Called in and spoke to Rick and explained what I needed. He set an appointment and ordered the tires. Next day tires were installed and the bill was exactly as I was told. Bonus, Randell told me I will get a $70. Rebate in the mail. They filled out and mailed the rebate for me. Top of the line people to deal with.

Had a flat tire and one that was showing the wear indicators. Staff was friendly and helpful, didnt make me feel stupid and didnt try to sell me more than I wanted or suggest bogus repairs as some shops do. Repair was finished before I expected and done much better than the last place I went! They checked out all my tires and rotated them the way they are supposed to be. I would definitely take my car here again and recommend to anyone.

Goodyear was absolutely wonderful! I had a slow leak and they got me in the morning I called. Everyone was so pleasant and didnt attempt to convince me to pay for additional work. The waiting area was comfortable and the job was done quickly, and right the first time! I will definitely be back if I need any work done on my car!

They were hesitant to install my aftermarket coilovers but they got the job done. I wish they would have asked my permission to do an alignment before charging me almost an extra $100 for it. It was fairly expensive but I appreciate their willingness to install the aftermarket parts.

Ive utilized Larry Harers Newark and Heath Goodyear service centers for 20+ years for both their automotive services and products (oil changes, tires, etc.). They have always maintained a professional quality atmosphere and offered their products at competitive prices. Their friendly and knowledgeable associates make every visit a pleasure. This Goodyear tried to scam me by showing me a damaged tire that was not mine. I went in to see what was causing a noise from my wheel wells, they showed me a damaged tire (saying it was mine) and quoted me $1,000 for 4 new tires and services. I declined and went to another tire shop where they told me that all 4 of my tires looked fine. Beware and ask to see proof before you purchase anything here.

I have been a customer for many years and have always been welcomed and treated with great respect. I came in last Friday for repair on the A/C in my wifes Sable, and the wrong part had been ordered, so I returned on Monday, and the job was done. The A/C works great now. Ive always been impressed with the technical skills of the mechanics and with the courtesy and clear explanations from the managers. This is a great place to have our cars serviced and I will continue to be a loyal customer!In mid July my wife and I brought our cars in at the same time for routine service. The service, including a free oil change as a result of your rewards program, was performed in a timely manner and you also fixed a stuck door lock on the minivan. We were very pleased to have everything done quickly and done right. Thank you!

There was abso NOTHING wrong with my breaks,power steering fluid and clock spring until I got it back from them.Everything was messed up bad! I could barely stop on the road they were that bad.I went in for an alignment,nothing else,came out wit more problems than when I went in.They over priced my alignment by $20 and even then my alignment was STILL off by 20 degrees.With my warranty i took it to another goodyear place to have it realigned.The manager even admitted the alignment was off.The only reason and I mean the ONLY reason I will ever do busi with these guys again is because I have a warranty,thats it!

Gee ripped me off for replacing headlight bulbs on a Chevy Impala. Told me they had to take the front end apart. Shame on me.

I was told after paying for 3 used tires that they patched one and they didnt.
