I order the large berry sweet bundle $90 to be delivered to my husband for our anniversary. I attached the picture he sent me as soon as it was delivered to his job. So embarrassed!!! The strawberries were extreme small, the whole bouquet was small. The strawberries were already sweating as you can see in the picture. Thats how it was handed to him. But worst of all the strawberries were MOLDED!!!!!! Tried to call the store ZERO help!!!!! Dont waste your money!!!!

Good Customer service and fresh fruits always

I stopped in today for a last minute Father’s Day gift. I don’t remember the man’s name who helped me, but he went above and beyond!!! Re-wrapped a pre made arrangement that was sitting in the fridge and he added chocolate covered strawberries and father’s days balloons to the arrangement making it absolutely perfect! My husband ate the whole thing in one sitting! Delicious fruit and wonderful customer service. They have a customer for life in me!

I love this store very much. This store gives me extra ordinary result. When you go up there, you will find out how great all people are. They always solve customer grievances. Their services are awesome. The store employees are very kind. They all work like family. This store is very neat and clean. All employees are hard workingThey always set a benchmark on cleanness.

My order was delivered without the card. I had to come to the store to receive the card. The gentleman told me the cards didn’t come till yesterday and I had to wait for the to be printed and let them know that my strawberries and bananas were molded, he did not show any compassion for the situation and just dismissed me so I brought it here please check your items before leaving or if delivered to you like my order bring it back untouched

I live in Arizona, but I needed something right away for my DIL who lives in Norfolk. Ordering was easy online, and she had what i ordered in her hand less than 3 hours later. Extremely fast service and she loved the order.

Maulin was very helpful has wonderful customer service and he was able to get exactly what I asked for he made my day and I know he will make my grandmas day. I most certainly will be back and hope he is here to service me it was fast quick and to perfection. Hassle free on Christmas Eve. I am very pleased.

I would recommend Everyone to visit this place. This edible store is one of the best store in Norfolk. I have never ever seen like this store. The store atmosphere is great. All employees and employers are very kind. This is super duper clean store. They always maintain hygeine in the store.

Place my order online 7 days ago. Received an email my order was ready but when I arrived it wasnt. Staff there had no clue about my order. The woman there looked at me like I was lying about my order until I pulled up my screenshot of my order confirmation. Then had to wait almost thirty minutes for my order again that I placed a week ago and had a confirmation email saying it was ready to be made. Definitely will not use this location ago if I even order from edible arrangements at all after the experience today.

Was just on the phone asking about delivery time frame and the lady hung up on me before I could get another word in. Very rude and barely can hear her. Wont be using them again.

Okay so I’ve been calling for hours trying to get an update on my order. No answer, will it be delivered today or not?

I ordered a basket for christmas for pickup and despite some holiday hour confusion, the store was able to rectify the issue and deliver the order to my in-law’s house free of charge. I’m from out of state so I wouldn’t have been able to make it to pick up before the store closes (associate told me 7pm when I placed the order for 5:30, and then the store hour was shortened to 2pm later). So thank you!! Will be back next year.

Amazing service they always get my order correct

Do not waste your time at this location. Horrible customer service. We were told 10-15 minutes for our order to be ready. We waited a good 45 minutes for it. I came back in to check on my order status and I was continuously brushed off. When I finally received my order I was given a nonchalant apology. I will never return to this location with the way the handle business and treat their customers.

I came from Hampton and the owner was really sweet and understanding in what i needed. I will definitely make the drive again!!!

Owner was very friendly as soon as I got in the door. He catered to my specific order, I got chocolate covered strawberries and he even offered to put sprinkles on them free of charge. They offer grab and go arrangements if you’re trying to grab something really quick. But he had no problems at all making me a fresh batch of chocolate covered strawberries. Highly recommend, would definitely come back again.

Had my order ready on time and it looks wonderful! Exactly what I asked for and the fruit is obviously very fresh. I was even given a free sample of a dipped apple when I arrived to pick it up. Delicious! Will definitely use this service again.

Im sorry but I dont like these edible arrangements. I would never send one to anyone unless they were true fruit fanatics.My husband was sent one from a family member a few years ago - knowing he was diabetic. He wasnt able to enjoy any of it. We gave the majority of it away to others.I wonder how this business keeps thriving. They must know something I dont. More power to them.

This site was very accommodating! I had to shift my pick up date and time after placing an order and they were able to quickly adjust that for me over the phone the next morning. VERY appreciated!

This store, manager, and staff are all unbelievably AMAZING! I walked in on Valentines day (yeah not so smart on my part) just to see what I could find in their grab and go selection with no intention of finding a grand gesture gift just something simple. Of course nothing was left of what I would usually get for my wife. I grabbed a box that I saw in the back of the fridge but it was just for decoration. The manager apologized and immediately said We are all out of our boxes for the day. I guess he saw my excitement fade and responded with enthusiasm as he said But.. we can make you a box! If youd like... It will only take ten minutes! I asked if he was sure since I knew the holiday was already hectic for a shop like theirs and he said Yes!. So of course I agreed because.... HELLO, who doesnt love chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines day?! The manager and staff pulled off this hail Mary miracle for me and even made it look like I pre-ordered my gift. They accompanied my box with a gift bag and a balloon!!! On the house!! They definitely made my night and my wifes night with their generosity. We absolutely recommend this store to anyone and will continue to shop with them more frequently.

First and last time I will order from them the order was a delivery . My daughter called and said that the fruit was frozen and too cold and hard she would have to wait to eat it. I Called the store and they were no help just stated the fruit wasnt frozen. I just wont deal with them again. They get a Zero 0.

I had the absolute BEST experience here! This establishment went over and beyond in making my husbands birthday special!!!! He was on a business trip in the area, and I attempted to place a same day order for a birthday basket. I was not able to place the order online due to the last minute arrangements, so I took the chance and called the store directly for a same day delivery. The store not only agreed to take the order last minute, but also worked with me to find the perfect time to deliver the order - after all, it was a surprise. My husband was located on a military installation, and base deliveries were not possible. Mr. Maulin, the store manager, was kind enough to volunteer to bring the delivery to a location close to the base, and wait in the car for my contact to pick up the order. Mr. Maulin was flexible, accommodating, and made me feel as though our order was top priority, despite a full work day of other orders to fill that day (as evidence by my inability to place the order online so late). My husband was pleased, the order was beautifully created (I saw plenty of pictures), and I am VERY grateful for Mr. Maulins kindness towards us. I can not say thank you enough!
