Bought 2 mowers prices were good first one ran at store but not when I got home when got home found out it was free for them and they sold it. Second one ran for 2 small yards went to do my 3rd yard and the mower wont start. Wont recommend

I have now 4 friends that have went there for service. Shawn is a mechanic to avoid and dont expect your service to be done right away. With what we experienced, there is better out there. Real review, just kinda scratching my head on these 5 star reviews, really? Do you live in Norfolk, NE?

I needed a mower tire, but didnt want to spend $80 on this old, rarely used mower. NIC was savey enough to suggest buying a tube instead for $46, I was ok with that.My bill was $83!1. It took 2 days to install.2. The charge amount $30 to install (@$60/hr).Maybe Im wrong, but not only do I think that rate is high, I doubt it took a mere 10 minutes.

I jave delt with them for the last 5 years. And always pleasant to work with.

Brought in a new chainsaw not running right. Maybe hours on the machine. 1 week passes, no contact. I call to check on it, well I cant get it to run yeah that is why I brought it here. One more week goes by, no contact. I call again, yeah I cant get it to run. That will be $30. Do not take your small engines to these untrained idiots!
