This establishment is an abomination. The audacity to call this a “service” is beyond lost on me. Failure to install my speakers properly, gladly took my money yet did NOT receive a proper install. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and I’ve been to McDonald’s when their ice machines are down—even they are more competent. Save your money and have a real and reputable establishment do your install.

Absolute worst experience at this place. I cant express how awful this business is. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go somewhere else.The owner installed my speakers and took my money as fast as possible. I immediately noticed that the new speakers he installed sounded worse than my original speakers, not only that but now theres a terrible static/rattling sound whenever I listen to bass music. And! he lost some parts to my interior door frame after he reinstalled them so now theyre loose in some spots. I reached out to them to follow up on these issues and they ignored my phone calls until I came back in person and they told me theres nothing they can do about it & just stared at me until I left.Bottom line, the worst businesses are those who are quick to take your money and quicker to ignore you/brush you off if there are any issues. Thats what youre going to find if you go to this place. Good luck!

Bad service. Didnt install speakers properly now I have to take it somewhere else to fix it and redo the whole thing. Ill definitely be telling all of my friends to take their business elsewhere, and I hope you do too.

Not only is the shop the only destination for real car audio equipment but the family-owned feel is comfortable and welcoming. On any given day you can visit the shop 2 browse around, shop or schedule service with any member of the family who all are knowledgeable friendly and genuine. Ive had the pleasure of doing business with the shop multiple times and have always been not only satisfied but surprisingly pleased each time.If you visit make sure to ask to hear the demo truck, it is absolutely the most fascinating sound and air manipulation on the planet.
