Azalea did a fantastic job on my damaged Honda Accord. They were professional, friendly and provided excellent communication. When I had to take a trip out of town they were totally flexible and worked around my schedule. This place is amazing! I took my car in and it came back out like it never got damaged. The damages was from the front of the bumper all the way down to the rear on the driver side a nasty side swipe and the rims was scrapped as well. The repairs did take awhile about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks due to ordering parts and stuff so it’s understandable I guess and you want them to take their time not rush. They even put air in my tires and buffed out a mark on my right mirror. The little things that matter I appreciate it so much! Awesome staff they took care of the car and I well.

Took my Jeep to Azalea, I got rear ended at a stop light. My insurance gave me a list of body shops to choose from, I chose Azalea. Since it wasnt my fault with the wreck I waited for the other insuance party to contact me for the repair. The other insurance company mentioned another company to do the work but I insisted on Azalea.Azalea called me often to ensure that they where ready to help me out with the repair. There was a delay on the insurance company due to the a holiday, but once they cleared the repair I took it down to Azalea.The rental was taking along time to pick me up so Azalea gave me a ride to the car rental place, which was very nice of them.They did a great job on the rear hatch door replacement, and bumper parts, and a perfect match on the paint. I noticed I had a low tire when I dropped it off, and I see they filled that tire up for me without me asking.Great bunch of people down there. I had fun chatting with them. Just good people, trying to help someone out by fixing a problem that they are very good at doing.If the need arises again, they would be the first to call. I put them in my phone as, My Body Shop.Great jobs guys, thanks again.

I had two tires replaced recently. From coordinating the tow, to getting estimates, and being kept informed of the whole process, I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Had an amazing experience here! The people were great, dealt with our Progressive claim seamlessly. And of course fixed our 07 Denali front bumper to look like new. It was hard to find a good local shop, but I definitely found one! Highly recommend 👍🏽👍🏽

Small shop and very personable. They called us after the insurance company put in our claim and saved us a step. They remembered my name and kept me updated on the process offered me a ride to Enterprise. They made sure everything accident related was taken care of and assisted with any other review.Strongly recommend.

They fixed a large dent in my rear drivers side area. Looks good as new! They even removed some white paint that had splashed on to my car.

The paint and bodywork is very good and satisfaction is guaranteed

The entire staff was always nice and thorough. My car was in for scuff marks and a cracked trim and was in and out in one day! We cant even tell that there my car was hit!

They were awesome! If I ever need any more repairs, I will definitely be back!

Went in brought my car around 12:30pm and was told it would be ready tomorrow at 10:30am but they were Abe to get it done by 3:30 same day. Will recommend them to everyone I know for body work.

These guys have been fixing my cars for 30 years. They’re honest, and have always done excellent work. I also work for a local insurance office, and can say I’ve never heard one customer complaint! Support a local small business, and get your car repaired right.

This place is awesome! My insurance company gave me a very low estimate - $2000 less than they said it would be to fix it correctly. I didnt Need to do a thing. They handled everything! Unorganized, in response to your response she could not find the appointment she set on frifay than said the owner has a Dr appt, I asked how long will he be gone response I dont know, but nothing can be done until he comes back and approve the estimate. wjy set an appointment when hes not there and have a person wait until you dont know when hes coming back?? sorry but I have another place taking care of my truck.

The owner and manager, (Bill and Dennis) are very unprofessional. How a company treats their employees says a lot about the work they do and these two are not only rude to customers, but their staff as well. Dennis does not know how to talk to people and has no respect. When you need the owner, he is no where to be found, which may be a good thing since its my understanding he doesnt even have auto body experience. Beyond that, they are racist and sexist! I wish I had listened to my friend and other reviews but I was trying to save a dollar. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE, but especially women and minorities! You will be over charged, quality will be low, treated like you dont matter as a customer, and if something is wrong, (as it probably will be since they never seem to get it right the first time), good luck trying to get THEM to fix it without being charged.True Example: Dennis sold a car to an older lady and when she accidentally locked they keys in the car and walked over to the shop for help, he wouldnt even help her! Thats the standard level of service you receive at Azalea Auto Body.

I was blown away by thier service! StateFarm put me through the ringer and since this was one of their listed auto body shops I thought the worst; Azalea Auto Body Inc. proves my thoughts completely wrong. The whole staff was very friendly. I got thanked multiple times for how greatful they were for my business.... even though a crappy situation brought me to them, they have really changed the way Ive thought about car service. Did I mention they also finished not just on time, but early! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
