So after an exhaustive search for a new car we ended up at Enterprise. My wife bought a car from them recently and we used the same salesperson. DJ makes it so easy. No pressure great attitude and genuinely wants to help making your purchase easier. In and out the same day, picked it out edger having another car brought to the lot for us to compare it with. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking. He did great for us.

I have rented cars for the last year or so and each time I came home from China. The service was always excellent and all the staff were great. Recently I decided to buy a car and went to Enterprise Car Sales in OKC, was greeted by J Jay and spoke with Shell the next day both were very helpful and did a outstanding job in getting me into a car that would meet my needs and desires. By far the best car buying experience Ive ever had at any dealership. Went in looking for a specific car we had found on their website and it was still available unlike so many other dealers that said, that one just sold, but we have these others you might like. DJ was an excellent salesman that I would refer anybody to. DJ never got pushy at any point in the sale and was very knowledgeable with his answers to our questions. During this entire experience I never got that feeling of being at a used car lot that just wanted to put me into a car for the biggest profit they could. No haggle prices were clearly posted on the window and you knew what it was going into the deal. My experience with Enterprise (once I got my first was nothing but positive. The communication was great. Their customer service was tremendous! There was NO high pressure. I dealt with great people, who took the time (through two weeks) to ask what I wanted, and listened. There was NO push into anything I didnt want. After my test drive, I found that the side mirrors would not adjust. The team quickly got me in contact with the shop to get them fixed.. By quickly, I mean just a few hours.Their rental division was VERY helpful at all three locations in this process as well. Getting into a rental in Shawnee, the team at the airport, who got me into a replacement quickly, and the team at the sales location, who made it super easy to check in my rental after I bought my car... all aces!!!I could not be happier!Id highly recommend Heaven with Enterprise Auto Sales!

Id priced used Nissan Rogues for over a month & studied them over a yr Everytime I found one near my price at a dealership I felt like I was dealing with sharks & they were going to have me for breakfast, lunch & dinner literally, since they usually hold a person, their ID & keys hostage, & then eat up all the money they have to spare. I went back to a no headache salesperson with decency, whos down- to- earth, someone who wouldnt lie to me just to make a sale. DJ is the one to go to at Enterprise Car Sales. This is my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from ECS. The last two were Jeep purchases in MWC but theres only one in OKC area now on Memorial Road. I looked at their cars online daily for a few weeks.Heres the deal, when you buy a used vehicle from ECS theyre in excellent condition because they were leased or rented, not owned. They take care of their vehicles, certify them & give the buyer a 12 month warranty, unlike dealerships practice; As Is, no warranty written on the window. DJ said they charge admin fees of $199 & if I wanted to buy an extended warranty I was given 4 good choices. I didnt get a headache, we laughed a lot & I left with a brand new looking 2019 Nissan Rogue at the price theyd posted online. They also gave me more on my trade-in than Hudiburg, Orr Nissan, Carvana & an online trade-in company. If this was a 10 point rating I would give DJ a (10). Good reviews, a well established business, good products, kindness & honesty means a lot to me, its 90% of the sale!

My experience was okay. I feel the sales person was a bit pushy when it came to selling the extra warranty. I had to tell her several times (and very firmly on the last time) that I was NOT interested. I appreciate the effort of her trying to be accommodating but a couple of things I was told were un-true. In any case, I am pleased thus far with my purchase.

I know it seems weird to buy a car from a car rental company (at least it did to me), but I dont think I could have made a better choice. Car was totaled in an accident. Didn’t care to look for a new car nor deal with dealerships. We bought my wife’s car from them more than 10 years ago and remembered how easy the process was. This time was no different. I worked with DJ who happened to work with the salesmen who sold us my wife’s car 10 years ago. DJ, did a great job of helping us find what we were looking for with no pressure or haggling. He got us exactly what we needed and drove out with the car that would serve us the best. We still drive my wife’s car today and hope to drive this one until the wheels drive off thanks to DJ.

Me and my husband came in on 03/24 to look and if we found something we liked, we would purchase a vehicle for my husband! Shell was the one that helped us with all our needs and she was amazing! This is the first car lot I have ever been to that I have truly enjoyed the whole experience. My husband and I were looking to buy a new car. We had went to multiple dealerships last Monday and walked away for various reasons. We found a car at the okc enterprise location and decided to give it a shot. We called up to verify the car was still available and ended up speaking to Shell, and told her we were on our way to test drive the car. When we got there, the car was already up at the front just waiting for us to get there. We then proceeded to go in and was given the keys to take the car for a test drive. Let me just tell you the vehicle was so clean and seemed to have been taken care of properly. Throughout the whole process we never felt like we were being rushed, haggled or pushed to look at anything we didn’t want. The whole process was seamless and an overall great experience. Shell was a great sales person to work with from start to finish, she seems to truly care about her customers. She even stayed after they were closed to finish up the rest of our paperwork and stuff, but never once made it seem like we were being a burden. 100% recommend them for your future car endeavors.

Shell & JJ, were very nice, helpful, polite and just totally great. The vehicle had to be run thru twice for cleaning, and still did end up good. Also there was a lot of Thick Mud underneath. Had to give it a good cleaning and polishing, when weather was good. About 10- days later I went to put my front Veterans Plate on the front bumper, I found that the FRONT-BUMPER was loose and hanging down some. When I called Enterprise about it I was informed that it was PAST the 7 day. I, finally took it down to David Stanley Dodge where I always get my vehicles worked on because I was scared to drive it around to much just in case it feel off, I had them fix it. They had to put on some new Clips.

Ill never buy a car from any other place! DJ and Heaven are amazing consultants, theres no pressure to buy, and they had great communication! They helped us get the perfect car, they have great perks, and payments are affordable and fair.

I had found the car I wanted somewhere else but decided to do an online app with Enterprise. When I was contacted by Shell, she asked what size car I was looking for and where I wanted to be payment wise. She sent me a few pictures while I was on the phone with her. Without any idea of what I had my eye on at all, she sent me a picture of the same car. I was immediately sold on the car. Shell assured me she would take care of me. I received a call from the finance guy (not my cup a tea) was unhappy with what he had to offer so I declined. Shell immediately contacted me and handled everything! Monthly went way above where I was comfortable but I took the offer. Shell arranged a meeting to pick up the car for my protection against covid. After getting the car realized the windshield was cracked. Contacted Shell on a Sunday and she had it taken care of within a few days. If you need help and are on the fence contact Shell! She was amazing throughout the entire process! Shes not just any car sales personnel, shes the best!

I worked with Shelly after having multiple bad experiences with big dealerships who told me it was impossible to get me into a car because of my credit. She said no problem and actually got me approved in literally minutes. I was so shocked. I was able to pick up my car THE NEXT MORNING. She was so quick with everything! I swear I was only there for barely an hour if not less whereas I spent four hours at one dealership just to be told I could not be helped AND she was even able to get me into my car with a MUCH lower down payment than anywhere else! Recently I was in an auto accident and My Ruby (car) was totaled. I went to enterprise to get a rental and Shawanna and her employees told me to call Shell and Jess in OKC. When I tell you these ladies went above and beyond, I mean it. I wanted a different car but I could not get the one I wanted, but they worked with me and found something in my price range. At first I was like no I don’t want that. So I did research on the vehicle. Can and test drove it and fell in love. They made sure I left the lot with a new used car. Barely any miles, great price, great warranty, and the most important thing I did not have before which was GAP insurance. My kids and spouse love the car. I really appreciate the patience and time these ladies took out for me. They are honest and will go the extra mile.
