But still, Car is not in good shape and its been less than 2 months since I bought it. Probably a problem from the dealer.

Just purchased a Honda Pilot from Autospace. The A/C was extremely cold.The price was unbeatable in the area and the condition was excellent. Even after the sale, I came back so I can learn how the third row seats fold down, and I was given the same excellent costumer service as when I purchased my first car from them. This is the third vehicle we purchased from them for my family and I will continue to come back. Hard to negotiate with. Virginia law caps processing fees at $250 and they want $399! Would love to take a vehicle off of your hands in this market, but no way I’m paying $2,000+ more than what KBB, TrueCar, Carmax, Carfax, and Edmunds.com say it’s worth! I walked right out of the dealership. You have my number if your change your mind, Vitalie!

I purchased a Infiniti G35 from Autospace. I have been hunting for G35 for a while and fell in love with one I found online. I called and put in a deposit over the phone before I drove down. The car drove great and shifted smoothly. The salesmen was very knowledgeable on all the options. I’m glad to purchase my car from a local owner dealership. When comparing prices online, I noted that other bigger dealers were asking much more.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! There are numerous other dealers in the area that are more reputable. They knowingly sell cars with serious mechanical issues without telling you. In fact they tell you the car has a new sticker and just passed a 150 pt inspection. The reality is they have a deal with a mechanic that puts new stickers on cars for them that do not meet the state minimum requirements.This happened to me and when I called them to discuss them contributing a portion of the repair they laughed it off. Seriously, you need a new vehicle, not a new problem. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.I am going to report them to the state and hope they take their license and the license of the mechanic they use for inspection.

So, a friend wanted to take me with him to get a car since he knows nothing about cars. He needed someone to help him out so he doesnt get scammed and whatnot. Anyways we went to Auto Space Dealership yesterday about 1:00 pm since my friend had already picked out the car he wanted online. Once we got on the lot and checked out this 2005 Volkswagen tourage my friend was excited. Then the car salesman/co-owner walks out saying right of the back want to test drive the car ? Its very nice I just need to see I.D as my friend gave the owner his I.D. I asked him can I see under the hood. I only got to check out under the hood for a sec then the owner shuts the hood. I told him I was not done looking. I also notice on this Volkswagen all the tires where different sizes and different name brands which was odd. So the owner came back and sent us on our way to test drive the suv. My friend was so excited since he needed a car asap since he was in an accident. He kept saying it drives well.But, the buttons in the car were faded so you couldnt see how to control the air, or radio, and so on. Once we got back to the dealership the owner kept saying if you dont want this car I have someone who will be here in two hours to come get it. My friend and I wanted to see under the hood again to double check if everything checks out. So, I checked under the hood and notice the car needed an oil change since it was tar black, needed more brake fuild, and coolant fuild. My friend then asked the guy he if could fill these things up before he buys the car. The owner then says if you dont want it then ill give it to someone else. I told my friend this guy is very odd. And if my friend ever heard of Buyers Beware since this sounds so fishy. So my friend had to negotiate on bringing the price done. Since its Orginally price was $6,456 on the VW that had 112,349 miles. My friend then got the price done to $5800 which I thought was still not a good price. Then owner kept saying this is a 10,000 car. But ill only take 1100 off. I kept telling my friend dont to it. I even called my mechanic and told him whats going on and he even said dont do it. My friend just kept saying over and over the car runs good. But he wanted my 2 cents which I kept telling him lets try some place else. He said I needed a car now. So we go in and sign papers. Then...the owner looks at my friend asked why he didnt sign the last paper. My friend said let me see the title. The car sales guy then says the car doesnt have one. So my friend then comes to me asking what am I suppose to do? I am not siging anymore until I see the title. Then the sales guys walks out saying hold on let me talk to my boss and see if he hasnt token it with him to the bank. I said to myself you gotta be kidding me. Then the guy comes back saying here is the title. My friend and I double checked that title all over to make sure it was the real one. As we were signing. Some big guy walks in lays cash on the table for a car he wanted. And then the owner replys with this remark saying see that guy paid with no questions asked I then told the owner yea he is crazy for that. Cause a real person who wants a car would ask questions like crazy. So, after 3 in a half hours dealing with my friend he signs the papers and etc and he gets the car. I honestly dont know why he toke me when you dont want my opinion. I just know I wouldnt buy a car from people like that.
