I visited here while shopping for back to school. The store spaces people out by making sure there is a certain number of people in at once. Even though it was busy the staff were super nice and helpful. I found a really cute black leather high top that disappointedly…only comes in kids sizes. 🥲 Other than that it’s a decent place to shop for chucks.

A store employee looked up my private phone number and sent harassing text messages, which also happens to qualify as stalking in Virginia. They also contacted me again after I told them to stop. This was after I was forced to leave the store after being incorrectly denied a return when I only drove 50 miles because I was previously told by Converse I could return my item to this store, as opposed to shipping it back.Still havent heard from management, so thats cool. Just keep committing crimes, I guess, down at the ol CON-verse store.A payment will be made in recompense for these errors.

I felt this place was average. There wasnt alot of stuff other than shoes for the adults but they have a clerence section for kids but its a maybe you find something at a really cheap price or you dont. Theres no guarantee though. But its worth taking a look around you never know what youll find

I can not express how great the service was when I visited this location!! The selection was great but the staff and the cleanliness of the store was the most satisfying part of the experience! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, I was asked if I was military or student for an additional discount on top of the killer deals!! I will be returning. Thank you for making my visit pleasurable!!

Clean, great procedures for the virus. Staff is amazingly friendly. The cashier forgot to put a pair of shoes in our bag and tracked us down in the plaza to ensure we received them.

Decent prices for an outlet

Very rude employee. I know With Covid you can only have certain amount of people in stores but to have 6 people leave and have customers waiting outside for 10 mins after the 6 leave is unbelievable. Because they dont have anyone working door.

The staff was very respectful. If I wanted to ask for help there would be a staff member ready to assist me. Would recommend! My only issue is that they dont carry certain styles that are online in the store.

I bought my 1Ast pair of Converse ever at 47 years old. The ladys at The Norfolk Outlets were the BEST! They made my visit fun and enjoyable! Even with my 17 year old son who was ready to go home!(Since hed already gotten what he wanted.) I will definitely be a regular customer. Not to mention I LOVE MY NEW SHOES!

I love this place, but they only sell converse shoes!!!! I was looking for other things but there was nothing but shoes!! The door closed and there were shoes! Shoes everywhere! I felt threatened, but the shoes were kind, threatening, but accepting. I bought a pair. Im broke now.

Very organized, good sales and very friendly staff! Not sure if because of extra sales or friendliness but guy gave a 40% employee discount instead of 30% plus the 40% store sale. Very satisfied!

Best OG shoes on planet earth. The outlet frequently runs great deals on classic shoes that normally will never be found on sale. The norfolk outlets are super clean and well layed out. If you need shoes you will definitely find a pair at the converse outlet
