I had a brief yet amazing experience here recently. My 29th Birthday is in a month, and Ive been in the process of working with a few local photographers for birthday photoshoots, so I can here for some balloons.When I walked in, Kim gave me a friendly greeting right off the bat and then proceeded to help me find the exact balloons that I was looking for. All in all, it was a pleasant transaction and I owe a big thanks to Kim and Jollity & Co. for helping make these photoshoots a success!I will be definitely be coming back to buy any more birthday/party related supplies I may need in the future.

Great little party shop. I love to get the confetti balloons! We used them to announce our son and for adorable graduation party backdrops. Prices are reasonable especially for special occasions.

Ordered two chandelier cake toppers one pink and one lilac. Both came broken and pink colour is not as shown on site. Seller will not replace or refund, but kept my money. Very poor service and attitude towards customers. All I wanted was my merchandise in one piece, which is pretty reasonable, and they were extremely unhelpful and very rude to me.

Whenever I am throwing a party or just need something fun, holiday-themed, I RUN to Jollity! First of all, the store is organized by color (dreamy!), and they have everything from cocktail napkins, drink stirrers, tiny plates, cake stands, sparkler candles, dinner plates, etc! Basically everything you need to throw the most amazing and memorable party. Second, I love the balloon wall - every color and shade imaginable. Their friendly staff has helped me pick balloons for a few occasions based on the party theme. They even talked me through how to assemble balloon garland! Each visit I am impressed with the selection of products and the knowledgeable party staff. A stop at Jollity is a must on my party planning list!

While the event space is nice, the customer service is poor. My nephews birthday party was tainted by the event space being ill prepared, petty personalities from the employees, & my female best friend having to risk her life on a ladder due to the contract that was willfully broken by staff when they did not even have the items she paid money for in stock. I will not be returning. People need to know what theyre getting themselves into.

I attended a birthday party here and it was the worst experience of my life. I do not recommend this place. The chairs and tables were dirty and the staff was very rude and unhelpful. They do not have a dumpster on site and instead of trying to accommodate me they made me walk down the street to a random community dumpster or suggested I pack it on my car. I have never minded paying for good services but this establishment seemed out for money and that’s it! I will not be back!

I was super excited to have my son’s 1st birthday party at this location. During our first tour the staff was nice, polite, and the venue was super cute & clean.I’ve had this party planned for months, speaking to Sydney here and there if I had any questions.I have several points that I would like to discuss in this review.The day of my son’s party the event space’s tables were dirty along with the chairs. The owner had to go in and clean them during the time that I paid to set up.This location does not have a large dumpster for their clients to dump their trash., so my family had to dump the trash down the street at another dumpster.Also there’s no diaper changing station. You all host kids parties but don’t have a space for mothers to change their babies?In the contract, it states you have to spend 130.00 worth of party supplies at this location, which I DID 3 weeks prior to my son’s party. I so happened to call Jollity and Co a few days before the party to ask if they had an oven and was informed then, that 6 of the items that I ordered online were not available and that I had to select other options on the day of my son’s party. All of the items that were presented to me DID NOT match his theme, therefore I did not want to spend my hard-earned money on items I didn’t need nor want. I should not be at fault for your mistake.You all have items listed on your website for purchase that you all do not have in stock.I tried my best to find items in the store that I could use for my credit, and ended up FORCED TO BUY something I did not want, instead of giving me a full refund the owner told me I would be violating her contract if I did not buy something right then and there.The owner told me that I could have purchased the items that I had for my sons decor from her , not knowing that I already had a lot of these items on hand from prior parties I’ve hosted. Plus, it was not her business to tell me where and what I should have purchased. This comment was totally unnecessary.I was treated horrible by the owner, and she came off in a passive aggressive manner. Surprisingly. this event space has 4.8 stars, which is awesome for her being that this is her own business. But personally I would never recommend this location due to my horrible experience. I pray and hope that future customers to come have a better experience then I did.My son’s first birthday should have been a joyous occasion but the owner seriously ruined it. I left in tears because of how I was talked to by her.

Jollity & Co is a one stop shop for party supplies! The space is beautiful and product selection is the best in town. Employees are super friendly, knowledgable and fun to work with. 5 stars PLUS!

Soooo adorable! They have a balloon bar so we were able to fill a 3 opaque balloon with various styles of pink confetti for ~$10. Cheaper than Amazon and the confetti was so adorable + customizable! Staff was so sweet and helpful. Much nicer experience than Party City or whatever. Highly recommend for the detail-oriented party planner!

Fun place to buy party supplies. They also have a good space to rent in the back. Great service and helpful staff.

Unfortunately, I had high hopes for Jollity & Co Party Boutique to host my best friend birthday party. The store might look beautiful on the inside, but the staff and customer service were horrible. The owner was rude and wasn’t helpful when asking questions about the event space after it was reserved. I wasn’t informed until the day of the event that they do not have a dumpster at their location. The owner only suggests you leave all the trash in the kitchen and take it to the other establishment dumpster next door. Another major concern I had with this location is that when you use the kitchen there is a big gap between the door and the floor leading to the next room, which almost caused a couple people to fall. It is a huge hazard and should be fixed immediately. Also a couple of my guess had children, and since this is an event space I found it extremely inconvenient that they did not have changing tables. Overall, I wouldn’t subject hosting an event at this location.

Poor customer service. Specifically, After spending hundreds of dollars on our party, the owner disputed a $5.00 difference in party supplies with my sister for her sons first birthday! The policy states that over $130 in supplies must be purchased alongside the room rental fee, however after ordering the supplies, it was found they didnt have all of the decorations we pre-puchased, and we were forced to purchase items we didnt need nor want!When we finally found something, the owner disputed us owing her $3 and then proceeded to scold us infront of family and friends for not purchasing our utensils from her company.Additionally, they dont have a dumpster, in which the owner made it very clear we are responsible for our own trash, in which she directed us to dispose of our trash illegally at another stores dumpster, after being told by one of the associates they would take care of it.We are all working professionals, holding titles in Leadership, Nurse practitioners, Human Resources, etc, we all concur that this type of service will be the demise of her business. Customer service must be at the core of your business, which includes being inclusive and accommodating to all of your customers.Unfortunately, Our experience was very poor, and with the help of family and friends we made the best of our nephews first birthday! I encourage you all to consider this before using this companies services.

I threw a birthday party for my 4 year old daughter at Jollity and she said it was the best night EVER!!! The ladies at Jollity rocked it out.
