I have been going into the Tidewater store for a few weeks now. I met the manager Mikita, the first time when I went in, what a wonderful lady. She is very knowledgeable and helpful . Great asset to Sallys.

Sallys always has great promotions. I went for shampoo and a promo for Silk Essentials, Proclaim, and Texture ID products was running; buy 3 and get a totebag. So I checked reviews for these products and left with the cutest bag ever!

Still the best Sallys location around. Manager keeps the store stocked and gives great advice about the products they carry.

About 15% of the shelves were empty. Hardly any gloves. Only 1 line of permanent dye in fashion colors.

Always nice helpful and friendly ..store is easy to brouse and if you spend $100 you get a lovely gift Ive gotten two so far..not a bad shop so no worries this is the spot for hair and everything nails..play mostriser and hair items..easy to access..

Ive never had a bad experience here. The staff are well-educated and extremely helpful. When I requested help finding products, they didnt try to sell me the most expensive ones. Instead, they suggested what worked best for my wants. I found this to be fairly special out of a name-brand store. It also has a wide variety of products, and there is usually a good sale on the marked down products. This is often the better option for hair colors, since I was able to afford several products for a little over what a drugstore box would cost. That included the stain removers, the mixing bowl, dye and developer. I highly recommend this store for not just hair products, but makeup and nail polish like OPI.

Cool place. The manager is awesome and down to earth. I thought I walked into paradise how the employees are so soft spoken and open to conversations on helping you with the right merchandise. I was in the store for a few minutes only because I had so many questions about supplies. I felt the the employees was very patient with me and thats what means the most when youre not sure what to purchase.

Got the hair clippers I wanted

Got to sallys at 7.56 and they were already closed. I already knew what I was going to get in and out. Definitely calling corporate the doors supposed to close at 8. Not 5 minutes before 8.

Went to a few S.B & they have no large 8oz a.f aquamarine, so i opted for nrage colbat blue but every store only has 1 in stock...cept for this 1.day made after 7-8 run arounds

I love love love Sallys. Now my main 2 ladies I didnt see today or much lately. But I want to give a shout out to u. I 4 got yalls name. With all the help, advise, support, and simply respect each time I shopped at the Tidewater Dr location u 2 ladies showed me I prolly wud not be such a loyal customer. I luv the products I use from there and really am addicted on a gd note. But its cuz these 2 ladies showed such great customer service. Thats what makes or breaks a store. I tell yall. This store will make it with employees like these 2. Peace
