I had my Subaru repaired at Ingleside shop and Laura made the experience painless! She is the best at what she does and very helpful with any questions I had. The body work and paint were great and I would highly recommend this shop.

This body shop is amazing from start to finish I was treated so warmly by the staff. From the wonderful receptionist to the adjusters. They kept me informed every single step of the way for my auto repair and were so happy and friendly to speak with. I can not say enough about the staff. If you ever have any body work to be done to your vehicle do not hesitate to take your car to the staff at elite auto body! You’ll not regret it! They even helped me with an issue I was having with enterprise! If I could I would give them 10 stars ⭐️

I used this body shop in connection with Geico. The atmosphere was professional and friendly. They even had coloring pages for my kids while we waited. I loved that I had one rep to work with who provided updates through text and phone throughout the process. Upon pick up, I could not tell there was ever any damage! Great job!Having car rental on property was a huge plus as well.

My father in law passed away recently (Yes covid). I had to contact the customer service for info about some previous repairs, which was a first class job. somebody really paid attention to details. I spoke to Jeri Stokes in customer service who went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I got all requested documents. Just wanted to say I like the way I was treated. Its a pleasure working with a professional with a positive attitude.

I came in for a self pay and a quote and your employee Chrissy helped me out. Elite auto shop was excellent in the way that they handled my car and also convinience they gave. It was awesome. No problems whatsoever. My case was handled by Chrissy, she was great in her work and was very professional. I will surely recommend to appoint them for auto body works.

I was in an accident going to a funeral in Va which was a hit and run right around the corner from the funeral home. She got out the car with a gun..than saw I had a camera on my car , so she ran. I had to be back in Georgia the next day. They took my car to elite. The manager said to me that she will have it ready By Friday. Than gave us 48 hour notice, so that we could come back from Georgia to pick the car up. I really love this place. They make the difference.

If you have any type of auto body needs this is the place to go. Someone hit my truck and took off the day before Thanksgiving. I chose Elite and it was the best decision Ive ever made. Everyone in the entire place (especially front desk girls) were just absolutely wonderful! My customer service associate Ian was wonderful and he kept me informed at all times. Not to mention my truck looks amazing!!!! You cannot even tell someone hit it. I would give Elite 10 stars if I could!! They also have an on-site Enterprise rental which made life so much easier.

I had a very fair experience with elite auto body within the last week or so. They did an outstanding job on the repairs on my vehicle. My rep Chrissy made this a very easy process. Now my car is repaired and im back on the road. I know that this isnt Chrissys fault but far as supplying me with a rental elite was not able to help me in that lane. I would still recommend people to have the repairs done when dealing with claims. Just make sure you have a second vehicle on hand so that you can continue to ride

Had 3 medium sized rock chips and scratches that were down to the metal repaired on my 2015 crvAnd they did a great job of fixing them the paint was matched perfectly can’t even tell that they were there. Will definitely be returning to elite auto body repair if needed to again. I recommend this place for your auto body needsMy only gripe is that they don’t seem to know how to tape off windows. My windows had over spray all over every one. Even after taking it back a second time to get a spot they missed repaired properly. Elite Auto Body is the beat repair shop I have ever been to for my car repair. They kept me updated at all times of everything they were doing. I was never left in the dark.

I wanted to reach out and tell everyone about my recent experience at the Elite Princess Anne/ Norfolk location.  More often than not we as customers only see the negative reviews and hear the problems.  This is not the recent case.  I own and drive a 2020 Hellcat Redeye in triple black.  Unfortunately she took a branch to the roof and cowl during our last storm.  I spent countless hours reviewing area body facilities and shop visits speaking with managers about the repair.  I visited the Norfolk location and was overwhelmed with a warm welcome and a knowledgeable staff.  Not only did Laura Adams the general manager spend alot of time talking about the facility and previous high end cars they have repaired, Tim Mikoliczyk one of the head body techs spent an equal amount of time speaking with me about mopar cars and his experience with hellcats.  I ultimately chose the facility and Laura held my shaky hand throughout the entire process with options and updates.  I cant say how happy and how proud of the results I am.  Perfect. They didnt miss a detail. They treated the car like it was the one that sat in their driveway. Everyone did an excellent job with me and the vehicle.  These types of experiences shouldnt go unnoticed and I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of the A plus job they did.  So much in fact I am going to provide the entire shop with a BBQ lunch soon.   Thanks again Elite!

I was in Norfolk from Richmond for a Dr. appointment, when I ran my car up on a median. My car had to be towed. The dealership could not fix my car, and they said it wasn’t safe to drive. They suggested Elite Body, and gave me Laura, the managers phone number. This was Friday, the 3rd of July. I had no one to help, and had no idea what to do. I called Laura, and immediately she started trying to help me! This lady went above, and beyond when it comes to customer service! I felt like I was talking to my best friend! Elite came and picked my car up, didn’t charge for towing, took it to their shop, repaired it, and get this, towed it to Williamsburg to their other dealership, again no charge for towing, because it was closer to me, and I was struggling getting back to Norfolk. Do I recommend Elite Body? YOU BET! Superior customer service, and a great job!

Today I took my car in for an estimate on some minor damage. I explained what happened and what amount of work I was looking for. Laura, was gracious to test out a possibility and show me what it would look like, letting me know my choices every step of the way. The test was positive and I asked when I could make an appointment. She said, I think we may have the parts in the back if you can wait while we fix it. I was delighted that my car could be serviced so quickly.Laura showed me the fix, it looked great. Amazing service and it was great to check the worry of getting my car fixed off my list.Thank you Laura and team!

Pulled the door handle off my 06 Buick. When other body shops couldnt even see me for another week, Elite got me in for a very reasonable estimate, found parts, and had my car back to me in 24 hours! I expected at least a couple days, but Elite exceeded my expectations. Dominic (not sure how to spell it, sorry!) was very professional and communicative.

I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY WIFE!!! Got rear-ended a few days ago. Geico, assumed all liability and recommended this location. Dropped vehicle off and was told that it would be ready in two days. I was surprised that for the damage sustained it would be ready that fast. Two days have passed and no courtesy call that repairs would take longer than anticipated. I dont mind the extra wait since I have a nice full size SUV compliments of Geico, but the lack of a courtesy call tells me everything I need to know about a business. I will update this review once I get my vehicle back and see the final result. My wife recommended to do directly through the dealership to get the repairs done, so Im keeping my fingers crossed 🤞since I dont wanna hear her mouth.

Did not replace a bent rim that happened during the accident. They claimed it was a leak in the tire. Would not recommend, they would rather cut corners in order to pocket more of the funds sent over from insurance than fix something properly.

They preformed work on my car after an accident through my insurance. They took way longer than the date promised and because they techs were on vacation during the week they promised to get me my car. A few days after getting my car the tail light they replaced went out they fixed it but then said it was “wear and tear”. How is it “wear and tear” if I JUST got the car back? Now there is water leaking through my trunk took it to my mechanic shop and it is because they did not properly seal everything on the trunk and there are small holes that are allowing water to seep through.

The most recent mechanic or tech talked to was nice and said they would be able to get my work done however this is the third time that Ive had to return my car to this location for faulty repairs. P.s... its taking a week for a 24 hour car part 2 come through and it took both me and my agent harassing them everyday for the entire week to get any work done absolutely ridiculous pss...they still seem unable to correctly apply a bumper as mine has yet to be done right

I had my car repaired here after an accident in 2018. I had to come back for some follow-up work that needed to be taken care of/corrected from the previous fix, and the staff, especially the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. She (the manager) went out of her way to ensure that all of my follow-up repairs were taken care of, and they were also done within a very timely manner. I felt very valued as a customer during both of my visits. I had to travel quite a long way during this most recent visit, and the service of the staff and manager made it worth it. Great job!

Elite Auto Body is one of a group of local shops that specializes in quick quality auto body repairs for a group of insurers. I have GEICO and Elite participates in theirAuto Repair Express program. You just go to Elite and they inspect the car and take it inright then. There are no hassles with getting estimates etc. They keep up with you with progress phone calls. You can even get a rental car there on the spot. Their work was good. My only problem is phone numbers listed for them (a lot) dont answer or are disconnected.

If you don’t want your car broke down middle of nowhere after they said “Your car is ready to pick up!”, don’t Bring your car here. I asked them to repair my car, I went to pick my car up, and then my car broke down middle of nowhere because they didn’t test drive enough or check my car enough so they had no idea about issue. I’m not going to write details about it because at this point, it really piss me off just thinking about it but my car had issues twice after they said it’s fixed. I’ve picked my car there 3 times and now still my car has issues. I picked up my car like 3 days ago and my car still has issue and it was about to break down. At this point I’m so done with them so I don’t wanna be near from them. They might act nice and friendly to you but I don’t trust them AT ALL. Good luck to you if you decide to go for them. It’s such a waste of my time, energy. They are not professional AT ALL. I would give zero stars if I could’ve.

Horrible service, dropped my truck off to get repaired through geico after an accident. After 10 days I had not heard anything about my truck, i called 6 times before finally getting ahold of someone who was clueless. Then got a call back the next day saying they were waiting on parts and instead of the previous 2 week timeline it will be another week at a minimum. After 2 more weeks of constant calling to get any information. I was told I would have to come and pick up my truck not repaired as they didnt have the parts needed. After 30 days of no word I had to call to get an update of another hold up then another 30 days of no word I called to be informed the had the parts but I was never informed. Then when I come in I have to sit here for 2 hours waiting to drop my truck off and get a rental. Absolutely horrible customer service and professionalis . Do not go here!!

I knew what was going on with my car at all times. My questions were answered. When I had a concern, it was addressed. I had the privileged of interacting with the owner of the company. I am a mechanic and have 10 years of experience working closely with several body shops. I went with one of my junior sailors since he had never dealt with a body shop. Its a good thing I did. Initially, the insurance adjusters were friendly. When we went to pick up his car the first time, thats where things went wrong and quick. After needing to drain his radiator for repair, the shop never refilled it. His battery was dead from the car being left on. We had to come back so they could fix there issues. The second visit, there was now oil leaking from the engine. Wasnt like that prior to dropping off the car, as I had fully inspected the car (my experience has always been to do so because of issues like this). The third visit, there were multiple check engine lights on, the temperature sensors werent working. The worker that was helping argued with me about the problems and I proved him wrong. He promptly said the check engine lights would clear themselves. My sailor had to go to an actual dealership, as per Elite auto, where the damages were deemed to have been done by the body shop. The body shop still denied the issues and refused to fix them. You absolutely need to avoid this scum company!!!

This is the second time i have had my car fixed here and they have done a excellent job on both occasions. I even called today to see if i could purchase the headlight they used to fix my car, because its much brighter than the other one i have in and they told me i could stop by anytime before they close and they will give it to me for free! Great place for auto body work

I love this place! Took my car here after something fell out the back of a pick up on the interstate and hit my car. Not only are the ladies up front super kind and bubbly, but my estimators (cant remember their names) were the best! Not only did they keep me up to date with my vehicles repairs, but they also answered any questions I had. The repair work looked very great, better than expected. :) I would highly recommend anyone take their vehicle to them.

Both very cooperative being that Im young and had my first accident I was unsure of many of the steps to getting the damage repaired. The communication among the staff was not efficient at this location in Norfolk. They are a bit disorganized and some of the team members seemed confused with regard to which customer was which. The Team as a whole could benefit from a customer service seminar in addition to a lesson in multi-tasking. Definitely not an elite experience.

Car was late on promised date, but was due to parts being ordered by the dealership. Vehicle looks good but missing eight plastic tabs that I ended up purchasing. Sometime it was hard to get a hold of someone on the vehicle status.

This place is always professional..This was my second wreck and I have dealt with Elite before in Hampton. Both places are very professional. Repairs were completed very quick. They called and kept me aware of everything that was going on everyday. Also if you have GEICO the rep(adjuster)Steve is awesome and the Enterprise is right in the shop to get you rolling away in a rental as soon as you drop off. Great experience. Will only deal with them from here on out. Thanks guys.

This was my first accident ever, and Elite made me feel very comfortable. The process was very quick and very professional. They exceeded my expectations.

All my repairs were finished a week ahead of schedule. And they did a really nice job on the body work. Very friendly customer service. All around an excellent experience.

They couldn’t get the correct parts for my truck, they tried to install parts that where not listed for my model. They tried to deliver the truck with the incorrect fog lights, bumper cover not aligned correctly other parts that did not fit correctly and over spray drips down the side of the door. The “quality control” is by far the worst I have ever seen. Now after about a month of having it back I found an area on the frame that was welded that did not get repainted. They also have the truck for 2 months. I would never recommend this establishment and if your a Gieco member find a different shop.

I used this location when they first opened and was very satisfied with the experience. Was a little busy in the front, but they seemed to get to everyone as fast as they could.

Great customer service

They care more about quantity than they do the quality. My CSR was great, she kept me posted and everything. But, they had my car for a month. Every week I was told it would be ready & every Friday I was told that it still isnt ready. My car had damage, but it wasnt extensive & I feel like it shouldnt have taken an entire month to get back. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not even a one star. They tried to total my boyfriend’s truck and he bought it back on a salvaged title, and when he bought it back they told me they were going to auction it off the next day for more than what it would’ve cost to get it fixed. Pretty sad how they would do that when he told them he was going on deployment soon.

If I could give more stars I would!! Elite is incredible! My car was sideswiped and I was a mess to say the least. Everyone who helped me at the shop was incredibly friendly and informative. I never got the run around, and the work was not only excellent, but prompt. I even got to talk to the tech and painter who worked on my car!! Hopefully I wont have need for a body shop in the future, but if I do I wont be taking my baby anywhere else! Thank you Elite Auto Body!!!!

I do not recommend using this place, especially if you are a GEICO customer. After 3 days of nothing being done on my claim, I had my simple repair moved to a different shop that had everything done in just over 24 hours.
