This is the best experience I have ever had. Everyone I met was so nice to me and the lady would ask about my headband and my necklace she was really down to Earth and I love that. I went to Mathesbrothers the same say I did here and the difference with they way I was handled shocked me and made my decision easy. I found an amazing bed and Alan helped me keep my price range in mind and was just an amazing. As soon as I pay off this bed Im definitely coming back to get my parents a bed as well.

I went in for a dishwasher last year and was really happy with their options. Id already budgeted enough for a dishwasher from another place but American Freight had almost the same machine but much cheaper. I was able to afford the dishwasher and a warranty for my original budget.I had the servicemen come out to do a tune-up and they found some water calcium buildup that wouldve gunked up the machine in no time. So thankful the sales guy Alan told me about the warranty. Ill definitely have the servicemen come again next year. Best warranty ever!

The store 4307 in OKC, Oklahoma was very welcoming, friendly, and had great customer service. Maira and especially Thomas helped me out a lot! I was very please and relieved that we were able to figure everything out with my certain situation. The delivery man Paul found my apt just fine and were very helpful. This location is very accommodating and knowledgeable compared to the other store location on I-240. I will be shopping here for more furniture needs. I suggest if you want the same helpful customer service come to this location.

Got a mattress and coverWhen I went to pick it up I had to go to another store. The first store charged me 60.00 for the cover the other store said they give them free with the mattress

Great customer service. We had a scratch and dent fridge delivered and it stopped working the same day. Called the store, they said no problem, come pick out a new one and we will swap it out. No hassle to return. Will reccomend them as needed.Alan was super helpful and pleasant.

Went in to look at some furniture last night. The manager Thomas was happy to help me even though the store closed in 5 minutes, the original items I looked at were no longer in stock. He helped me find other items and priced them all together for me. Great customer service I will be coming back and recommending it to all my friends and family

When I went there with my girlfriend and son to get some beds, the customer service was great; we found what we needed at a great price. Checking out was simple and easy. We left with our receipt in our hand and was told that the delivery date was next week. We payed an addition 70 dollars with an additional tax which is about 75 to 80 dollars for delivery. Come to find out when the day came to receive our shipment, we see that they have our phone number down on our receipt wrong which is how they let us know they are on our route, I live 2 miles away from them. To make things short, they open at 10 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. but their delivery stops at 3; I was there when she repeated her number twice to the gentleman so how? We called and was told that it will be scheduled for the next day. I am picking my stuff up on my own, no refunds for delivery.......next time ill read the small print. #ROBBED .

I bought a gas range and was explained what to do once I install it for a safe install. For sure will be back to purchase more appliances.

This place is awesome and the prices are right! Ive now purchased 3 kitchen appliances from them in the last couple months and have been happy with every purchase. Employees are great! Ben, Alan, and Paul were very helpful with advice about the best products in the store for what I needed and arranging deliveries. Delivery guys were very efficient and courteous.

We bought a freezer and refrigerator at this location after searching high and low all over the place. These guys had the product.Allan and Thomas the store manager were friendly and efficient. They got our appliances loaded up and advised on how to strap it down for the drive home.Nobody really wants to buy appliances but if you need to, go here.

Hours vary...they barely know what they have in stock. Buying anything here is like pulling teeth

Where do I begin....they lie to people! Their $50 take home today is a HARD CREDIT CHECK.... I found out the hard way even after I asked a few times and the store manager looked me in the eyes and said its a soft credit check. I wanted to do a layaway just to hold the item for 30 days but I was told even if I place the items on layaway there was no guarantee the warehouse would hold the items. We dont do a hard credit check and this way you are guaranteed the furniture. My credit a score was hit by 9 points on two and 12 on another.

We bought a gas range on line we liked because there we none like this and at the price in N. Texas. My truck didnt get fixed and it took us almost 2 weeks to get it. They didnt mind. Even after a tank of gas we saved $140.00. Everyone was very helpful with checkout and loading. Im retired and the saving really helps plus it was a nice trip up Hwy 81. Thanks Sears. WELL BE BACK..lol UPDATE 11/1/19 just got jets to convert to propane yesterday had1st breakfast and it cook’s wonderful. Tested oven with a gauge on rack and it’s spot on. This is Kenmore model 74433 made by Frigidaire. Heavy duty grates also. GREAT PURCHASE.

Came in and was immediately helped by the staff. We got a fridge, washer, dryer, and a couch. Their prices cannot be beat, but even more impressive than the prices was the level of service that we got. In the store they were helpful and informative and took care of us and our needs. The appliances were delivered promptly and efficiently by Christopher and James. We cannot say enough about these two. They were so helpful and kind. There were some issues with two of the appliances. However, we called and they came back and replaced them the next day. Again James and Christopher were champions. I truly cannot say enough about this store, they care about you and not just your money. All the people who work here have been phenomenal. Forever shopping here and imploring others to do so also.

Great Service!!! Inventory changes weekly so one must check. Also always check for mark downs on overstocked items. Definitely worth the trip. I personally purchased a dishwasher.

Everyone was so helpful here. They answered all my questions but didn’t “shopper stalk.” They have good looking reasonably priced furniture there. Check here before you go to Mathis Brothers or Bob Mills because those stores are really over priced.

Hate the service and how they treat the customers that order and then they dont want to give the merchandise when it comes in bc they have someone else they sell it too. Its ridiculous how this store stays in business. I dont recommend this store to anyone or buy merchandise from anyone that buys from them.

Amazing customer service! We called ahead to enquire a box spring and Dawnya was so helpful over the phone answering all of my questions. When we got there she was with another customer but greeted us immediately. Another employee Ben, walked in to for his shift carrying his backpack and still greeted us and asked us if we needed help. She remembered our phone call and set us up quickly. Dawnya was extremely kinda and made the process very quick! Overall our first experience there was amazing thanks to them they have an amazing attention to their customers.

The prices were pretty good. There was a good selection of appliances including washers and dryers, dishwashers, stoves. The washers and dryers are only two colors. A dark ugly gray and white. They had some mattresses and boxed springs. There was some beds and couches as well. They had a couple of large indoor games like a basketball hoop and a soccer table and a ping pong table.

Bought a refrigerator and dish washer, sales people very nice, delivery of a Whirlpool refrigerator , it showed up and after almost twenty-four hours of being plugged in never got cold ,it would be a huge help to plug in and confirm the operation before delivery,now on top of being in need of a fridge already and patiently waiting for it to be delivered ,were now waiting a week for the third party company to come out and look at it , if you buy a frigerator from these people, make sure you test the fridgerator before they deliver it to you

A large selection of large appliances, but a very small selection of tools and power equipment. Not a bad start for a new store. I hope the inventory gets a better mix of products in the future.

Bought a refrigerator here had a great sale person ask for Natalie she will help you find just what you need however we paid for the delivery and it was cancelled cause of the snow and was reschedule for Sunday was told we were to be first on the schedule and the day of the delivery we were second but the first delivery was he in Winnie Wood Oklahoma so they didnt get here to 4:12 was not happy with the delivery system I will not shop there ever again cuz I did not feel like we were very important to the

If you are not looking for a specific brand/style, this store is great! Lots of selection in dishwashers, stove/burners, refrigerators, and couches. They are still stocking, so can’t wait to see what comes in. Also, the store clerks were friendly and not “shopper stalkers.”

I visited the Sears Outlet store for the very first time today, and I was very disappointed. I was ready to purchase an item and no one seemed to care I was standing by the register. There were 4 employees who clearly noticed I was ready, but sadly, no one would approach the register. Finally, another employee arrived to work her shift, and she called out to one of the employees there to ring me out.“Will you ring her out please? I haven’t even clocked in yet,” she yelled to the man.“No, I want to go home. Well...I guess I can. She’s only buying a cord,” said the man.I stood there in disbelief from what I had witnessed—the worst customer service ever! The man, noticing I was clearly ready to walk away from the purchase, continued by stating their system was slow.I can handle a slow computer any day, but witnessing an employee decide to continue his conversation for 10 minutes with another employee after noticing a customer is unacceptable. I was very embarrassed my home guest experienced this on her visit to OKC.Please remember what and who you are representing!
