Ive been using Minuteman Press in Norfolk for two years, and their work is always excellent! Their customer service is consistently amazing, and the team is always helpful!

I got really bad service here, and paid more than I expected to print some signs for my home business. When I asked why they were charging so much, the woman on the phone got rude and said it was due to covid. I later went to office max for the same print job and paid half the price. These people are rude and over priced.

The team at Minuteman Press did a terrific job! They helped support our company by printing and delivering a response to an RFP. They were in constant communication and even problem solved some challenges with delivery. I highly recommend them!

I called the company to ask about my delivery and spoke with the owner. He was very professional, kind & courteous. He asked if he could place me on hold. While I was on hold, he checked in letting me know that he was still looking for my order. He had to place me on hold again, and when he came back, he had an answer about my order. He assured me that my order would be delivered by 4 today and it was. He brought it to me himself. I thought that was kind because as being the owner of a business, you have people under you who handles little things such as that. It showed me that he is a man of integrity and will go the extra mile for his company. Also after he gave me my order, he could have left, but he and I engaged in a conversation. I appreciated that. His business also does other things, so checkout Minuteman Press. I found him on facebook but his company is located in Norfolk.

Outstanding work and GREAT prices. I met the new owners and am very impressed with all of the additions they have added in the last year. I usually only need printing 1-2 times a year so not always loyal to one company, but this place is different. They really showed me that they appreciated my business and did great work.

Minuteman Press printed the large poster we needed for the presentation we gave at a national meeting in Norfolk, VA. The quality was excellent, and the turnaround time was very fast. They even volunteered to deliver the poster to our meeting. I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service

I was asked me to be available to pick up shirts from Minuteman Press Virginia Beach. We eagerly waited around all day for the call so we could go get them. I was shocked when he told me there had been no word at all. Even more shocked when I learned this order has been pending since early June. He said he followed up throughout the day and got no response. We both wasted a day on an order that never came. I am completely appalled over the lack of professionalism by the staff over addressing my concerns. Will never use them again.

Minuteman Press Norfolk printing copying has once again saved me with a large full color print job I needed fast. Not only did this print shop deliver on time but the also exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work. Their new digital printing equipment is unbelievable. Best of all their printing prices are lower than kinkos fed-ex office and the folks at this copy center actually appreciate my print order business.

Very attentive owner who is quick to offer the help you need to ensure you have a good printing job.

Order a case of wipes from them and they were delivered within 24 hours. Owner called me personally and let me know when they would be delivered.
