I was provided with contact information and constant updates throughout the evening. The repair took a little over a day and I was back to using my computer in no time at all. I am very impressed with how fast he was able to get my computer up and running. On top of that, he went the extra mile to update my OS and even provided me with a complimentary deep clean of all my pcs components. He took less than a day and recovered all 45 gigs off an SD card when my (amateur) scans were only showing 15 gigs as recoverable. He is also WAY cheaper than other places I could have gone. He just made a new customer for life… I’m just hoping I won’t have to get a frequent flyer card 😂

About a year ago I purchased a new laptop. Steve took care of all setup and transferred files from my old computer. I purchased Microsoft Office from him and virus protection. Took my laptop in with a problem the manufacturer told me would cost around $600 to fix. Steve took care of it for $150, and a week later its working better than it has in years. He gave pretty solid advice on how to prevent the problem from recurring, too. On the whole I had a great experience and would use his services again, though I hope I dont have to. My only complaint is pretty minor: it took a little longer than I expected to get the repair done, but it was still much faster than shipping to the manufacturer. Something like a three-day turnaround time, which isnt bad.
