Always a pleasure going to this location but then again this is the one thats closest to me people are so courteous theres this girl that works in the print ing area that is the best thing Staples has done was to have her working there shes great shes been there for quite some time she is the most courteous person I have ever met so thank you Staples

Staff doesnt particularly care if you need anything.-Called the store to double check they had an item in stock-Manager said they had it in stock-Arrive at store ask for item-Sorry there must of been a miscommunication, item isnt in stock have a good day sir.

Took my work iPhone 8plus to have a new screen put in. Phone worked great home button work no issues except cracked screen. Took them 1 1/2 hours and they screwed up now the home button no longer works. I’ll never come back here and if you value your phone you won’t either.

Staples Printing was amazing and very professional. They donated flyers to help get the word out on a missing teen from that area, thank yall so much.

Good place to make copies, send parcel for letters through ups and lots of stuffs for student or office supplies

Ive been to other Staples stores an have felt pressured into buying something. Not sure if the gentlemans name was James or not but he was very professional and courteous. Gave me information that was needed to make a decision on the desk I needed. As a person who works in customer service and sales I feel he was excellent. Even though we couldnt find a desk to my liking the manager Mike stepped in and took the customer service to the next level and went looking in the back for a desk that wasnt on display and well in my budget. People usually only write when theyre displeased with service in my case I was definitely pleased with my service and will be doing all my business here.

Service at the copy print center was incredible. Rachel took the time to explain to me how to convert files into PDF format. I knew it was an easy process to do but she took the time to show me. Also John from tech services was great! He helped me decide on a printer to suit my needs. It is a pleasure to shop at a store where employees are so engaging with the customers. My hat is off to the management and employees of this store.

Gianna it was a great help. I tried to make color copies on my own but failed miserably. She was kind enough to help me with adjusting the color and printed everything out perfectly. Really helpful.

My family & I was greeted nicely by perhaps the Manager, guy in grey jacket. Down hill from that point after. Went to the Copy Center, only 1 person ahead of us. Only 2 Ladies working, but when they finished with that customer, No Hello, No we will be with you in a sec., Nothing. The lady that help the other person simply walked away. The other lady stayed on the phone. Looked to see if she was coming back, No, just lolly gagging talking to the other workers twirling there thumbs. Just Poor Service.

This is a good place to fax or any other office type things that you need to do. They can be a little high on their prices on some things...but they usually have a large sale and clearance area in the back of the store where you can find some really great deals. They also have really helpful staff. I havent always found them easy to find but once you do find them and get their attention, they are very helpful! The one other benefit to the store is you can ship things via USPS, UPS and FED EX. So you dont have to stand in line at the post office or somewhere else. You can do it all here.

Nice store has ever thing you need. Nice staff only. There one cashier woman that has had her glasses tape together for years. It doesnt look professional. And it makes staples look like they dont have good benefits for there employees.

The gentleman working in the copy and scanning center there did an awesome job in helping me with some oversized historical documents. Ill absolutely go back.

Have to give props to Sean and Heather from the copy and print department. We had to place a fairly large order with a small time window, on a Friday mind you. After explaining the situation and some slight modifications they were able to fulfill our order and complete it just in time. Im sure they werent happy about it, but they remained courteous and professional towards us. All the stars for you!!

The one store for the cashier that check me out. She was very pleasant. But the lady behind customer service called herself helping me I gave her my printer number and she gave me the wrong cartridge number to look for on my own. I looked on the box it did not have my printer name on the box so I asked her two check it, kind of got upset at the fact that I asked her to check it. She was wrong and never apologized. So I have to say they can improve on their customer service

Took my son there to get what he needed for senior year at college. Was in and out quickly. Service was excellent and friendly

The layout is better than other staples Ive been to. I went this time for the ups store but they dont have access to ups GR codes for printing return labels 👎🏻

Staples had everything I needed for my new office. I purchased a guest office chair , desk accessories and other items. They have a nice selection for all price points.

Copy Michael was great he was so patient with me and what I needed to do.Wasnt sure how I was going to send my docs. It went very well.

I had to make many copies of a form that had double sides. Was very difficult to line up, but Shawn diligently took time (over half an hour) to line the form up perfectly before copies could be made. This was all completed just a week before Christmas (their busiest time of the year). Hats off to the Print Dept. and staff at Staples!!!

The lady that helped me was very helpful and was there when I needed her every time. So respectful. I wished they cold clone her.

Ditto to Deniz review below. Waited for 10 minutes to drop off a simple copy order while 2 staff dithered with another customers job, instead of one of them just taking my order so I could continue shopping. Spent $400 at University Plaza today. That store is only 10 minutes away, 10x better.

Very lazy staff. If you do all the work to get them a SKU number so they can help locate an item they just say oh we dont have it. The online says you have one the least you can do is attempt to look.

Customer satisfaction is what I like about them. Mike was very helpful.

18:30 is the same as 19:00 or at least it is at this store. Was told they were closed a half hour before the posted close time. But thats ok I can take my business elsewhere.

No doubt this is the worst of all Staples stores. Horrible management, understaffed, and undertrained, unmotivated employees -- all of which points back to the horrible management. It shouldnt take 45 minutes to drop off a prepaid UPS package and get a receipt. Managers disappear and both ignore customers and staff who need assistance. If you must shop at a Staples, just go to the Christiana Towne Center store. Better yet, shop at Wal-Mart or Amazon.

I went into the store just to copy, paste and make copies which is about a 8 minute process but not today. It took me 2 minutes to get an employee because the work station had no scissors. It then took him a good 10 minutes to find scissors. I thought Staples was a supply store. Anyway, when he finally found some scissors it took another two minutes for me to get scotch tape. Why wouldnt you have the customer work area fully equipped with supplies? Another thing. Everytime I go in the store I only see empty isles. Do they make money?

Came in to get wedding programs printed. girl behind the desk at the copy & print center had an additude & told me i have to submit my order online because shes going to charge me for each and every cut she makes. OK, that was fine with me, but when I asked her for a price she again told me the same thing, stating she wont be able to help me and I need to place my order online. I asked her to at least show me some paper color options so I know which to select online, she said oh we dont have anything even close to kraft paper we only have white.... as I stood there and could see they definitely had an array of paper color choices other than white. The phone started ringing and she said loudly Will someone answer the fu*king phone?!!......Needless to say she and Staples were RUDE AND ABSOLUTELY USELESS. We will never be back

Went there to buy a fax/copy/printer and said I dont want a brother. Every time I get one the drum goes bad in a year. The associate said well just get the extended warranty. So now Im told the warranty doesnt cover the drum.
