Cant believe these guys dont have more people rating them. These guys did a top notch job on a dent I had on my vehicle. I cant even notice it was ever there. After doing several searches online I went to these guys because they are Audi certified for auto body repairs. My dude Adam was super nice and professional. He made everything really easy. It was basically in and out.

I had a great experience with this auto shop and especially Adam following an accident where I was rear-ended with significant damages to both the front and back. Adam was amazing, worked with my insurance company, made me aware of all the damages and insurance coverage, and informed of the timeline of repairs. The day that I was going to come back to retrieve my car following repairs, we noticed that the front right tire was extremely flat. Given that it was Friday at 4pm and I had a 2 hour drive, Adam was not comfortable with returning the car to me (nor was I) since it had not had a flat coming in. Instead, he worked with a tire shop to replace the front right tire for me, free of charge and got the car ready for me first thing Monday morning. Adam was so sincere and stated many times that he would have felt terrible if I was stranded on the highway with a flat. Cannot say enough good things about this team, Adam, and the overall work done to my car. While I hope to never need repairs again, I could say with 100% certainty that I would return here. Since I bought my Nissan in 2017 I’ve been rear ended twice. Generally, I’d rather go get my repairs done at some place I’ve researched rather than where the insurance company is pushing me to go. ACR had great reviews and were Nissan Certified, so I figured it was worth giving them a shot.I’m not sure I can really describe how impressed I am with Adam and ACR - partly because my previous career was in auto repair and I’m not certain that the general public knows just how difficult this job really is. There are just so many moving pieces, and you’re dealing with vehicles that are usually extremely sentimental to their owners. I love my cars and I bet most people feel the same way.Not one, but both times I had the misfortune of needing collision repair, ACR has provided me with the smoothest experience imaginable, from start to finish. I spend so much time having to consider details and painstaking planning in my work life, I just can’t tell you what a relief it is to hand my keys to Adam and have him say “don’t worry about anything, I’ve got it all covered” and really, truly mean it. My car came back looking and feeling brand new, both times. I believe they’re Nissan, Honda, and VW certified, but honestly even if my next car isn’t one of those, these guys are my go to body and collision repair shop from now on.

The services they provide are world-class, but what really distinguishes them from the competition is their service. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, both Adam and James were awesome. They handled the repair and all communications with my insurer, and delivered a spotless vehicle. Better than new!

James went above and beyond (during COVID) to do the job right. My car was hit while parked and needed a new bumper and headlight. I found these guys through Subaru Oakland. Subaru Oakland does mechanical and Automotive Collision Repair handles the cosmetics so its all certified work. The repair was perfect but thats not what makes this place amazing.I noticed after I got the car back that it pulled to the left. I brought the car back (without an appointment!) and James patiently walked me through the wheel calibration/alignment report and everything was within tolerances. I told him that I know what I feel so he went on a 20 minute test drive with me on streets and highways in order to diagnose the issue. At >50 mph he confirmed he was feeling what I was feeling. Then he drove the car into the Subaru dealer with me and spoke directly to their mechanic, who he had a great relationship with and explained that despite the calibration within tolerances that they should take a 2nd look at it. He did everything at no charge to me and I never needed to file a 2nd insurance claim with Geico. I got the car back 24 hrs later and everything was perfect.He didnt brush me off when the calibration machine showed all green. He went on a test drive with me during COVID and personally took the car into the shop, as if it were his own. Amazing customer service. This is the place you want to go to make sure a job is done right. They stand behind their work.

Adam was absolutely fantastic. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and dealt with insurance so I didn’t have to. He was extremely professional and personable. I recently purchased a used vehicle with no accident history and noticed that the chrome on the front grill was peeling. The gentleman at the the shop quickly were able to identify that the vehicle had been in a major collision. They recommended that I return the vehicle and get my money back rather than try to make money off me and try to fix it. This integrity was not unnoticed by me and I felt compelled to inform the public of it. Thank you!

There literally is not enough I can say about this crew! Ive had to use them 2 times, both accidents not my fault on BRAND NEW vehicles! Both times, my vehicle looked BETTER then when I drove off the showroom floor! The last time Adam was AMAZING! He took it upon himself to deal with the insurance adjuster and said dont worry Ill handle everything. Not only did he make my last accident painless with all the paperwork etc. He kept me up to date and on time with my vehicle return! What I like the most about EVERYONE there, you leave knowing that they value your business and are genuine!

TL;DR - If you need to get bodywork done on your Audi/VW, Automotive Collision Repair is THE place to go to.After searching reviews to find a body shop to work on my GTI, I came across Automotive Collision Repair. Reviewers speak of Adam highly and they did not lie. Adam is super personable, very easy to talk to, and was very patient while walking me through the process. They even washed and waxed my car before pickup.I wish every auto shop had an Adam equivalent. I will definitely be going back here for my bodywork needs and will recommend him to whomever needs work done.

Super Impressed with the quality I got my car back in!! My car looks even newer and is in better condition than before my accident happened. Costumer service was always super nice, friendly, professional and transparent. I was involved in a hit and run and my front suspension wheel and fender needed replacement. Ricky was my representative and was nice enough to even waive my deductible due to a delay out of their control. This place was amazing and I will be coming back for any future service that might be needed.

I had a great experience taking my Honda here after being rear-ended. Adam and team were super friendly, clear and very efficient. They saw me quickly, managed the paperwork with my insurance, gave me accurate estimates of the time required and what would drive the length of time in the shop (availability of parts, damage, etc). They kept in contact with me and were even able to do it in less time :) Highly recommended.

As others have stated, I dont often give reviews but Automotive Collision Repair did such an amazing job that I have to make it known. Adam is phenomenal. From the first phone conversation until the completion of the repair, the customer service was incredible. They meticulously repaired my car (rear-end collision) to the point that it looked brand new. A month ago, I traded that car in for a newer version and unfortunately was rear-ended again a few days ago. As heartbroken as I was to have my brand new car in an accident, I wouldnt consider entrusting it to anyone but Automotive Collision Repair. I know my car and I will be in good hands.
