The primary purposes of this visit to HFT was to take a closer look at the Union Safe, 24- rifle capacity safe. A good deal at the regular price of $649 but an even better deal at $549 now on sale!!! While this gun safe is a little lighter than similar size other gun safes, it provides sufficient security and options for entry. Hurry, I believe that the sale ends on 11/11! I took pictures of the safe and the drawing with the safe measurements.The secondary purposes to stop by was to look at the 10,000 lumen shop lights I purchased to replace the 8 fluorescent bulbs in my garage & shop! Added design bonus is the thick diamond tread body of the LED lights. Hear again, they are on an early black Friday sale. There is an image of the sale price, $7 off each light, I believe!

I now can afford tools I do not use often.(But would not buy a daily used tool here) Hard to leave. Always come out with more than you went in for. Always a Knowledgeable friendly staff.

Always friendly and helpful. Every employee Ive had interaction with knows exactly where stuff is. Easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking with easy access to the store. Just about every tool you could need for novice up to hear and there jobs. Recommend higher grade tools on most stuff if your professional User of the tools. Prices especially with coupons CAN NOT be beat, even eBay prices. Returns are super easy as well as fast check out.

If youre looking for the oddball tool that nobody else has, this is the place to go! Tarps, hand trucks, socket sets, wrenches, paint guns, all kinds of stuff! They even have a section with rc planes, and all kinds of cool grown up toys! If youre looking for tools, or just something to play with for fun, this is a great place to find it!

A good place to get tools for your needs at reasonable prices. While they offer their own brands (dont go here if youre specifically looking for popular brand names), that doesnt mean theyre necessarily lacking in quality. The staff are polite and professional. They are following Covid-19 guidelines. Recommended.

Decent tools for bargain prices. Their mechanical tools are great for the home mechanic. I’ve used them professionally and they last for a decent amount of time. I stay away from the electrical tools though. I haven’t had any good experiences with longevity and durability. They’re great if you need them and you’re in a pinch.

I can depend on this store to have whatever odd tool or bit I need. They may not carry big name brands, but the brands Ive bought havent let me down and I have tools that are over 7 years old.I return to one of my local Harbor Freight stores once a month, or more. Tonight on clearance, I was lucky enough to find a $100 tool chest that Ive been wanting for years but always talked myself out of it. This one has a small crack at a joint (easily repaired w/wood glue & a clamp) and its missing its lock & key, easily replaced. A little bit of polyurethane and it will look brand new. For a little work and under half the original price and I got the Windsor Design 8 Drawer Wood Tool Chest for under $40 after waiting just 5 years for it. So you can see why I love Harbor Freight!

Not all that happy about my visit because I need a few things , and I walked around looking for the frist thing that I was sure you Carrie and ended up not having , I forgot about the other stuff I needed . And when I asked the employees where it would be they told me but were not aware it was out of stock .

Low prices for good tools

I came into the store unaware that they were closing in 2 minutes. I quickly found what I came for and was allowed to checkout. I was glad that I want stopped at the door. And my item must have been in the mailer because I paid 1/3 of the cost posted on the shelf. All around good deal. Plus they were wearing masks and respecting proper social distancing. Kudos.

Great customer service! They answer all of your questions and if they are not sure about a item they will let you know then tell you they will find the answer for you! If there is a specific item that you are looking for they will hold it if you ask them to as long as you are coming the same day to pick it up. Just be respectful and show to get your items! And if you are running late just call them.

The store was well stocked and clean. They were very busy and I was still helped with my question and purchase.

The employees at this location were very rude, as they were overly prepared to close the store for the night. I arrived about 25min prior to closing time only to receive not a friendly greeting, but several malicious glares and even a few cuss words mumbled under one associates breath. I continued to walk in, despite the severely negative aura this store was emanating. As I smiled and kindly greeted the employees in attempts to possibly lighten the overall established disposition, I began to overhear the cashier mutter how ridiculous it was that we were shopping so late. I honestly have never been so heavily rushed by a store associate before and I was taken aback by the sheer and utter unprofessionalism. I love harbor freight and I like to visit other locations If I happen to be in the area, but I will never return to this location. The organization was poor, the presentation lacked any and every form of order, and things were scattered carelessly among the shelves as if 12hrs of black friday shopping had just occurred. Im seriously disappointed in the store employees of this location and I hope that someone makes a change. On a positive note, I purchased everything I wanted for an exceptionally low price; therefore, slightly redeeming my experience at harbor freight tonight.

Its hard to find a good cheap tool. Harbor Freight is like a cheap tool breeding ground. A vast number of tools and for just about every category. With the sales, coupons and free stuff, you can find some really good deals. If you can find anyone to help you, they are at least friendly, but they do make you work for it.

Due to covid 19 this store is not allowing customers that are not wearing mask inside the build. Wearing a mask is a false sense of security. Governor Northam didnt wear a mask at the beach nor practice social distancing at the ocean front so why should we?

Great for low cost tools. Received coupon for 30% discount and placed higher priced items to be scanned first. System used lowest priced item to apply 30% discount. Not a harbor freight issue but flashlights with sound wrist straps would be a great addition in the line of work I do.

Always a great time buying better made products than what they used to offer. Bought the cheapest Sawzall over a year ago for $25 and I cant destroy it. Dropped it from 20 up and it kept going like a Timex.

Its a good Harbor Freight Tools store. Employees are friendly and courteous. As for the merchandise, you hey what you pay for. The prices are low, but often so is the quality. If youre a home owner just looking for tools that will only be occasionally used, then this is probably a good place for you. Look for their fliers and sales.

I had a very pleasant experience. They help me find everything I needed. The associate help me with some tools I needed replaced because they have a lifetime warranty and was more than willing to help with everything else I needed. In my opinion one of the best places to go to get tools of any kind. I suggest that everybody who needs tools check out Harbor Freight especially the one in Best Square. I will be returning there probably for the rest of my life or as long as theyre open.

I ran around town yesterday and called various auto parts stores trying to track down a 32mm deep impact socket. Finally I got smart and googled the socket and up it pops $20, $25, $30. And as Im swiping through each advertisment harbor freight comes in shining at $4.99. Al-hamdullilah!You usually get what you pay for which I have found out when I bought cheap tools from there before. But there are some things in there that actually compare to the higher priced tools from other stores. Google recommendations from the people that test different tools and sometimes you will luck out and save that $$$

Always enjoy going to Harbor Freight. Lots of good stuff at good prices. Staff could be a little friendlier. Maybe I will wear my very short dress next time and see if that helps. ;)

This is a very interesting place. If you havent been there in a while or have never been, I think its worth a visit. All prices on items are far more reasonable than others. Of course, in some cases, you get what you pay for. Some, not all, tools and other items may not be of the highest quality. The selection here is quite impressive.

Wish I could give them more stars but their stores arent run well at all. Been trying to get the 46 wood top work bench for a few weeks, was told twice it will be in on the truck Thursday... Worse part is they love having those slips of paper in the sleeves for items but when you go wait in line and get to a cashier they are like nope we dont have one.... Is it that hard to make sure inventory matches the paper available in the sleeves? Probably just have to order it online.

Ive been going to this harbor freight for over 10 years now. Great place for odds and ends and some power tools. I do not recommend buy pneumatic nail guns from there, they simply dont last.Harbor Freights return policy has gotten a lot better though. You used to need your receipt, now they can look up your purchases from your phone number.Dont forget to buy a hot dog from the hot dog lady outside, shes been there for years!

Always a bunch great tools for less. I have no problem buying their tools and using them for a specific project before placing the tool on a shelf until it’s needed again. Why pay 3x as much for something unless you require the dependability of a big brand. I’ve build decks on my house with heir stuff that look fantastic. And I spent less than 200$ on tools. Win.

It is always a experience to go there I find lots of things that I need.

A little smaller and older than some HF but still clean, taken care of, and friendly service.

You can get an amazing array of very small hand tools, all the way up to some pretty decent size power tools here, and all I have a discount. Even have a buyer club that you can join to get additional discounts. Way better price than Northern Tools, Harbor Freight gets the job done and is very much worth the trip particular if you are a Tradesman. Two thumbs up.

Cheap but large selection of handy tools for the handyman. Quality its not the greatest but the prices are good probably due to Chinese products but then again, who doesnt sell Chinese products??? Very inexpensive tools. They are stepping up their game on quality and still giving a very reasonable price. I tend to loan out tools and it doesnt seem quite as bad when I have to replace it and it doesnt cost a fortune.
