Delicious Ice Cream, and the staff was very friendly. It seemed to be connected to the front side of Little Caesars which threw me for a second. We parked on the opposite side and walked in. Perfect for an after school (early release) treat. Well Done!

I came here to get two milkshakes. Extremely disappointed! There was no one else in the place, but waited for over 10 minutes. The flavor was bad, texture was gritty, and it was super watery!!!! When the staff was making it they only put one and a half small scoops of ice cream in it. Had to throw both of them out. Definitely was not worth my money or time.

Absolutely fantastic. The regular ice cream and the N.I.C.E. version are delicious with great flavor options. The Atomic Sloppy Joe amazing and it pairs perfectly with a Coffee Stir. The frozen pierogies are a great take home for a quick dinner at home during the week (and taking home a quart of ice cream with them is even better).

Super good. The staff is excellent and the establishment is very clean. Try it for yourself...you will not be disappointed.

I greatly appreciate a decent quality, local ice cream shop who has green tea flavor, and a decent variety at that! Other good standbys here include the Cookie Monster, which has a great blend of both dough and cookies and cream. The service has been always so kind and personable too! A lot of variety at a decent price. My only lament is no cones!

Really good ice cream. Staff was friendly. A gentleman helped me sample some ice cream and a young lady checked me out quickly and promptly. Little Ceasars and them have a great combined offer as well where you can get 2 large pepperoni or cheese pizzas with the crazy combo, a 2 liter, and a pint of homemade on ice ice cream for $20!

Horrible customer service I ordered ice cream in a cone for my daughter and nicely asked for a cup and a spoon because it was hot and it was melting all over the place. The cashier got bad attitude and charged one dollar for a cup and a spoon. Save yourselves some time go somewhere else.

It was a nice little place and the employees were super nice. But I asked the lady if she could make a hot fudge Sundae..she said she couldnt bc there was no hot fudge. I said ok no problem could you do just like a chocolate sundae? Like just the ice cream and the chocolate syrup and she told me sure she could do that.....so then she says do you want anything on it? And I was like yeah some nuts are fine. They hand me a big scoop of chocolate ice cream smothered in peanuts....Also I our order was like $26 which is crazy expensive. We wont be making the trip back to this place , however the employees were super nice so I cant give this place too bad a review. Just could have gotten what we wanted and cheaper somewhere else ,🤷🏼‍♀️

Its liquid nitrogen frozen ice cream. So the consistency isnt ice cream. If youre not ready for that, then dont go. However, it sure looks pretty. This is the brownie sundae.

I love this place! The waffle bowls are awesome! The caramel is REAL CARAMEL, unlike other ice cream shops.

Clever quaint ice cream parlor that excels in customer service and quality. The ice cream server was very helpful and patient as we were reading what is admittedly a different kind of menu. There are plenty of choices for experimentation (such as nitrogen infusion) and the classics are there as well, such as a sundae. Give it a try!

Fun experience. We tried their liquid nitrogen ice cream (portions are very big), a coffee stir and shaved ice. The ice cream and stir was great. If youve had hawaiian shaved ice this does not compare. Over all great. I only wish they did more of a fun show or something for the kids while using the liquid nitrogen to make it even better.

Stood there for 15 minutes didnt even get my order taken. The only 2 girls that were working were fighting with each other and kept takeing their masks off. Never even ate or got my order taken!!! really disappointed.

Incredible ice cream! You can get it the traditional way or iced which involves dry freezing. The people are friendly, and it is conveniently located in the same building as a Little Caesars. Two great things under one roof!

I had heard of liquid nitrogen ice cream, but had not had the chance to try it. Its cool we have a local spot to try the experience. I ordered the sundaes with half coffee and half chocolate flavor ice cream, whip cream, choice of sauce and 1 topping. It was really good. I enjoyed the coffee ice cream. My kids loved their sundaes and were fascinated with the clouds of smoke as they made the N2 ice cream. It was a chance to explain a little science to them too about how the ice cream is made. Well be back to try more flavors!

I never had lumpy traditional vanilla ice cream before. When asked about the consistency I was told that was normal as they just made it?

Inside is very clean and staff was friendly. With that said, the menu was confusing and it wasn’t clear when we ordered their house, homemade ice cream that it wouldn’t be creamy. It tasted more like frozen sweet milk. Our fault for not asking for a sample I guess. Waffle cones were more like a thin cookie and fell apart soon after we started to eat our ice cream. 4 waffle cones cost us $29. Not really worth it.

Husband and i stopped in yesterday, first time for both. it was a very clean environment. the staff were super friendly and helpful. husband got rocky road and i had a brownie sundae, both were so good!! we live in Suffolk, but this spot is worth the drive!

I went in a few days ago and I was extremely pleased. My boyfriend doesn’t have a sweet tooth like I do. He never finishes his ice cream, but here he finished ALL of it. He said the chocolate homemade icecream is rich in flavor and loved it. The employee(Vicky) was nice, patient, and polite!

I think the Nitrogen ice cream is a really fun twist on our classic idea of ice cream. Its definitely worth going and trying at least once. The sundaes are delicious and its great to finally have a local ice cream shop.If youre a coffee fanatic Id try the stir. Its a coffee milkshake with a little bit of carbonation and it surprisingly works

Its always interesting going somewhere thats brand new. Walked in the places was clean and bright. The workers there behind the counter greeted us friendly. Its quite unique to the area but very good. Its nice having somewhere that takes snow cones to the next level. They also make ice cream using liquid nitrogen which looks amazing. It seems a little chaotic when it gets busy but Im sure its just growing pains and working out the kinks.

Delicious but expensive

I’ve had nitrous oxide made ice cream before and it was so creamy- looked and tasted like ice cream; so that’s what’s I was expecting when my fiancé and I came to check out this place (which we were so excited about since its down the street from us), but that is not what we got. We got frozen chunks of whipped cream??? It didn’t look or even taste like ice cream, it really truly tasted like frozen whipped cream. they also barely put any toppings on it as well which was also disappointing. However, The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable, so that was nice.We do plan on coming back at some point to try the shaved ice, hopefully we’ll have a better experience with that!

I stopped in for a first time visit today. The two ladies that served and prepared my order were great. They were professional, and my order was delicious. I ordered the O2 on ice creamsicle flavor.

My kids really enjoyed the ice cream and all the topping available and theyd give it a 5 star. As an adult, I felt the nitrogen process stripped the ice cream of flavor and the whipped cream used seemed to lack sweetness and was kind of bland. The condiments really made the dish and as the icecream defrosted the dish was more enjoyable.The store is very clean and a welcome addition to our end of Little Creek rd. Im sure my kids will want to revisit throughout the summer!

Shanita was absolutely wonderful and took the time to explain the whole menu to me since it was my first time visiting. The ice cream was very light and not too sweet. I was very impressed and the establishment was very clean as well.

YUM YUM YUMMMMMMYYYYY. THIS PLACE IS SOOO INCREDIBLE. First off they have like 100 flavors where you can change your vanilla ice cream into different flavor with their flavored syrup. Second the have milkshake, shaved ice, sundaes, ice cream and..... NITROGEN ICE cream, which Ive never had until now and it was really good its basically like dip and dots but better. Definitely a place I will be going back to.Did I mention they make FRESH pirogues (I hope I spelled that right 😬 lol) I know I know pirogues at an ice cream place weird but Im gonna try them next time .

My husband and I have passed by this place many times, always saying we should stop in and try it sometime. We finally did and we were impressed. Really friendly staff, everything was very clean, and the icecream was delicious. They even let us sample both the scoop of icecream and the nitrogen frozen spheres. Both were very good. We will definitely come again to try other flavors.

Closest thing to Dippin Dots without needing to buy a ticket to the zoo. Plus you can add toppings. They also have shaved ice. I will try it next visit.

Hard to find. Pull into little Caesers and walk in. Pizza shop hides on ices sign. Its delicious and light. Imagine giant dip n dots made with fresh cream hand dipped in nitrogen.

Hmm. What can I say? This new trend of cryogenic ice cream is interesting and yields a great product. I was pleasantly surprised with its consistency. Im a bit old-school (read boring lol) so I like the basics. If youre a fan of getting creative with your food a là Cold Stone or just a control freak who loves Subway 🤐, this is the ice cream spot for you! I thought the menu was a bit complicated but maybe it was the terminology. Very clean, seating inside and outside, unisex bathroom.

The food is amazing, we come here and feel satisfied from the ice cream. Non stop flavors to choose from! And On Ice is my favorite place to go

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but do not come here, was looking for a soft serve & basically spent 6$ for a cup of air. The “ice cream” here is nitrogen made.Although I was unhappy that I wasted 6$ on a cup full of air and paid basically for toppings, I can see potential.

Sloppy shaved ice and syrup drowned. Also, fast to order but VERYYY slow service. Friendly, and cheap, however the plastic they put the shaved ice in is flimsy and since the ice melted so quickly it melted over the sides making a huge sticky mess literally minutes after I received it.

Not gonna lie, i was thrilled to try this place out for the first time. Checked the hours on my phone, said 10pm. Showed up to find out the place closed for the night soon after i got there. I was told by someone running the shop that it was closed. It was two hours before the closing time listed online and on the door. Ill try and understand that places close for the winter and that places in this city close earlier than usual (which is sad in itself), but i cant just know youre closed if you dont tell us. I want to support a small business but if you want to compete you gotta be upfront with people about when youre open and closed and stick to it. I promise you, I wouldnt have shown up if i saw on google that you were closed. I wouldnt have even been upset if there were different hours on the door. Just let us know!
