They Are A Band Of Crooks Damage My Speaker To Try And Sell Me Another And When I Took Pics They Tried To Lie Then Said They Will Only Charge Me 100.00 Then Tried To Make Me Pay Over 200.00 Over A Half Done Job!! Be Careful They Will Rip You Off!!! then they tried to stop me from leaving and attacked me and my children when i would not pay for the speaker they broke and stoped my other speakers from working!!Con artist that try to upsell you on any item you bring in.All the employees are out to get the money . If you bring your own items to get installed the price is even more. Once they try to install they do not want to deal with any issues . Do not go there unless you want to be cheated . If so youll understand why in the end. Horrible Customer service!!!

I had a horrendous experience with AAA Car Stereos, the owner Ray and the technician Mauricio. This place scammed me and charged me $600 just to install a measly $56 backup camera (PLCM 7200)! He said $600 was for labor - Ask the technicians to show you their certifications, because they are not trained, not certified, and dont know what theyre doing. Ray initially told me that the unit was a mirror along with a backup camera but after it was installed I noticed there was no mirror at all, just a simple backup camera. He attempted to continue to con me into believing it was a mirror but Im intelligent enough to differentiate the difference between a mirror and a reflection. It was an insult! I have a $65k Luxury Sports car and he installed low budget equipment into it depreciating my car. The reviews and YouTube videos on this unit proves that Ray was lying to me. If I could give this shop negative stars I would. I arrived there at 11am and didnt leave until 5pm. WARNING: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!

I recommend doing a price check before you buy anything from this place. They sold me some Cerwin Vega subs for $150 a piece! Later I checked the Manufacture website and seen them for $70 each! The owner was rude and refused to make it right. He made up a bunch of BS about product being hard to find etc. Then he hung up in my face. Also, charged me $40 for an RCA converter box that I had just seen at the flea market for $10. And lastly, over a year ago I bought a Car Play stereo from them that was all unpackaged as if it was previously opened for some reason. Anyways, I’m calling the better business bureau. Also, they were drunk, the guy forgot to mount the speakers in my speaker box, I had to point it out to him. Terrible Experience. For the price I should have gotten some competition speakers.

I have purchased a new stereo system with backup camera, a new viper alarm system, antenna and had them troubleshoot my amplifier and keep me up and running. Everything theyve done for me has been very successful and I will continue to use them as I need services that they provide. They are very professional and have people that know what theyre doing.

Showed up at 8:35am on a Wednesday since that was the listed opening time and waited 40 minutes. They never opened so I left.It turns out they had different covid hours but they werent posted. The owner apologized and made things right.Will be coming back again.

This place was a NIGHTMARE!! The owner had some random crackhead installing my stereo as an employee, which he didn’t even come close to doing. It was so bad that I had to call the Better Business Bureau. The photo below is how they left my car! If I could give this place 0 stars I honestly would.

I didnt receive my two speakers its been almost three months no Call no text Nothing, and I spent 1600 on everything not cool thats not how you do. Business.

I was there for 5 hours and the only help I received was bottled water from the owner, permission to use the restroom at the party store and a jump..... It seemed that you had to be popular or one of their friends to get help. I miss Oakland HI-FI heartbreaking. The owner tried and was so kind but, 5 hours for an 30 second jump and you didnt help me at all what is that?

Horrible service!!!! I’ve used them before when buying and installing my new radio. I paid about $170 for that a couple months ago not a bad price, so I decided to use them again. This time the owner of the place helped me inside I was there to get 4 new door speakers installed into my suv because I wanted an upgrade from the factory sound for my birthday. He told me that he was going to be giving me a nice sound and it was going to cost about $295. I was happy with the service I received the 1st time I came so I agreed thinking I was going to be getting some decent speakers. He actually sold and installed some $40 speakers into my car model SRX62 Memphis audio speakers. I spoke with him and explained I was not happy with these low budget 60watt speakers that I just paid $295 for. Very low quality no upgrade from stock speakers. He told me that if we were to change them I’d have to pay $170 for labor to get them changed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Ive brought 8 different cars to AAA car stereo, Ray and his workers do a fantastic job every single time. Whether its Arm, John, Fabian, or any one of their installers, you will receive more then what you pay for every single time. I drive over an hour just to give them my business, and I dont plan on stopping any time soon. Thank you for all your great work Ray!

This is my second review, all I can say is my car is my prize passion and if you want something done they will take care of you. Ive had stereo, speakers and alarm system put in. I love it! They are the best at what they do!

Ray owner of AAA car stereos and his techs did my Installs new touch screen radio with CarPlay and android, and viper start up system as well best installers.

Bought a 2019 silverado took it them the next day and they told me it will take 2 hours but really took 5 hours. None of the system worked got home and showed it to my friend the subs werent in working condition. Today i had to take it back to the dealer becuse of electrical problem with the power outlet. After inspecting the truck the dealer tec found wires where cut and disconnected and cost me $400 out of pocket to fix dont come to them theyll play you for your money.

These guys treated me right. I initially bought kenwood 6x9s that were a little flat. They recommended some hertz speakers and I am blown away with the performance. They gladly took my exchange and even gave me a discount.
