with them a second day. After all that, they finally called me and quoted me over $2,800 to fix the airbags. I cant afford that, so I ended up having to pay a diagnostics fee, which they refused to waive despite all the issues I had related to not having a vehicle for two days. I paid the fee hoping I could call FCA Customer service and get some kind of cost assistance. My car only has 78,000 miles on it, which seems soon to be having safety issues with, but they were unwilling to help. I usually get Chevys, but decided to give Chrysler a try last time I was looking for a vehicle. I dont think Ill be making that mistake again next time Im looking for a vehicle.

I arrived at Oklahoma City airport to a truck that would not start. After unsuccessfully trying to jump start it I took my key to Fowler dodge to see if I had a faulty FOB. I was assured the key was fine. I had my truck towed to the service department and 7 hours later they determined it was my key . They wanted to charge me an exhorting rate for the key which was not even a fob key. The sales department was wonderful I can not say the same for the service department. A simple key replacement was a tow bill and an 8 hour day at the shop waiting .

Thank you so much to Fowler Dodge and Reagan for putting an end to our hunt for a work truck. I literally was able to watch my daughters choir concert while texting and finalizing the deal. Great job meeting me where/how I needed to be. Most companies dont pick up on that at all. Driving 4 hours to find everything as described and waiting was awesome. In and out, back on the road. Everyone was personable, professional, and down to earth. Id definitely drive 4 hours one way again to do business with you all!! Thank you.

Well I purchased my new 2020 Ram 2500 at the end of January. I now have 5000 miles and really want to make sure maintenance is done on a regular basis. Made an appointment for 1100 am and I’m being told it takes 1 hour 45 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. Once my free oil changes are up done with Fowler. I had a horrible experience with their finance department because they did not have their act together. Oh my credit score was not the issue. It took three weeks for them to pay off my old truck and get my loan figured out. Lots of my valuable time wasted! Why schedule appointments if you can’t keep them. They said well we are backed up!!!! Would have been nice to know when I checked in 10 minutes early they were running behind! Oh I forgot when purchased my truck and had all these issues I asked for a rep from the dealership to call and nothing!!!
