This is a terrible place to do business. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It took 34 days to send me the title and they were extremly rude. They sold me a car that didnt even make it 15 miles down the road before it was broke down. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Save your self the hassle. Just go down the road to anyone else.

They accepted an offer on a truck and we told them we were driving from almost two hours away. Then as we were pulling into the lot, they let someone else test drive and then purchase the truck out from under us. They even had us wait while it was being test drove and said they would not screw us over since we drove from so far away. Do NOT trust this dealership.

I am completely unhappy with this business. we purchased a van with understanding that the alternator might have a problem with it and that one of the doors had a problem with it so we negotiated on the price which was still very high for the quality of the van. After one day it stopped working and come to find out after taking it to three different mechanics who all said the same thing, that it was not the alternator but it was the engine itself. After already giving it a paint job, putting a brand new battery which I was told that they did but they did not, putting brand new tags and insurance on it. Putting 2000$ more in to it. they wanted $6,000-9,000 to fix the engine , tires , doors , steering wheel components , draining parasite, leaking fluids from the steering wheel the oil and the engine and all the other problems that were wrong with it. I could buy a new car for $9,000. When I called and asked to have a manager call me back no one has called me and its been over 3 weeks I am not happy and I dont think any one should buy a car from here. Unless you want to get so the paperweight because thats what I have right now sitting in my front yard. Not only have I spent all my savings trying to fix something that cannot be fixed I am just fed up and my family is hurting from this. Thank you.

I have never had a problem with any car I buy from them.grate help and understanding about problems in past. Always willing to help wonderful and experience mechanics. Im giving 4 stars until I see how everything keep on going if it change Ill update. So far the vehicles I have tested drive an seen is as is so make sure you take a good deep look and check into the vehicles & definitely try more than one dont settle for what they tying to push you in not to knock anyone but the first vehicle that was offered to me I could tell off top there were more than what the eye meet. All the vehicles on lot seem to have the engine light on or some type of body or cosmetic wear to it. So dont be thinking you getting a very good looking vehicle and take a mechanic if you can. Three months into having the car: I dont think its worth it for the price$$ they asking for this car has a V8 motor very hard to maintain keep breaking down. They shop is good only for a part-time vehicle to get around in but not to buy out maybe it could have been the car I picked out but if you have any problems with your vehicle they will not let you trade.. One Star a lot of their vehicles is as is and very damage trust I tried a few cars before deciding on which one is will not go through them again.

Another on strat to junk yard . im updated my post. Car didnt go to junk yard it got fixed. Car runs and drives wonderful.. A word to the wise.. Instead of crying about a problem with the cars you buy from these pepole. Try and understand 1 thay are used cars.2 thay are working when you buy the car.its not there fault the battery.gose bad. Or something happened to the tires or brakes .all these things are used when you get the car.. Just fix it.its your car...

Cars seem to run when thay want to.The only thing that has people coming to buy cars is ms.brandi the most wonderful sales person i know of. And the only one that knows her job...good luck and god bless.

Did business with the dealer before and there was no issues. Went back hoping for the same business situation and wasted $1500 in less than 2 months on top of the money spent on repairs that I was told wouldn’t happen. I asked if there was anything wrong with the car and was told no of course. Now me and my children are without a car and asking for rides again because he came and repossessed the vehicle. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I’m looking into a lawyer. It’s principles and my kids can’t take losses like this. Just for him to fix the problems and re sell the car. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here. Apparently his problems at home cloud his judgement to be honest with his consumers. DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY! IN 2018 things should be handled better. Period! I wouldn’t give this business any star but that’s not an option.

Not recommend by me! I would advise for anyone who purchase or thinking about going through them to take the car to get checked before making your decision. Take it to Firestone, AutoZone or/and your mechanic to get a professional view a lot of their vehicles is As-Is and not worth the asking price$ be careful investing into bad cars. Spent well over $600 in mechanic issues for my mechanic to tell me the is not worth it because all of the damages & I was looking into $1,000 more to be spent to have the car running right plus I still need to make payments. Thank the Lord for me not going any further..I called U-Deal and told them about the matters they didnt do anything to help.**UPDATE!!!**AS OF TODAY THEY CAME TO FINALLY REPO THAT DAMN CAR THAT DIDNT WORK I WAS PLEASED ACTUALLY FINALLY ITS GONE. They repoed my car even when i was making payments and i have not missed a payment. Brandi said since her husband had my car in his shop for 5 months that i can make half payments. The day my car was supposed to come out of the shop they put a repo out for it.
