Easily the worst place I’ve ever done business with. Take your truck in for an alignment and boom, your 60K mile rig needs a whole new front end even though the dealership said it checked out. Will never do business here again and I will make sure everyone knows of their shady practices.

Finally! Competence. I have had my fair share of poor workmanship done on my rig. I had my Tacoma in for some CV and suspension work. The techs in the shop combed through and not only replaced the CV boots, they cleaned up the threads of a lot of stripped out anchor points from what the other shops messed up. These guys know what they are doing. They also have another tech follow up and double check the work. They dot the is and cross the ts. The customer service at the front counter is second to none. Im careful not to name names in an online review but L behind the counter and Indy who worked on my truck are the best Ive come across in this business.

I had approximately zero clues what I was doing when I decided I wanted my Jeep to look fun, so I called 4WP 3 million times, asked about 13,527 questions, and was borderline annoying, but I was met with nothing but patience, kindness, and a willingness to educate me. Not all companies I called were willing to entertain my question game, and their willingness and patience to help me (i.e., their amazing customer service) was ultimately what made me decide to go with them. When youre independent and dont want to ask family or friends for help, customer service like this is priceless, as they helped me keep my independent self free!Im in love with my Jeep mods and cant say thank you enough for the help!

The man helping me and my husband, first of all, told us, before we even started asking questions, that he wouldnt even try to help find us prices near his competitor which is poor on his part because you guys lost out on close to $10,000 in one day. Every question we had the guy rolled his eyes at my husband. We asked for suggestion on tires/wheels the guy wouldnt even pull anything up to show us any prices or pictures. He told us to tell him what we want, which we didnt really know yet. Same thing with the lifts. We had just gotten our jeeps at the time so we didnt know yet and the guy was no help at all. We are so glad we went with tri city customs. Better customer service all the way around.

Brought my jeep in for headlamp replacement since my right headlamp was not working. Ordered new headlamps from 4wd Parts. When the technician went to replace them, discovered it was a wiring issue, not a headlamp issue. To my surprise, they fixed the wiring free and allowed me to return the headlamps. No charge for the labor!! Very honest work! Thank you!!

These guys are Great . They had a issue with parts missing from a bumper for me and it was going to take 2 months for the company of the bumper to send them . they ordered a whole new bumper and gave me the parts out of it .. thats customer Service . Thank you James, and Mark.

Went in because I was missing a bolt on my sway bar.. they got a bolt and walked out and installed it on the spot. Super helpful and friendly. I honestly can’t say enough about how awesome this place is!! Very knowledgeable and helpful!!

Knowledgeable, a ljttle pricey but good to meet your needs and questions

Brought my Jeep in for new shocks and less than 30 minutes in the shop they called me and said I needed to replace $4,200 worth of parts; ball joints, shaft, yokes, driveshaft, upper control arm, end links, sway disco, rear brakes.I took to another shop and the most they could recommend was upper and lower ball joint and steering damper. $693Needless to say I wont be back!

Brought it in for one problem they sold me a different problem and didn’t fix the first problem. Don’t recommend!!

I recently took my truck to 4wp to get new gears but the customer service lacks so badly I will never come back to this store again. Every time I was in the store or at the register they didn’t really acknowledge me or help me but seem to have side conversations knowing I’m there with their other employees. Didn’t seem very well managed it took forever to get on the schedule was put on hold for over 10 mins 3 times. The main problem was the set back on my truck was supposed to be in the shop from Monday to Wednesday ended up pick the truck on a Monday. I was scheduled but when I would call they would say they will get to it later or tomorrow. I recommend coming to this store for some peace and quiet no one will bother you.

I was assisted the moment I walked in the door by James the Store Manager. He initially wrote up a rim and wheel package. I took some time to think about it and then came back to the store. Chris Herman the Assistant Store Manager was very professional and completed my purchase. Chris was very informative throughout the entire process. I want to thank both of these gentlemen for an amazing shopping experience. This store is very clean and organized. The installation process was seamless as well. I will be back for future purchases. My husband and I came in looking for parts for our Gladiator but after waiting around for about 15 or 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged even with other employees standing around doing nothing. We walked out took our business somewhere else, vowing never to come back.

Very knowledgeable people. But I did find they continued using an invoice I paid for in December and added items in January. Outcome was because of original invoice date the half price labor special in January didnt apply to my purchases made in January because of old invoice date. This is wrong on all accounts.Update...James the manager was extremely helpful in resolving all issues. Many thanks to him for his help. I will return. But I will be attentive to transactions.

Its very accessible and just off I-35 proceeding south down interstate I-35 and through the I-35 & 240 intersect keeping eyes right you cant miss it . Excellent location, excellent people, excellent products . Its my go to for sooo many things . Including the great weekend festive activities.

Service department is very good. Theyre one of the few people in town that I will allow to work on my jeeps. Every nut and bolt will be accounted for. Attention to detail is impeccable.

Had a ton of work done here. Lift, tires, wheels, new gears with lockers, top, body armor, front and rear bumpers, winch, etc. etc. etc. I had shopped for over two months among the various shops in the Oklahoma City area getting quotes, talking parts, discussing options, etc. Some shops seemed very “unconcerned” despite the amount of money I was looking to invest. 4 Wheel Parts stood alone, in that they discussed at length my options, made suggestions about setups, etc, all before I ever threw a single dollar down. In the end, this was partially why I chose this shop among probably 5-6 other shops or individuals. The work done was absolute top notch. I have owned so many vehicles in my life, and dealt with countless repair shops/dealership repair shops, specialty rebuild shops, etc. To say my feelings toward all of them was mixed is an understatement. That being said, the work done by 4 Wheel parts in Moore was exceptional. They were very courteous, from the moment I stepped into the door looking for a quote, to being flexible on a start date, to getting the work done, and getting my vehicle back to me. There were some small delays, but I had handed them a stock vehicle with well over 100,000 miles on it, so I had expected some components I had not expected would need to be replaced. They always called before any additional expenses, explaining precisely what was needed and why, and how critical it would be to replace the part. The vehicle was spotless when I got it back, and the even OFFERED to rattle can my Poison Spyder body armor since it was going to be a few months before Id be able to get it painted. They did such a good job, my wife, who has always hated the color of my Jeep, is now begging that I not change it, because it looks so good. I really cannot be happier with the work done, the people there (Kevin), the manager (sorry, forgot your name) that was so helpful, in spite of always being super busy when I would come in, and the awesome selection of gear that as a Jeep owner, I just cant live without. Recommend-yes, would go again-yes, would suggest to a friend-yes.

Go to place of the 4x4 cult. I’ve had good experience in this particular one but I’ve always called ahead of time before making the trip. They have lots of inventory and good deals on tires, but remember the trend now is online+pick up in store. Order, call, then head out there, you’ll be happy. They can also give you info about 4x4 events and tracks in OKC.

Bought new LED headlights after seeing them online. Went to the store while in OK to see them in person. Got a lot of advice and details. Love the store Where you can play touchy-feely. Seeing all the great products in one spot is fun to compare part to part.The team are knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience. I will visit every time i am here.

5 stars, awesome service, took my Cherokee in that had a suspension bolt that came off. The suspension link was damaged from the cotter pin rattling freely. The tech had a spare link handy and replaced it free of charge. Only had to pay for the inspection. I GLADLY paid the tech a tip!!! Courteous and helpful on every occasion A+++++

We recently used this shop to fix a part on our jeep. They initially quoted a time frame of 4-6 weeks to get the part in and then just a couple days to fix it. Well here we are 2 MONTHS later and my jeep still isnt fixed. The part took approx. 4 weeks to come in. We found out the part was in, only after calling to check on the status of it ourselves. They then told us it would take 2 weeks before they would even get our vehicle in the shop to get it fixed. Once we finally dropped it off for the repair, we were told it would be ready the next evening, of course it was not and again we only found out about this by calling them on Saturday morning to check on it. They then said it will be done the following Tuesday, well here it is Tuesday and guess what?! Its not ready!!! I can understand ordering the parts and not having control on when they arrive. What I cant understand is why we havent been contacted regarding our repair, especially if it is not going to be done in the time they quoted us. This is awful customer service when I am paying them over 5K for the parts and labor. I would feel a lot differently if I had been contacted and kept informed about what is going on with my vehicle, but they have failed to do this. I will not be using the shop in the future solely because of their lack of customer service and appreciation.

Their products do run higher than some other places. Be sure to make advance appointments for services, they typically cant get to you same day/week. They are friendly and it is a very clean and nice location.

Straight and to the point. There wasnt a while lot of extra talk besides, is there anything else I can get you? Or do you understand the part operates?They were very knowledgeable to the point that I almost second guessing if I truly knew anything.Labor rates are cheap as well to install the part.

I called ahead to check if a part was in stock. I was told it was so I drove the 20 miles to get it. Upon arrival I was told the item wasnt in stock. Needless to say I wasnt happy! However, the assistant manager, Colt Roberts, made me a great deal on another brand of the same item. He also gave me some good advice for another purchase I was making at the time. All in all they stepped up and made it right and I left happy. I will deal with them again!

Had my truck alignment done here. Staff was great, alignment, was good, but I noticed some issues a few days later. Come to find out all my camber adjustments were way off. The marked them but when I got to looking at them they were all loose. I readjusted back to the marks and torqued and has been fine since. Seems that the may have forgot to torque everything once done. Disappointing for the price paid...

Great section of parts and knowledge, went in driving my old 89 jeep got fair service in my Saturday my wife doesnt carebif I get them dirty. all though service in my 2019 2500. only reason it is 3 stars I felt like I had better service when they thought I had more money

I took my Jeep in for tire rotation. They identified troublesome cuts in one tire and it was replaced under warranty. They also determined a tie rod end needed to be replaced. Its nice that the other areas are inspected. The shop boss Colt was nice and so was James, Jay, and Mark.

These guys do good business, and have always been helpful (not pushy) every time Ive gone there. Great sales and find ways to save me money.

Usually great service, today not so hot. Had a pocket full of spending money and wanted some help picking out a new front bumper and a new winch, what I got was someone who just didnt want my money. I asked if they had a catalog I could look at, nope I asked if there was any displays of my year model, nope I asked if they had a computer to look at and order from, nope. I asked if I found one somewhere else could it be installed there, nope. If you want something here, guess you need to know exactly what you want and dont expect this guy to help with any suggestions or anything. Guess it wasnt in his job description today? I called the 800 # and ordered some axles and a locker for my Jeep, they told me I would get a call from the shop in the next day or so, Kevin from the store called me within a 1/2 hour to set up a time to do the install! They had to order in the parts so we set up a time a couple of weeks later (they are very busy so keep that in mind if you planning on having work done). Kevin called me and kept me in the loop about the parts coming in and I appreciated that a lot. The time came for the 2 day install and everything went according to the schedule they gave me. Kevin even called me on the first day to let me know everything was going good.Quality service all around, I would gladly do business with this company and store in the future. Everyone in the store is friendly and professional and I only talked with a couple of the mechanics and they were the same way. I wish I had remembered more names but in this store I dont think it matters because my experience was that everyone was helpful.

I have done business with them on several occasions having them do lift packages on my trucks and recently I bought a jeep that just didnt drive correctly they went through it and for not a lot of money made it drive like a totally different vehicle. Had a lift kit wheels and tires installed at the Moore location. First off they do not know how to call anyone and update them on the status of their vehicle a 2 day job turned into a 5job.My truck still didnt turn out the way I wanted it too they kept my new wheels and tires that were in perfect condition when I asked about them they stated they scrapped them which I find hard to believe .do yourself a favor and steer clear of these crooks after spending almost 10,000 dollars they treat their.Customers like this all my oilfield buddies do yourself a big favor and do not buy anything from here

Website says they sell wheel spacers but when you call they say they don’t sell any at all.

On Oct 5th I ordered a new bumper from 4 Wheel Parts in OKC and was told it would take 21 days to receive. On the 26th I called and was told they would check on it and call me back. After no call back I called and was told I would get it “next week”. Next week came and went with no bumper and now I was being told that it would be mid December. At mid December I was told end of December. I finally, after 3 months and 3 days picked my bumper up today and they didn’t offer anything other than 150.00 bumper installation (took us 15min to install). They blamed everything on the bumper company and never took ownership of the situation and never seemed to care. Please be aware of these people at 4 Wheel Parts. I wouldn’t buy anything from this place!

If you want some peace and quiet this is the perfect place. Nobody will come and ask you how you are or even offer assistance.

I have utilized other 4wp before and this one is by far the worst one! They are usually short with me and have just settled with I dont know what to tell you more than once. I ordered a new top and they said it had to be ordered in and I didnt have a problem with that. The problem arouse after I had to call them on a few occasions to check to see if it had arrived yet. When it finally did arrive, the representative told me Its been here for quite a while. To top that, I ordered Ball joints from them just last week and the Manager of the store managed to order the wrong parts and they wouldnt even stay open for an extra 5 minutes to stay open to fix their wrong. Not only that, but when I called them to see if the parts arrived that day, once again I got a no, only one set of ball joints are in. Then when I got their to pick up the one set, I was informed that My Track bar was in after I was specifically told less then 20 minutes before that it wasnt. I then get a call 5 minutes after I left that they have made yet another mistake and that the 2nd set of ball joints were also there which were the wrong ones to begin with. My best suggestion, spend a couple extra bucks and visit CORE off meridian or save yourself a boatload and just wait a few extra days and order it off the internet. If there were 0 stars, thats what they better deserve. STAY AWAY!

I am sitting here not knowing what to think about these reviews. I have built 3 Jeeps, and a 76 Bronco with the guys at 4 wheel parts and have only had 2 hick-ups in the 15 plus years.. I think its been 15. And to say that Cory is not knowledgeable about 4wheeling and building 4 wheelers is as to say Moses isnt knowledgeable about parting seas. That being said Yes, they are busy, they are busy as hell, they are what,,, one of 2, 4 wheel shops in the greater OKC area?? Anyhoo, just hopped on here to get the number so I could order some parts and saw this and thought that maybe someone (me) should point out a whole lot of great work that they have done for me over the years. BTW Ill bet you dollars to doughnuts as soon as my parts get in theyll be installed to my satisfaction.

I came in get a steering dampiner installed, and when they took it back they noticed a loose axle the guys here are great took the time to actually look and didnt screw for time or money, they know there jobs, there smart about it great guys i greatfully recommend them..

I ordered a lift kit for my truck using 4 wheel parts and they sent me the wrong lift kit that did not match my part number, so while my truck has been in the shop for a month now I exchange my lift for the one they were supposed to send me then when I went to pick the new one up they tried to up charge me saying I made a mistake after they told me that they made the mistake, after I get the lift kit back to the shop that is putting my lift on they have my truck apart putting the lift on and they find out that 4 wheel parts gave me a wrong box for the lift that does not match the part number as the rest of the lift, not it’s Saturday and I called 4 wheel parts to exchange the wrong parts that they sent me then the guy tells me that he can’t order the right parts until Monday which I can order the right parts from the company that makes the lift kit but 4 wheel parts won’t do anything about it, I am never using 4 wheel parts ever again it is costing me more money having it in the shop and they won’t do anything about that either

Google is always asking me to rate this place. I have never been to 4 wheel parts. Not sure what is up with that
