James and Dereck were so wonderful, they made sure that our washer and dryer were put in just the right spot to be most beneficial for use, even though that required extra moving! I have done business with RTO for a long time. However am disappointed in the service on 21st Street. I was late with a TV payment of 20 bucks or something like that and they refused to work with me on it. I wouldve gladly doubled my payment up on payday but was told they had to have the payment. They have worked with me before on payments but this time they would not. Mind you I have bought many items from RTO over the years and was always treated with respect. Erica was very rude with me and my girlfriend. I have asking for the number to cooperate to report her and both times I have been given the wrong number. As soon as I pay the washer and dryer off through this company, I will being doing all my business with Aarons who I just called and said I will be late with a payment and they said ok. Rent To Own would be blowing up my phone demanding a payment. Blew up my phone even after I explained I work doing telemedicine on my phone during the day. Bottom line I wouldve paid the payment without them blowing up my phone. I Instead returned the tv.

I was renting a sectional from them, I was moving and the sectional was to big for my space, they said i could return the item and get a credit towards something else. Today I reach out online to verify how much the credit was only to be told they dont do credit the money I paid in is lost and id have to start a new contract 🙃 so if you dont think you want to keep it forever or pay on it for 2 years then this isnt the place for you

We have leased from this company for quite some time and they are always very courteous kind and know what they are doing when they deliver whatever it is you are getting from them. I have appliances furniture bedroom suit they’re always ready to help out and get it I’ll hook it up for you in a timely manner. I love the automatic payments I don’t even have to worry about calling and making a payment a very good rental company I recommend them over anyone else in the town.

The young gentleman from the Newark store have been over twice to hook up my gaming computer desk, chair and monitors. I have added to my order since they were so friendly, tech savvy and speedy. Had a great experience from the moment I walked in, very clean environment, Tim my sales associate kept a distance and had his mask on which is just reassuring that they are taking precautions. The process was fast and delivery available the next day was fantastic. The delivery guys Jake and Caleb were awesome. They had to maneuver and take a door off but they were awesome and careful.

The delivery guys are awesome they had a 20 minute drive to move us to our new place and still did it in 2 hours! They moved a huge sectional, tv stand, and queen bed all in 2 hours. The products are great!

Item will be returned as it quit working 2 weeks after getting it. Very unsatisfied with the customer service. Sending threatening text messages to my phone and took payment out of my account without consent and then sends me a text asking if they could take the payment out of my account 2 hours after they already took the money. Will never do business with this so called company again. Beware.

We have had a very good experience with Rent to Own on 21st street. They have been so helpful when it came to the needs of our family. The staff is wonderful and helped us pick out some wonderful livingroom furniture. It was delivered yesterday and we love it. The delivery staff is wonderful. Was set up in no time.

This place is a joke. They are so rude and disrespectful. Was going to pay them but they wanted to come and harass my little sister that lives with me also. Going to corporate with my concerns!
