15 year rider- By far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Cameron was extremely pleasant to work with, and went out of his way to show me around the facility and make sure my questions were answered. No pressure to buy whatsoever, and he went through every inch of the motorcycle with me. Parts gentleman with the awesome beard and dog was also extremely helpful and welcoming. Recommend this dealership immensely.

My son had his bike (not a Honda) lose an oil plug nearby and service helped find the right plug and oil, plus helped with a wrench and rags. All the guys were very helpful and we got him back up and running. Thats great service!

I came here to pick up a uhaul truck and everyone working here was extremely helpful and friendly. They went way out of their way to help me secure my car to the tow dolly and make sure that I would have a safe trip! Go here for service! Dont hesitate! Ive never been treated better at any auto repair shop. I live seven minutes from Casey Cycle in Newport News, and after they completely botched a clutch job, I took it to Dave Hunter at Honda of Norfolk. In a matter of a few days, Dave had my bike fixed (undoing and remedying the abysmal job done by Casey Cycle), and all for less than Casey charged me (and incidentally refuses to refund - avoid Casey like the plague!). I havent purchased a motorcycle from Honda of Norfolk, but Ive interacted with several employees in both sales and service, and I dont think Ive ever met a more friendly bunch at an auto repair shop than the people at Honda of Norfolk.Ive been a police motorcycle instructor for all of the Hampton Roads area police departments for several years, and have purchased multiple motorcycles over the last 20 years. I will go NOWHERE else for service on my Goldwing F6B. Honda of Norfolk won a customer for life because of their superb care for this customer. While in and out of the shop, I also witnessed interactions between several employees and other customers, and they treated everyone with the utmost respect and care.Honda owners: Honda of Norfolk is where its at! Dont hesitate!

Great experience purchasing a new Fury here. Everyone was very friendly, no pressure purchasing. Tiffany worked hard to get me a great financing rate, and helped me register and title the bike in my home state of Alaska (active duty military). They may be the only Honda dealer in the Hampton Roads area, but they are worth visiting. If you are trying to get there in person, be cautious, GPS does not lead you the right way. You have to turn a block early (imagine you are trying to come in around back).

UPDATED: I had given 4 stars but I got my bike home last fall took it for a ride and it started smoking, figured it was leftover fluids from repairs (carb rebuild, air box repair and general motor check) and put it up for winter. Upon spring startup discovered oil leak from manifold so I took it back and dropped it off. A month later they call and say they didnt touch the motor just did carb rebuild. They could fix leak but would change me. So when was I lied to?? In the fall when they said we checked the motor and nothing was wrong or in the spring trying to cover their azzes?? Either way being lied to by a mechanic is grounds for never returning!! Not for more purchases nor repairs! Not another penny.

This is my new shop.The staff help me settling an insurance claim that was messed up by another local store. A great bunch of people and easy to talk to. I will be back.

I got mixed feelings about this place. We went there after work on a rare 70 degree day in February to actually purchase a bike. We had set an appointment for 4pm, and were there by 410. We were greeted by mark, who was really nice the whole time (I wish he could have sold us the bike instead) but instead our appointment was with Chad. Chad wasnt in the lobby immediately, but when he did get in there, we started the paperwork immediately. The whole time while one of the nice finance ladies was taking care of us, Chad was just rushing the whole thing. Clearly he didnt care if we stayed or not. He just wanted to go home promptly at 5 (when they close). He didnt want to be there any second longer than he had to be, despite us wanting to take the bike home that evening. When I used to sell cars, if a customer came in 5 minutes before closing, wed stay another 2 hours to get the unit sold and make someone happy. Chad didnt have that kind of desire. Thats too bad. That, along with the out-dated and cramped show room, Id go to the next Honda bike dealership before coming back here.

Honda of Norfolk went above and beyond for me and my family.When I forgot to leave a phone number with them they came to my house to inform me my bike was ready for pickup. They literally went out of their way to make sure I had a positive experience.Purchasing from them was smooth and easy. All of the documents were ready when I arrived. I did not have to wait on any one to type up or print any thing. Very fast.They gave me a run down on operation of the bike I bought so that I would be familiar with it before setting off.I will be back in the spring to purchase another bike for my wife.Honda of Norfolk is the only bike shop I will be visiting from now on.

This shop was awesome, mechanic was Cody and he did an outstanding job of getting my bike up and running after it sat for far too long. He had the work completed very quickly, stayed in contact with updates, and debriefed me on everything that was completed and taught me how to prep the bike if it will sit for a month or more in the future. Highly recommend this shop!

The service department at this establishment is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful technicians I have ever met. Many shops blow you off when it comes to questions but they actually take the time to make sure you have a full understanding to the answers you need. They have fixed multiple bikes for me and kept the repairs and pricing honest and to the point. No shotgun approaches, no guess work, just pure skill and honesty. The technician Mike was a huge help in getting my Honda Valkyrie up and running. They went above and beyond what other companies were willing to do for me. My bike had been sitting for awhile and Mike got my baby back up and running. Very quickly for the amount of work that was involved. My bike has never ran so good. Best pricing for dirt bikes in the area. I priced here and two other Honda dealers in the area. Honda of Norfolk beat them both by ~$1000, out the door price.

I had heard nothing but great things about Honda of Norfolk, so I decided to give them a try. Their entire staff is very friendly, and they automatically treat you like family from the moment you walk through the front door. Dave, Mike, and Cody took the time to answer all of my questions big and small.I needed a new clutch and my bike (95 ACE w/ over 70k miles) was worked on by Mike. My bike was ready waaayyy sooner than I expected and runs like a dream! Ill definitely be a customer for life! Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

Great experience! After being jerked around by the competition, Honda of Norfolk offered a pleasant, fair, and easy buying experience. Not only did they destroy the competitors price but they were genuine, honest, and patient through the process which was done in about 30 mins. I highly suggest buying your next motorcycle there.

I have owned a Honda for over 6 years now and would not take it anywhere else to have it serviced. My bike has over 80,000 miles on it and continues to run nicely. I can credit the service department for all the TLC that they give my bike when I take it in. If there are parts or other items that I need to order, they usually come in in 1-2 days. When they arrive, I receive a call to let me know they are in. There may be other Honda/bike shops in the area, but not for me. Way to go, Honda of Norfolk.

I am the newest Number One Fan of Honda of Norfolk (HON). I just picked up my 1997 Valkyrie which they converted to a Trike for me. I first contacted HON by phone after finding that they were only one of two dealers in Virginia that could Trike my Valkyrie (the price was pretty much identical between the two but HON just sounded more interested in the project and my guy there was very knowledgeable; both dealers were also the same approximate distance from my home in Richmond VA). I talked to and worked with Paul Swenson (my guy) from start-to-finish and he was absolutely outstanding. He even sent me update pictures as the work progressed and he personally detailed my bike before I picked it up. The mechanic (technician) who actually did the work was Cody Richards, and he is a Wizard! He answered my many questions beforehand, during the kit installation phase, and he even gave me a thorough briefing this morning when I picked it up...covering everything I will need to know about it, answering many questions and even giving me several key safety tips and techniques (which really helped and I really needed, even though I have been riding two-wheel motorcycles for 36 years). I should mention that my guy (Paul Swenson) also participated in my training, too. My new baby now looks brand-new and runs great ...I already have 150 miles on it (Ive had it for less than 4 hours) and love it! I got gas less than one mile from HON after I picked it up and three guys came over to check-it-out and ask about it. When I got back near my house in Richmond and stopped to get gas again, I had another two guys come over and check-it-out. (Yes...it looks fantastic and turns heads...thank you Cody and Paul!) A man has got to know his limits, according to Clint Eastwood, and I knew that I should give up two-wheeling a big bike (especially with my number one baby riding behind me) before having to say I wish I had given it up. I have never laid a bike down and now I should be able to ride into the sunset being able to say the same at the end of my motorcycle road through life. It was expensive to Trike it, but worth every single penny, specifically because of the attention-to-detail and and quality of work done by Honda of Norfolk. They are my one-and-only Honda Dealer from now on!

Im going there every year for the state inspection for my Harley. I know I have free state inspection for life at the Harley dealer but just because staff at Honda is super nice and WAY less pretentious that the Staff at Harley dealer it worth the $12. Staff does the difference.

The guy in the parts department was rude and just acted like a straight up solution of vinegar and water (that is a duche for someone that does not know). Came in to get a part, the part was only $10 then wanted $40 for shipping?????? It weighs less then 3 ounces. He wanted me to pay for the rest of his entire orders shipping cost basically (knowing that others have paid shipping too). He told me to my face that my atv was worthless and it was already hard enough to get the part, then he would not give me the part number saying it would take money out of his pocket. Well good luck on him the jerk wad I found it on amazon for $12. Him and Honda of Norfolk can shove it, Polaris, can am and arctic cat are better machines anyway not over priced at all for Independent rear suspension’s instead of the solid rear axle chunk that Honda of Norfolk sells.

After 50yrs of servicing motorcycle the the service is amongst the best. Took my Goldwing to Honda Of Norfolk today to get a reccomendation on who could do some light painting, ended of with salesmen applying a compond that eliminated the need for painting. Although the service guy made it clear they were backed up, he resolve my cruise control issue-no charge for labor-$10 parts. Im hooked!!
