I had an issue with my phone and the rep there was able to help but also showed me the potential features I was looking for in anew phone and got my son a free tablet!! Besides that they really go above and beyond with there customers and treat you like youve been there for years and it was only a simple question. I would recommend this location

Took care of me even though they were extremely busy. Thats when the gentleman Ahmad recommend the switch from sprint. I am happy with the service but what really made me switch was his expertise. I definitely recommend this location.

I have an iPhone and it turned off on me even though it was fully charge and would not turn back on. Im not from the area and I didnt know where I was going. I stopped in the store and even though I have Verizon the helpful employees Stephanie and Heil both were so nice and willing to help. They looked up directions to a near by Verizon store and even got my phone back on. I’m truly great full for their Professionalism and kindness.

The girl at the desk has a very bad attitude. She seemed like she didn’t wanna be at work. Yes people have bad days but customer service is everything.

Got there to make a purchase at 7.45pm but the sales guy refused to open the door. Another customer came, he still refused to open saying he had closed whereas the closing time is 8pm. That was so disappointing.

Worst customer service ever he closed the store at 7:40. When the sign clear says 8pm and online. Will nva come there again
