Ive been working with Veronica at Design 4 You for quite some time, and every connection is as genuine as the first. I love the fast responses and incredible customer service this company provides!

Ruined one of my hats to be embroidered, gave no explanation. Pushed my order back an extra week with an, Oops, were behind, itll be ready SOMETIME next week. Completely botched the t-shirt printing job: they put the artwork for the back on the front pocket, completely disregarding the specific mock-up I gave them. Then the logo that the placed on the back was horribly oversized and makes my business look comical. I highly suggest you dont use this company for anything besides t-shirts for a family reunion (at best). Trash.

Had embroidery done here - easy to order, huge selections of fonts and colors, reasonably priced, fast turnaround, and the product came out beautifully. Very pleased.

I’ve tried them twice. The first time my shirts were incorrect however they corrected them. If you go please check their work before you leave the store. The second time, my shirts weren’t ready when they said they would be. The workers were playing and helping their friends. I waited for 2 additional hours after they had been there all day. The workers never offered any resolution they did not have good customer service.

I ordered a 3 very detailed patch, and brought in a tshirt to have a large screen print on the back and a detailed embroidery in the front. The patch was completed first. When I went to pick up the colors were all wrong. Antionio completed the job and made everything right. The work was completed in a few days. When I went to pick up was in line and Antonio recognized me, waved me to the counter. I was so happy with the work done. It is a gift Ill be proud to give. THANK YOU ANTONIO! 5 stars to you!

When we received the Badger B-Dry Performance shirts (and much faster than expected), our entire staff was thrilled with the result. They look fantastic, and our design looks crisp -- truly perfect. DO NOT GO HERE!!!They did so many things wrong it would take more than a paragraph to write it all out. They ruined all my clothes that I gave them and they misspelled the word INTEGRITY TWICE!!! they do not know how to spell at all, or call you/ tell you an exact date when its done. Boss said 2 days, came back 6 days later because no call and all my stuff was ruined.

Design 4 You is my “go to” place for custom shirts. The website is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate. Their suggestions make my design look amazing! The BEST thing that I love, as a teacher, is that d4u does all the hard work! I create the order online. d4u then gives me a link to share with my kids/parents! Parents go online to order shirts and pay! d4u even notifies me when a shirt is ordered too. Then, at the close of my order deadline, they tally the shirt count, ask me to check if I am satisfied with the design and BINGO – 7 days later WE HAVE SHIRTS! Nicely folded, wrapped in plastic for extra protection and boxed well too. The other really great thing about d4u is their customer service people. I ordered a few extra shirts online at 5am (half awake) and later figured out I ordered adult sizes instead of youth. One incredibly pleasant phone call later, shirt snafu all sorted out. My kids look great and are begging for hoodies next fall! Guess I’ll be placing another order with d4u!

I found Design 4 You on google. I was trying to find a reasonably priced company to manufacture t-shirts for my schools sociology club. They were really nice and helped me recreate a design. They only charged $10 per shirt. Extremely reasonable. Every other company wanted to charge $22 per shirt. I recommend everyone to go to Design 4 You if they need anything customized!

I had posted earlier this with only 2 stars but not due to their performance but due to the hostility I received from a young employee at the store and for the fact that the others there just stood and allowed this punk to treat me poorly. If I knew I couldnt get in trouble I would of smacked him! On top of that they put my shirt in the bag and when I got home it was botched I called the shop and the owner agreed to do another for free. I wasnt looking to coming across that kid again. He should be fired. When I got to the store today the punk kid was not there , Thank God! But there was this really sweet young man working there, his name is David and to be honest he deserves a BIG RAISE! He asked what was the kids name who treated me unkind and I didnt know his name. When I described him he knew right away who I was talking about. He said he will speaking to the owner about it. I brought a white shirt and a white tank shirt to get done. This young man said we never do pictures on color shirts. I asked the David why did not tell me that? He had know clue. But David was so nice and kind. It was pleasant dealing with him so I decided to change my rating. I am giving it 5 stars all on account this young man. If he ever reads this I like to tell him thank you for being so awesome and kind. If I ever need anything again I am asking for him! But if owner wants my advice then he needs to fire that Asian kid he is rude and he has no respect for other people. No matter what the customers come first because they pay the bills. If the customer is wrong there are other ways to be helpful not snapping at them. What I dont understand is the others working there just stood by and let this kid talk to that way. I dont care how good his work is. My husband being a business owner of 3 jewelry stores would of fired him on the spot. I will only go in if David is working. The print came out beautifully. Thank you David ,I hope you see this and know how sweet you are ,and how you made it special for me., I also want to add I have dealt with the owner as well and he is a very nice man. His work is Awesome! So experience with that kid will not happen again I am sure of it. There work is awesome what they do. My unfortunate experience was random, but I am going too keep coming due the owner and David they are good guys.

We had a time requirement to have safety vests printed for our company and Custom Ink was very easy to work with. They got the proof right the first time and were able to have our order ready quickly and done accurately. We will certainly use Design 4 you or future custom print items that we need!

I received a text message today regarding an order that was supposed to be delivered by March 12. The text was asking if I really wanted the picture on the back of the shirt. I was shocked to find out that not only was my shirt not delivered, theyre just now looking at the order and are questioning my order. I called and a woman answered and said she just needed clarification on if the picture should really be placed on the back of the shirt, because most people tend to put it on the front. She didnt seem at all concerned that this was a gift that I had put my time and money into creating myself. And, the fact that I had paid $55 for one long sleeved shirt for someone who has been expecting a package from me for almost 2 weeks now. She offered to take the $10 shipping fee off and said it would be sent today and quickly hung up. Extremely unprofessional service. Im so disappointed that Ill never return.

Went to them to have something embroidered. It was only a small piece like 6x6 inch. I went there three times to check and make sure everything was good with it. I told them that I REALLY needed it back in the time they said it would be done. After 4 phone calls to them and being told everything was good and it will be done in the time given. I went to pick it up and they now tell me that its still not done and that it maybe be done the next day! WOW really and it was the owner that I talk to every time! I would not recommend going there if you need the work done in a timely manner!!!!

Save your money. I wanted baby blanket to have child name on it. I said lets do the name in the green that is in the blanket. I go to pick up the blanket it is in lime green. Not even close to the green in the blanket. The lady should of told me at the beginning that they didnt have the green I wanted. I would of been happy to choose red or another color. blanket is ruined. I would be embarrassed to give the couple this awlful mismatched blanket now. I had to pay up front for the embordiery and they were like, my loss. Owner was rude alsoAnother store at the military mall to go belly up with services like that.

Since I have not received my shirts yet, I cant comment on the quality but the customer service that I have received thus far has been great. I had to add a shirt to my order and there was no problem. It was done with no questions and with a helpful attitude. My shirts arrived yesterday and they were just what I had designed. The color wasnt quite as bright as I had expected but it was still a very acceptable color.

One part of my order was completed correctly although it was ready a few days after the original date. My blazer needed embroidery. They used the wrong color thread and its been days and I have not received my completed blazer. The owner is rarely available to chat with as well. I will not order from this business again.

Im being nice by giving 2-stars. I initially brought my sorority jacket in on 25th of July. This place was recommended by my sister with great reviews on how her jacket turn out with a great turnaround time. Today is August 16th and Im just getting my jacket back. Between this time, I called and physically went to the store a combined number of 6 times and each time got its not done, with the promise that itd be done later that day. Keep in mind it was supposed to be initially completed in 3 days. Furthermore, when I finally got my jacket there were strings of gray that ran into the purple and and umtammed edges..... Im sure he knows I will not be back.... and hes lost he business of my sorority as well.

I love Red he has a creative eye and always brings your vision to live... well today I was disappointed WHEN Red want available (after waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes Blue walks in... blue addedmy partial design to my shirts and I say partial because I knew the sgirts were gon a be plain when they were on the screen so I asked him to spazz it up with the star splashes he started clicking all over the white area (no strategic placing or anything) so I asked if the white would be covered and was advised yes... welll I received basically 2 white shirts because the pink and blue splashes cant even be seen on the shirt... While I was waiting another customer was in the shop stating that she comes every year for shirts (same as I) but will not be returning because Blue didnt do her shirts correctly.... I love what Red does but if he isnt the one working on the shirt I say pass
