The employees at this Walgreens on May are very kind. Samson in the pharmacy was very conversational and quick about getting my prescription. The store is clean and organized. Would happily come back anytime.

Pharmacy only: Waited in the the drive thru line for over an hour. A bit annoying but understandable with the worker shortage, etc. After talking to the technician, the prescription wasnt quite ready but would take an additional 15 minutes. Im alright with this. After a few minutes of waiting, the technician asks if she can help and I say Im still waiting for the prescription. She says I cant wait in the drive thru line because it will take 15 minutes to get it ready. Ive waited over an hour in this line but I cant wait 15 more minutes? Kind of ridiculous. Im told to go either inside or drive around the building and get back in line. I walk inside, its about an hour wait. Would not recommend this pharmacy, waste of time.

The pharmacy is outstanding. We have never once had an issue. The Pharmacy techs are super friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond.The store staff are really nice. Friendly and helpful.This is one of the better Walgreens in the area.

I had to get a covid test because Im like dying, they called me about the result I assume? Ive never been to that Walgreens before the test so theres absolutely no other reason for them to call me. I call back just to deal with the most obnoxious call bot Ive had the displeasure of talking to. Why theyd call me instead of an email or text that I can forward to my school is beyond me. This is vital to me, I have to know the results and so do every one else that gets tested. Do NOT get tested here. The line took almost an hour. I could barely hear the staff through the speaker at the drive through and now I dont know my results because they wont answer the phone.

The pharmacy person who is at the window is disgustingly rude. An order was put in for me yesterday. Ive been up here 4 times and prescription is still not filled. Today is a new day. Ive been to who Dr whom sent the prescription over. Now theyre saying I have 2 precriptions yet Noone bothered to call the Dr even though it was for the same exact medication. She didnt have time to call is what she stated to me. They will no longer get my business. I have 2 toddlers thats been waiting in my car with me. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this Walgreens pharmacy!!

I waited in line inthe drive through (for a covid test) for 30min AFTER my scheduled appointment bc they couldnt get it together. Then I find out from the rude pharmacist, AFTER SCHEDULING A RAPID TEST THROUGH THE WALGREENS APP, that theyre not doing rapid tests at this location. Only go here as a last resort if you value your sanity.

Went to get my prescriptions they were rude when I dropped off my prescription when I go pick it up when they told me it was going to be ready at 12:00 it was not ever filled due to their side not doing what theyre supposed to be doing to fill my prescription this is not the first time theyve been rude their lives are always long and they take forever you get to your turn and if you have to look for your prescription paper or your card they say that theyre going to call the cops on you and tell you to get back in line when you sat there and waited your fair share time those girls that are in the Drive-Thru that are doing the prescription are the rudest I will never go back there again I immediately went to CVS and had a far better experience then Walgreens pharmacy on 50th and May. They need to get more experience people that know what theyre doing and more friendly and personable people , the ones they have now are the rudest people I have ever

Super unorganized at the pharmacy. Im vaccinated and wanted to get a test because my wife had been to a funeral and was around a lot of unvaccinated people so I made an appointment for the RAPID TEST. I got to the walgreen and there where 5 cars on both lanes of the drive thru. I got in the outside lane incase I had to leave because I also have a job and limited time to get this test hence me getting the rapid test. I called the pharmacy and explained the situation and why could I not go inside because I am vaccinated and people without a vaccine are in the store and they said no stay in your vehicle and I said how long and they didnt know the time frame and I was there 15 minutes before my scheduled time. She then asks if I was in the inside lane and I said no and she said I needed to which means I would have had to get out of line and drive around the store and get at the back of the line, needless to say I left. I will never go this location for anything ever again.

Dealt with and older blonde female night pharmacist. A medication by a teladoc was accidentally sent to cvs. I called to correct but Walgreens had to do it. I called this 24 hour Walgreens as they were my only option, even though they were an hour away. They said they were busy but due to the situation could help but it could take 1-2 hours. I understood and began my drive. I arrived and tried to talk to the pharmacist but she walked away and I spoke to a tech, I was unable to speak to the pharmacist my entire time there. I was called back up after waiting 45 minutes and was told that the pharmacist was currently too busy to help me and I could return in the morning. I understand she was busy, but it’s a 24 hour pharmacy, if I wanted my prescription in the morning I’d of sent it to my regular pharmacy. I didn’t mind waiting a few hours even, but “sometime in the morning.” Wasn’t very promising so after pleading unsuccessfully to the tech, I asked them to cancel it so I didn’t have to make my drive up here again. I guess I won’t rely on this 24 hour pharmacy anymore, considering they only offered to help me for part of the day.

I come here EVERY month for my prescriptions, and I usually get pictures printed off while waiting but TODAY the person working the picture section couldnt even help me, an when I asked for help all she said was IDK. Take time to show your employees how to do the correct job for their part. She shouldnt be in the photo section if she is just going to say I DONT KNOW when a customer needs help. Not to mention I waited for 5mins before she even came to help. Smh COSTUMER FIRST!

For the most part, I have had a surprisingly good experience using Walgreens, as in the past, this was not the case. My Doctor keeps my scripts with Walgreens, and the majority of them are filled automatically monthly. The others, I do have to call the store. However, they have it in their system, ready to fill right away. Using the app, along with speaking to the pharmacist to ensure all scripts are ready, including the one that does have to be sent script by my Dr are ready, all has been well. My issues have been working with techs in the past and even a pharmacist, telling me a script will be ready when I get there, only to be told it cant be ready until they call my Dr or insurance. Ive had a tech put me on hold for an hour, then hang up on me. When I called back, the same tech told me that the script was recalled by my Drs office. This happened twice. I knew it would never happen with my Dr, especially without a phone call to me. What actually happened twice was that the tech somehow changed a script that my Dr spent valuable time ensuring I got the name brand (as its all that works), to a generic, causing me to have to go days w/out a necessary medication and then my Doctor has had to redo the paperwork. These things have made me furious, so I only talk to the pharmacist and it doesnt happen with the current one.

There was some kind of glitch in the processing of my elderly mother’s prescription. After dealing with someone unpleasant over the phone during the day, I went to the store in the evening. The situation still hadn’t been resolved. Christine was helpful, pleasant, and didn’t stop working to fix the situation. Excellent customer service from her helped turn a rather unpleasant day and experience around. That is some of the best customer service I have received. Thanks Christine!!!

Absolutely useless pharmacy. It doesn’t matter that you’re open 24 hours if you can’t even fill a prescription. It’s now been more than a week and a half since our Dr. ordered a prescription for us from this location and they still don’t have it. On the first day they said they were out of it, but would have it “tomorrow”.They didn’t.They also didn’t the next day, or the next day, or the next. 11 days later and they still don’t have it, and won’t even give a date as to when they will have it in, while offering no assistance to expedite it or provide the medication we need.Nobody needs a pharmacy that can’t even fill generic prescriptions, and rude staff that provide no service. There’s a CVS across the street from here and you’d be much better off going there instead.

I just called the pharmacy to see if it was safe for me to take Zofran with my daily medications and the pharmacist was incredibly rude and also would not give me a clear answer. When I asked for clarity because she seemed unsure she raised her voice and became combative. I’ve called before for the same reason and other pharmacists were very helpful and if they weren’t sure looked it up on their system.

This Walgreens is the worst. They erased all history of a script I had as i watched disappear on my Walgreens app. Then the pharmacy tech claimed she had no idea as to what I was talking about. I had to go back to the doc and get another script. They have been wrong about refill times. They are consistently understaffed. Many of the technicians have poor customer service skills and are lacking in knowledge to do their job efficiently.There is a better Walgreens near to where I work and I will be having my prescriptions sent there in the future.NOT all Walgreens are bad, but save yourself the frustration and find another, They are practically on avery corner.

I would give zero. These guys told me 10 minutes, took over an hour, and filled the perscription with the more expensive medication. I paid an extra 30 dollars to get out of there. Im never coming back. From now on I will go out of my way, and perhaps even spend more money, just so I dont go to Walgreens. You know how you can tell Im not lying about spending more money??? Because I had been shopping at Walgreens, and they price gouge those who are sick!! You could find a better deal anywhere!!

I dont understand how the pharmacy gets away with being this bad. Ive always used cvs and whenever I leave the doctor and arrive at the pharmacy the prescription is ready. I had to switch to walgreens for insurance purposes. I show up an hour after the prescription was sent and they tell me to try back in 40 mins. I go home, set up an online account and all it says is in progress. I call the pharmacy and find out one prescription is delayed so they held off on filling the other??? Ugh. This is after I waited an hour and a half last week to fill some amoxicillin for my son in the middle of the night.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PHARMACY. Terrible service. They have lost my prescription twice, with no apparent explanation for the screw up. They then say wait 10 minutes and well have it right out for you. 30 minutes go by, nothing. The people here are always busy doing something besides helping customers waiting in line, and they will not acknowledge the fact that the wait is so long. Instead they act inconvenienced by your patronage. Meanwhile the line gets longer and longer with frustrated people. Absolutely pitiful service. Theres no excuse for it. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy experience I have ever had. I went in around 8am and only had one person ahead of me who was at the pharmacy checkout counter when I arrived. At 8:15 I was still waiting for someone to help me even though the person ahead of me left several minutes ago? I can count 6 pharmacy employees,they see me but wont acknowledge or assist me. I will never be back to this location.

Pharmacy Review - I’ve had 2 prescriptions called in by my doctor recently. After calling to find out if it was ready for pick up I found out the drug wasn’t in stock and the prescription had been added to my profile instead of ordered. When the prescription was finally ordered it wasn’t available for 5 days instead of the quoted next day. No communication between the pharmacy and people regarding their prescriptions.

Pack a meal when you go to pick your meds. Even if you have gotten a confirmation that they are ready 20 minutes is a short wait. Are always understaffed of each person working the drive thru which is usually backed up around the store and one working the walk in counter which is backed up down isles. One tech filling prescriptions and the pharmacist on phone or computer. Need to add at least one more tech as pharmacy so close to two hospitals and multiple doctors offices the additional staff member would be a great help but seem to be to cheap to add it.

Lets start off first im not from around here im from a small town where nearest Walgreens is 30 miles away and closes at 10:30pm so my wife and i was leaving the target next door that just closed well we needed a phone charger and saw a walgreens well we walk in and i wana make sure they werent closing also so i ask the male cashier if they were still open and right off he was very rude being sarcastic finally answered yes well the other customer in there also started to be rude and say things like what dumb question and how i was a idiot with the cashier as they started to joke around about it again WERE NOT FROM HERE City people are so rude for no reason will not go back

Incompetent store. They have butchered me in the system to where I have two profiles, and neither online support or store staff seem to be able to fix it. One tech said to call back Wednesday, which I did, and her manager could fix it, but that never happened, and I cant view anything online, so I cant refill anything online. At least she got my refill in.Sure I can, well have to call in, but they are always so short and rude on the phone, and you will almost always have to wait 5-10 minutes at least, and the CVS across the street NEVER had an issue with their online, I could hop on, refill on break at work, pick up fast, and be home, while Id still be fiddling with this store in the drive through. Would go back to CVS in a heartbeat if my insurance still supported them.
