Needed a tire replaced and Josh was so helpful. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was so friendly and acknowledging toward me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area

I bought 4 tires from this store. They were the cheapest by $100 over everyone else in the area for the same tire. 5 months later i got a nail in one of those tires and they fixed it for free. Both times ive gone their staff has really taken care of me. Everyone should go here for any of your car needs.

My mother just told me they charged her $150 for a new battery and $50 to install it for her. I just tested the battery the day before and everything was fine. I told her it was the alternator. She just got the car checked out somewhere else and they told her it was the alternator. Im very disappointed that this place just took advantage of her and took her money for somthing that didnt need to be replaced. Especially when I could of went out and bought a battery for a $100 and installed it myself in 5 minutes.

These guys are seriously amazing. I had a staple in my tire, that I thought may be able to just be patched. I made an appointment, and when I got there unfortunately it was not repairable. They quickly were able to find me a tire, and asked me to come back the next morning so they could pop it on, and I still got to work on time. Highly recommended! I used them on my previous car for a new set of tire and they were professional, quick and awesome! Keep it up! Thank you guys!

This store was very busy today. Was having a tire sell. Alby found a way to fit me in for just 1 tire at there busiest moment. He wrote the ticket up. Did the work and cash me out. Thank you so much alby!

Today they scratched my brand new rim and manager Alby told me it was like that. They also refused to work on these 19 rims telling me their machine would damage it if they proceed. Rims are 19x8.5, 19x9.5. Tires are 285x30/19 and 255x35/19. These specs are pretty standard Mercedes specs for its vehicles. Well, it seems they already started working on it, even installed one valve stem, then damaged it and then decided not to proceed and unfortunately denied all damages. I purchased this brand new set of rims few weeks ago and never took it out of the box. I inspected it before bringing it to NTB. Im going to complain to your corporate office on Monday and Ill put a video on YouTube today. PS: in past they provided me mounting and balancing service and alignment but I guess I will never go this place again. Moral of the story: always inspect your car and your wheels before leaving this shop.

Excellent Service!!!I came in to replace tires on the family SUV. Every employee at some point or another acknowledged me and made sure to give me a great experience. Josh went over all my tire options before making sure the best rubber hit the road. They took the best care of my vehicle including wiping down all surfaces and plastic wrapping anything they where working on. I would highly recommend this NTB over any others in the area. Will be bringing all my family vehicles here from this point on.

Professional customer service and knowledgeable staff. Competitive prices with coupons available. My appointment was scheduled online, they took my car in quickly and I waited in the lobby for a reasonable amount of time.

Everyone is very helpful, and they work their hardest to get you the best deal possible. We had made arrangements with BJs to get tires done, and they couldnt find them, even though they were delivered there. Long story short went to NTB, had them, had my truck done in no time. However, major issue with my lugnuts, they were swollen and rusted. Order new ones, but were the wrong size, they ordered the right ones for me, put them on the next day. No payments, no questions asked. They even looked my car over because I was told by ford I had an issue with my turbo. They are absolutely wonderful here. All the guys are very knowledgeable and make sure you are taken care of. Thank you so much guys. Now I feel safe to go on vacation!!

The worst company to deal with. If only I can give a zero review I so would. I took my car to NTB for an oil change, they made a mistake and that caused my engine to blow out. This happened 9/2020. Till date my car has not been fixed, I am renting a car out of my own pocket since February of this year 2021. I have tried all efforts and made contacts from the store manager, regional manager and even to corporate but nobody seems to care.

They did a great job on my car!

Got my oil change done here today they took about an hour to get it done which I like because it means they actually let the old bad oil drain properly. Albert and Josh were a great help and when we found an issue they took care of it quickly. I would recommend this place for an oil change any day of the week.

Not only were they helpful and very nice, but they never treated me like I knew nothing about cars just because I am a woman. The mechanic explained what my car needed and even showed me. I appreciated being spoken to like a person. I liked the fact that they explained everything to me as they went. And I got my car back faster than the other shops quoted. Thank you John and crew!

Everytime I come to NTB... I get nothing but Kindness, Respect and Top Notch Service. Reasonable prices for the work Done. The best thing is.... They will sometimes squeeze you in even if they have alot of appointments! The place is Never Crowded. Theres a waiting area in the front and theres one in the back with a TV and refreshments. The customer service and ownership of everyone I met was top notch. From Josh helping walk me through the options to the mechanic taking time to show me the issue and corrective measures needed. I had two cars worked on within a week, one needing a battery the other having a squealing sound. The sound wound up only being a worn (the car is 16 years old) pulley not a belt. Again the team was friendly, professional and very prompt. I have used this location numerous times over the years and will gladly continue to do so!

Brought my dads truck in for an oil change and 4 tires, was taken care of promptly and was ready sooner than the quoted time. Would definitely recommend for all your routine maintenance needs.

Today I had my car at the shop on route #40. I was charged $146.00 just for an engine diagnostic, I was then told that all it needed was a battery and the total bill was over $300.00. The charge for the diagnostic was not going to be included in the price. I picked up my car and I will NEVET GO BACK..over charging should be their new name..

Be prepared to wait!I needed two tires. I booked an appointment online for 11:30 AM so that I could drop off the car, get some lunch, and hopefully the car would be ready. When I handed the associate my keys, he wrote 11:30 on the work order and put a W next to it to indicate I was waiting.I came back at 1:25, and the car hadnt even been taken into the garage. I asked someone up front how much longer my car would take. I believe it was the manager who then said they thought the appointment time for 1:30, which was why it wasnt even started. I dont believe this because I saw the first guy write 11:30 on the work order. I then had to wait an additional 45 min to get the work done.If NTB isnt even going to honor appointment times, then why even make them? Shady!

I started to write a bad review until I got to the third NTB Store which was this one. And I was getting the run around because I booked online and was told it wasnt verify until i showed a confrontation # and was told to reschedule. I called John Ingrams store and without a doubt I drove up and didnt know he was the store manager who assisted me and his customer service was top notch. No excuse and said we will help you. I was greatly honor and they had plenty of work and appointments. I watch how he handled other customers and the crew that works with him was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had my car towed and dropped off there for 2 tires, alignment and oil change. Almost 600.00spent and they did not even check tire pressure or adjust the TPMS. Great at upselling, very poor at service.

I was sitting in the waiting room for my new tires. Listening to how busy they were and turning away customers. One that really got my attention was an elderly lady that ran over a screw and needed to get the tire plugged or patched. She was told they were booked until Tuesday. I walked out and offered her assistants and other places that could help her. Very poor business practice.

Ive used their services 3 times. The first time for tires. I told them the tire I wanted and informed them I would be doing a lot of highway driving. They found a tire with a better highway rating which would give me better milage and more comfortable ride. The second time was to have tires mounted on rims, neither of which I purchased from them. I dropped them of one evening, they were ready the next day. They were less expensive than Mr. Tire who told me it would take them 3 days to do. The 3rd time, I was positive I need brakes on my work van, they check all 4 wheels, took it for a test drive and told me everything was fine, I didnt need brakes. When I picked up the vehicle, I asked what I owed for shop or diagnostic time, and They told me NOTHING. What integrity. They could of easily charge me for a 600.00 dollar brake job.

Came in to get brakes changed since another place had told me that my brake pads needed to be changed immediately. NTB checked it and said they were in good shape. Thank you for being honest and saving me money!

Had to get a oil change. Was scared to go anywhere with what we are going through. I walk in and as soon as I walk in I smell lysol. That made me feel safe about being there. As I was waiting on my oil change. The manager I believe was wiping everything down with lysol wipes. Store was very clean and smelled great! Glad to see the associates are taking great measures to keep the store clean for them and us customers!!

Came in just to get some air. The manager Alby went to give me some and told me my tires were bald and recommended me to get 4 new tires and alignment. Explain why my tires looked the way they did. And with the weather coming up it would be best to get 4 new tires. He got me in a buy 2 get 2 deal the Same day. Only waited about 1 hour and few minutes and I was out the door. Great service. Very good communication. Will come back and tell all my friends Thank you Alby!!

If you go here make sure they actually do the job you asked.. Newark NTB gets over a lot . Didn’t change my air filter nor did they do my wheel alignment.. others done had problems here. Air filter was horrible could’ve blew my engine

These guys are top notch. They had the best price for the tires I wanted for my truck than anyone in the area and their service was awesome. I was very well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone for tires and service.

I have been to this particular NTB shop a couple of times for routine oil changes. When I had to get all new tires, the shop failed to replace the plastic caps of all 4 tires. Not a big deal, but definitely sloppy work.More recently, I made an appointment because my AC was not working. NTBs website had a deal where they would diagnose the problem for free, and then you could receive 10% off any work.They said that my compressor and freon needing replacing and quoted $1200 (before discount) to repair everything (for parts and labor). I ultimately decided not to get this fixed because vehicle is 13-years old. HOWEVER, a few weeks later my dad + a few youtube videos found that the problem was that a mere fuse was blown. A new fuse plus a new can of freon completely fixed my AC, and only cost $36 in parts. The compressor works completely fine. I rarely write reviews, but would recommend to anyone to NOT go to this store for any of your vehicle needs .

Came in for a oil change, the manager Alby inform me of needing brakes and rotors. Explain where they were at in MM, and explain and show me brake measurements so I could understand the importance of them being done very soon. I got them done and they got me in and out.

Called and made an appointment, was seen the same day. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely polite. The service manager Dave took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my vehicle and the steps they would take to fix it. I was seen promptly and my car is running good as new.Definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

Called to schedule an oil change & tire rotation! They got me in a little early & only took about 45 min! Employees are helpful! I appreciate them not trying to up-sell me as well! I’m sure the owner doesn’t want to hear that but as a woman it seems like a lot of places try to shove sometimes unnecessary repairs down your throat! They did not do that! I appreciate that!

I’ve been going to them for years, no complaints! However, today I had the best experience with them. Alby was very sympathetic to my situation. He can tell that I was upset and frustrated. He went above and beyond to not only help but he fixed my entire situation... believe me it was a mess. He had to ask for help/ assistance from the Kirkwood hey location. All hands on deck... I truly felt like I was family today. The world is crazy today filled with chaos especially with our pandemic -people forget to be nice, kind, understandable. Alby showed me today that, there are still nice rational people out there. Thank you NTB and thank you for saving my day today!!

Not enough room for customers to wait. Took two hours (with an appointment) to replace my battery. With battery in the name of the business, wouldnt you think theyd have battery terminals on hand? Nope. Waited and waited and waited. Wouldve been faster to send an employee up to the nearest auto parts store. Very disappointed. Thirty minutes in I was told 5-10 minutes. No further communication after that. Not okay.

This store really cares about there customers. Above and beyond. Im a older gentleman and struggle when sitting down to long. Needed a oil change. They took me in without a appt. They did tell me it was a hour or so wait. I told them its fine but if possible can they make it sooner. The store manager over heard my concerns with sitting to long and my body. He personally ask for my keys and said he will do the oil change his self. Pull the car outfront when done and helped me to the car. Nice young man. I thank him and hope this reaches someone to recognize him for what he did for me today

The manager alby knows his job and is great at it. He was by his self today. But that did not stop him. Answering phones. Checking in customers. Even had a side conversation going with a customer waiting. He did his job and explain everything to me and help me understood what was going on with my car. Just wanted a oil change and found out my brakes were bad so glad alby explain what was going on with my car. He gave me ease when he told me they have a credit card since the bill was a lot more then I was expecting to pay just before the holidays.

Ive used this place a couple times first couple times they were good no problems. Last 2 times they would not take me even though I had scheduled appointments online. The last time I came 5 minutes early noone came for 15 minutes then was told I was 10 minutes late and they couldnt get me in. It was the same guy extremely unprofessional and likely lazy.

Im am done with NTB, took my car there for tires and sensor, they put tires on but not sensor, told me to bring it back and they wouldnt charge me labor $70, a little steep but ok. Took it back they wanted $113.00 for sensor, manager was there said nothing, wont go back.

I started bringing my vehicles here a few years back, and I couldnt be happier. No need to go anywhere else. Ive gotten oil changes, new tires, brakes, shocks and struts. They do it all. Ive never been disappointed. Arnold, TJ, Hank, Todd (even back when Tony and Doug were there)...Friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, professional. Ive had my vehicles in a few times recently, and everything was outstanding every time. They go above and beyond, every time. Simple as that.

I have taken two vehicles to this shop within the past month. Arnold is great! He made sure he was competitive by saving me money on my set of Goodyear Eagles for my Acura, which brought me back with my Mustang. I am loyal to a fault sometimes, but I travel for service. I live in Odessa and drive to Pulaski Hgwy because of how I am treated here. Permanent customer here! Keep up the great service. Oh and by the way the guy doing the work on my car gave me a friendly goodbye hand shake...does it get any better?

I took my car in for brakes to be checked out. My mistake was i didnt ask around to findout how much that work should cost. They charge me almost $500 to replace brake pads.  Come to find out, the rotors also needed to be replaced and they didnt recommend to have them replaced.. I went to Pristine Motorsport (my local car dealership service shop) and they offered to replace all four brakes and rotors for $500. The guys at NTB may be nice to you but I think their services are trash and way too expensive.

I was recently in the shop for some small car repairs. I came into NTB for a second opinion, I was told I needed a new fuel pump for my 05 civic. I instantly thought “oh here we go again “ I didn’t have time for my car to be in the shop. Dave was very helpful. Looked over my car quickly and come to find out all I needed was a new belt ! He was very patient with ALL my questions ( I know nothing about cars ). Good communication, he didn’t do anything until he spoke to me and made sure we were both on the same page . He was very well mannered. He ordered the part fast and had my car done that day ! I’m very pleased with his service and him being so helpful! I am going to come back to Dave for all my car issues !

This is a very busy place. I would recommend calling ahead and making an appointment rather than just stopping in for a quick visit. Prices are high and I felt like they really didnt care whether I stayed to wait for them to call my name or if I went elsewhere. Customer service did not seem to be a priority.

Wow where do I start?!Raced down from North Philly, to get to this location for 7:30pm (on the button), because I can see a nail in my flat tire. Walked into the store and a sale rep (named Brad), said they were basically closed.I asked Arent the store hours are until 8:00pm.?Yes.So, I asked, What about my flat?. Brads answer I can give you some air. Ugh!Can I speak to the manager?. Manager is not here. FYI: that would be Doug!I have 4 older cars, and Ive been giving them all kinds of business since they opened.I believe in supporting local business, this place is just a few miles from my home.Go the extra 2 miles to Els Tire Service, I did and will in the future.

Great service, I came in for a tire repair. They fit me in before the end of the night Instead of turning me away. Instead of just plugging the tire for a temporary fix, they actually repaired the tire with a patch and balanced it for a really great price. Thank you again.

Girl at the counter as well as the mechanic helped me out big time. I really appreciate the sense of urgency. That goes a long way with me. Although a different mechanic was watching un appropriate videos and talking loudly. I dont know, maybe he was on break. Either way not everyone agrees with what you find funny. And it comes off extremely unprofessional. Im just glad he wasnt my problem. The people i dealt with were great. I was amazed they actually had the exact tire i needed in stock. I really thought there was zero chance I would find one.
