Horrible... offers a residential delivery on their website for covid19 supplies. So they try to deliver, refuse to deliver because they won’t drive down my driveway, we’ll get back to that in a second.... then double charged us because they tried to deliver AGAIN after refusing the first time for the driveway.So then they charge our card extra without telling us for UPS delivery.Back to the driveway, UPS, FedEx, 16 foot budget trucks, and tractor trailers have been down my driveway. My dad has turned his tractor trailer around in my driveway! Literally no reason they can’t access my house. They didn’t even tryNeedless to say, we’ll not be ordering from them again.
