I would give 10/5 stars if I could. Robert is extremely professional, conducts business with integrity, and is very considerate of the needs of both his customers and his team. We were in the middle of a heat wave with no AC, and it was 90 degrees in our house. Robert did what he could to help us navigate an extremely stressful and difficult situation in a timely manner. He seriously went above and beyond to help us. He was honest and straightforward with us about our situation, and very clearly broke down what our options were. Other people may have tried to take advantage of how desperate we were, but not Robert. He broke down and explained service pricing and made sure that we were making a well informed decision.Unlike other places, this company is actually available 24/7. Youll be able to speak to someone when you need help and the time frames youre given for service are accurate. The prices are completely fair and reasonable, especially since they accommodate crazy emergency situations and times. (No one else we contacted was actually willing to come out and perform any sort of service on a weekend!)Robert and his team are fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough!

I paid top dollar to install brand new AC system at my house using Murillo, as per their recommendation. A MONTH later it is leaking all over the place, and they try to lie about it. They started blaming dirty air filters until they found out they were being changed monthly. I had another professional inspect the new AC and he told me whoever installed this AC did a horrible job - lots of things improperly connected, lose parts, etc. emergency drain panel was overflowing. Just a nightmare, and worst of all they will argue to the bone to take any responsibility and fix the issue. Run from these jokers. Positive feedback must be from friends and family.

Top notch company. They came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem right away and got a part overnighted. Part was replaced next day and AC is working like it should. Saving them for my future needs as its probably the best HVAC company I have worked with!

I called from out of state to get a window air conditioner for my sister-in-law in Norfolk. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service (and good price, too) in which it was done. All on the same day! Thank you for taking care of a relative who was suffering in the heat!

Where to begin? The oil boiler was on its last leg and the temperature had dropped below freezing. I called Robert for a quote. Robert arrived that evening and had a quote the next day with an install date three days later. The whole process was easier than purchasing a cell phone. Roberts knowledge and experience put my tenant at ease as well made myself. The day after the install, Robert did a follow up to ensure the installation was handled properly. Robert stayed within his estimate and his time frame. This is one company I will recommend to anyone. While I do not look forward to calling a repairman, Robert will be at the top of my list as he is honest, punctual, reasonable, and listens to the customer for a solution.

After calling 4 different companies without getting somebody to come out and check what is wrong with our AC this company answered and told me they will call me back in about 1 h which happened indeed. After 2 more hours Robert was at our business on a Saturday after 4 pm to check what is wrong and managed to fix it in about 20 min. Thank you so much!

My heat went out 48hours before the first winter storm of this year... I called up Murillo Mechanical and they came to the rescue. Within 24 hours they were at my doorstep. My furnace was replaced in 3 hours, his workers were polite and friendly. They were cleanly and laid out drop cloths before starting. Additionally they cleaned up all the leftover assembly screws in our driveway with magnets, and they vacuumed after they were done. The price was unbeatable... and thanks to them my family will sleep warm tonight during this winter storm....Thankyou Mr Murillo and your team for an A+++ job!

He was able to find the issue and get me the options for the repair that I could afford. He was able to repair it and get the a/c running the same day. Both techs did not wear masks inside the home or call me before showing up at 8:30.--Im going to add to this, since the response the company gave is unacceptable. Were months into this thing now and you need a mask to go into literally every establishment. They forgot is a stupid response.

They came in for the initial quote and looked inside of vents and spent about a half hour in my crawl reviewing everything. Came out showed me what was going on. I received my email of how much and they had the job! They did it the following day (took 2 days). If I were you I would choose them they do many different jobs! Customerservice alone sold me!

Excellent Service! We have a Home Warranty and they contracted with Murillo to repair our HVAC system. Mr. Murillo responded quickly to the service request and had a technician out as soon as possible. The technician showed up - ON TIME - and was very courteous. They worked quickly to find a replacement motor for our system, communicated with the Warrant Co to get approval, and to set a return appointment for install. We have had several horrible experiences with service companies in the past that were through a Warranty Company. I am very, very thankful for the way our claim was handled by Murillo. This business came to me through my home warranty. Although the warranty company was terrible, Murillo was easy to work with. They quickly came out, diagnosed the problem, priced the parts, and supplied all the information to the home warranty company and directly to me. Ultimately after getting a buy-out from the warranty company, which would have allowed me to choose any HVAC company, I still went with Murillo because they were honest, upfront, patient, and fair. They were also able to install almost immediately after we made the decision to replace.When I thought I might have an issue with the brand new system, the owner sent someone out first thing the next morning to check it out. Although there was no problem found (just a really hot day combined with poor insulation and air leaking from attic), I was reassured by having them come take a look and even providing recommendations to keep it as cool as possible.
