Charged me $150 to just tell me what was wrong with the car! I should have asked before leaving the car, but I really didnt think hed charge me more than the hourly rate to just look at the car. Then I was quoted an outrageous price for work. I rate 2 stars and not 1 stars, as I didnt have them do the work, so cant comment on that. Disappointing.

I am SO SO SO SO SO tired of auto repair shops that do this. Brought in a relatives car for a repair, really hoping it was something small. Boom, $300 repair. Which hurts but I thought it was indeed the problem. It wasnt. They want us to bring it in for a second time. For what, so you can slap us with another $300 on repairs we might not need? I gave my uncle back his car with much disappointment. He goes to his local repair guy and the problem is fixed by just getting a brand new cap. $20 fix. Im pretty sure the cap didnt cost $20, but at least it wasnt $300 and it fixed the problem! I dont recommend places like this. I lose $300, you get a negative review.

Good service experience. Had to leave my Altima overnight but they dug around and found a rock that was stuck on the swing arm, which Autocom Nissan failed terribly at servicing.
