This place is delicious but it has literally the longest wait for anything. So don’t expect to quickly stop in and out, but you can expect some tasty stuff!

Such a cozy, very well designed spot! The food was delicious! The staff were not only very knowledgeable with the menu, but also really friendly! Made for such a wonderful experience. If you’re in the area definitely hit this place up.

Excellent coffee, and very cozy seating area. You can smell the coffee roasting while seating down. I enjoyed the atmosphere, hope too see this coffee shop soon in the northern Virginia area.

They did an amazing job with the food and the coffee! The atmosphere at the Monticello location as great and they treated me and my friend that came with respect and their greetings were awesome! They didn’t even rush us out me and my friend were able to sit for four hours and still get service! Thank you so much.

Simply brilliant! I wish I could come here every day. If you are serious about coffee, come here. But if you arent in to coffee, they have pioneered fun ,new and innovative drinks, like a banana avocado latte. This place is not to be missed. Cool store and the whole staff is really amazing and truly passionate about what they do. They treat you like family.

Met Brian and he gave me the tour about how they aim for healthy and everything made in house to it’s perfection. Experienced it first hand with the Bananacado (yes banana avocado) latte made with no simple or fake sugars (nothing in there is, I love it) and I’m literally blown away by how amazing this tastes. The Real Chicken was also an interesting thing with a whole grain croissant and just straight up yummy af.. I’m definitely coming to try new thing when I’m back in town but I appreciate the hell out of him explaining all of there ideas and how welcoming he was. Thanks again Brian!🤘🏽🤯 Still mind blown..

Delicious! It took 25 min for my husband to get his breakfast sandwich but it seemed worth it considering how much he enjoyed it. The smuices were so yummy! Wish we were staying longer during our visit to try more menu items! Loved the ambience inside and the seating was comfortable.

Wow! What a great place. Service was excellent, ambiance was inviting and the food was superb. Staff was friendly, service was quick and they were able to accommodate to specific dietary restrictions. Breakfast here is a must from now on. The coffee was delicious. It’s been a whole year of coming here, mainly because I work in the building. The coffee itself is fine, aside from the price. The service is unbelievably slow. Everyone is nice enough, but there is absolutely no sense of urgency with the staff. The place can be empty, and it will take 20 minutes for three drinks. If you’re getting food, it’s even worse. Not to mention they will somehow mess up your order. Also, they seem to be out of things all the time. At one point last year they were out of espresso......what??? These are simple things to fix. It’s a shame they can’t figure out the service side of their business because their product isn’t bad.

These girls are honestly some of the nicest employees Ive ever met. Rory, Alexis, and Elizabeth are exceptional. My donut tasted amazing, they didnt even laugh at my weird combination I picked. Also Im pretty sure this place serves the best coffee Ive ever had. Definitely stop in here! You wont be disappointed.OMG THIS IS THE BEST!!! Highly recommended! Wow. Rory WAS THE BEST.

My wife and I had a great experience at Cold-Pressed. This isnt our first time, but it was the first time at this location. Everything and everyone was great! This is the most spacious location out of their three present locations. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and received friendly and excellent, personable service.We dont get to come here often, but we love to come when we can.Food: I ordered the Dont Worry Be Happy Bowl and my wife ordered the Acai Smoothie Bowl. Both were very delicious and healthy.No preservatives and everything is fresh!Coffee: I ordered a Latte and the staff made a special Cinnamon Toast kinda latte for me. Very creative and much appreciated! My wife ordered and iced latte and her was also very good. You cant go wrong with anything here.PS - Chesapeake needs a Cold-Pressed too. :)

Great place with better coffee than prominent chains along with an array of unique food options. Juice also, not that its my thing but had a shot of something that put me in an Aztec fever dream for about 20 minutes after leaving. Would visit again.

A friend and I meet for coffee regularly and this has become our favorite go to. Its in a great location, has an amazing vibe with friendly and knowledgeable staff, delicious coffee, juices, snacks.... Seriously, we LOVE this place!

Worth every penny. I came in for a quiet spot to homework on a Sunday afternoon and the food was almost as wonderful as the service. I will definitely be coming again.Would recommend the Vietnamese Coffee and Fungus Amongus Breakfast sandwich.

Great menu, service and atmospere. Fair prices for fresh food. Their salads make a hearty meal. Muffins are extra large and delicious. Easy access from the Tide train line.

Im sorry to disparage any new business, after all theyre often trying to get their groove together, but given that this chain has two other stores, I cant hold back. Ive been trying...lord knows Ive given them my best shot as they are conveniently located, and Ive tried them four times all with bitter disappointment. First, they are amazingly slow. Ive read the reviews of their other stores and Ive read the same comments. Dont know why, as today, when there were no other customers that it takes so long to get a coffee. Second, theyre far too expensive. I asked for a large cappuchino and paid $4.26. I got an 8 ounce cup of mostly foam - half the size of Starbucks but the exact same price!!! Third, theyre business model is an environmental nightmare. I asked for a bagel with butter. In NYC, theyd give you a hot, fresh bagel wrapped in a single sheet of foil. Here, I got a bag that could have held 20 lbs of groceries, the bagel in a plastic container that would put Tupperware to shame, and the butter in another container, with plastic cutlery. About enough trash to kill a small dolphin. Finally, its the attitude. When I asked why a bagel with butter couldnt be served on the bread itself, rather than incurring 12 lbs of plastic, the manager told me they do it that way because they dont know how much butter people want. ? Umm....I suppose asking the customer is too difficult. So, overpriced, long wait times, poor customer relations, and an environmental nightmare.......Ill walk another block to avoid all of that.
