I had two desktops and a laptop rebuilt by this company. The work was done quick and came well within the quoted price, (the laptop actually came in cheaper than quoted). All systems work great and I have no problems what so ever. I will recommend DRC to anyone who needs any type of computer repair. If you are looking for a good rebuilt system DRC does have many units available.

Ive been there a couple times for unrelated jobs, and when either calling or in person, always very warmly welcomed with a ton of patience to answer questions. Plus, super close, easy to get to and reasonably priced.

DRC has been taking care of my computer needs for a number of years. I have a small home business, and they have always been very professional and knowledgeable, and taken care of all my issues as well as providing my computer system. I have always been able to get in touch with them if there is an emergency. I have always been very pleased with their service.

They got my computer cleaned up and running faster than ever.

I asked for help with a simple task that I now know I could have accomplished from using youtube, (which I know because the techs there told me) while I was there I explained in detail what I wanted done and they told me they could do it. However when I got home and setup exactly how they told me to - what I had wanted done (and paid $300 for) did not work. I went back to get help but instead of trying to provide support to a customer the tech Chris repeatedly told me that it was my fault and refused to help further - unless I pay them more. This visit was very stressful and I caution anyone that goes here to look online first and if you must go to an IT place, please pass this one by. I only want to prevent others from having the horrible experience I had.

We brought a computer here to replace a hard drive. They quoted us 300 dollars to replace and transfer files. A couple of days later they called up to tell us the price was now 475 because they dont have the part in stock and were going to force us to upgrade. When we decided to go elsewhere, we find out were now required to pay 50 dollars for a diagnostic fee that we had no idea about until we tried to cancel our work. We are very turned off by the underhanded techniques and will not be visiting here again for any sort of tech work.

Have used this company several times in the past and they always come through with flying colors. Came and fixed the problem within 3 hours of my SOS!
