I appreciated getting my car in so quickly to have my flat tire repaired and how quickly they took care of it. The people who helped me were very courteous and friendly. They did a free safety check and the total cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone needing work on their cars.

I am now a Tire Choice Auto Service Center customer for as long as they around. The service her is very personal and pleasant. I pulled and to get my oil changed and as soon as I walked out the door to get in my husband’s car they were pulling mine in. Quick and efficient. Virgil and the team are wonderful.

Made appt. for tires to be put on vehicle. Went in. They had no clue which tires. Didnt have the tires they quoted the day before. The guy kept questioning where we called. Had to show hum the phone number we called. No apology nothing. Acted like we were at fault.

Hesitant to use a new business that Im unfamiliar with. To my surprise, I went in for a simple tire repair but was treated as if I was buying four tires.. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road and making sure I felt they wanted my business no matter how much I spend and seen that i left sorry a smile. Thanks Tire Choice!

I ordered two 33 tires from Amazon and through Amazon had them ship to this location. UPS even had a signature for the item once they arrived at this location.The company even verified an appt. When I arrived they acted like they had no tires or appt. They basically stole the tires.Luckily Amazon reimbursed me the 600+ dollars. But they still stole the merchandise and were even rude to me when I asked for assistance to see what happened to the order.

I went to leave for work and noticed that my tire was a little low. I took my vehicle in and they told me they could not patch due to how close it was to the side wall. I told them I really needed it done but I needed to get to work. He told me it would take 15 mins to 20 mins. 20 mins later I was on the road heading to work! Thank you so much for having wonderful customer service, time efficient with great prices!! You are now my official tire shop. I appreciate you guys!

Quoted me 600 dollars to replace a radiator in an old Honda. Opted to impose on somebodys time instead.Ordered a 65 dollar part off Amazon, and the job took us about an hour to complete with no fancy tools. 8 bolts, 2 clamps, and 4 hoses. I was completely astonished by how much of a piece of cake it was. Offered the person who helped me fifty bucks. Also needed a gallon of antifreeze and some transmission fluid.Total cost: 125 bucks. Recommend not bringing your vehicle here if you like money.

We were visiting from Wisconsin. On the day we were supposed to drive home, we discovered a nail in our front right tire. We called Tire Choice Auto Service center to see if they could fit us in quickly. Mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. They attended to us immediately and we were on our way within 45min. Great price and service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SILVERROCK WARRANTY WORK. They do not have the tools or skill for major repairs.

Outrageous and for the most part dishonest estimate.when the guy new that i knew the pricing of the parts he cleared his throat and offered me a 15% discount. Final estimate over $1000.00 for brakes and rotors.I also found out from an inside source this company MAKES things leak or not work purposely. Ill pass!!

Went in to get my rear two wheels balanced but the manager refused. He wanted to charge me $75 to just look at the car and after examination if he thinks it’s the balance that I need then he would charge me for balance for all four tires. I walked out and went to Tire Discounters in Heath. They balance all my four tires for free!!! On top of that, they had the best customer service ever!! They just obtain a customer for LIFE!!

Got a low tire driving home from work in Columbus. 5pm on a Saturday, three guys all on stools up front, two cars in the shop, and they denied me service, and said they were “completely booked tomorrow”, but the guy had the time to shoot air in my tires. Nice. I just wanted to hand my wallet to the man and get my tire fixed. I’d have bought a tire if needed. My money was ripe for the picking. The older gentleman who put air in my tires wouldn’t even look me in the face.As someone who runs a service center myself, it was a nauseating experience. I don’t know, maybe my work uniform made them not want to touch my car. All I know is that now I get to find another place in Newark to get my tire fixed in the morning. Yippee.

Been there twice and was taken care of quickly at fantastic prices. Both mechanics I worked with were friendly and professional without being pushy. Very satisfied. Will go there for all of my repairs from now on. GREAT JOB!

Muffler fell off going down 21st street and was dragging. Pulled in at random to see if they could just rip it off. I was running late for work and just needed to get where I was going without being pulled over and ticketed. Turns out, it was an easy fix and they helped me out. Friendly service, helpful employees, stellar manager(Zach? I suck with names. Red hair, great attitude), an all around awesome experience. Made my day. I will be bringing my car here for all my checks and services in the future and I have already told everyone I know and work with that they should do the same. Service like this is extremely rare in the auto repair world, especially at chain joints. Give them all raises. Also, I am buying you fellas lunch soon. Keep up the fantastic work.

I went in to get my brakes checked. They completed the inspection in a timely manner and gave a good explanation of what was going on. I dont feel like they were trying to sell me something that I didnt need and they explained the calculations of the parts and labor that led to the estimate.

I had road hazard on tires that I purchased there. I got a flat tire so I had to have it replaced. While my car was in their care they said that I needed all new stuff for my rear brakes and quoted me a price of over 1200.00 dollars. I had just had the same work done at another Monroe up north a little more than a year ago so all of the parts had a lifetime warranty. The manager (Travis) said that he had no records of work ever being done in his computer system. Little did he know, I had the receipt in the glove box of the car. The work was just done in January of 2017. Once he got caught up on his lies, and only after that did he give me the correct quote for the job. After all of that, I wouldnt trust this place to work on my bicycle, much less my car. Save yourself the hassle and just go on ahead somewhere else. By the way, they only had a single mechanic working on cars in all three bays, and boy he didnt look happy to see anybody pull up to their store. Zack sold me my tires. He appeared to be a good manager, but the shop could be run better now by a few well trained orangutans. I did try to contact the company and left several messages and was never contacted. Whoever post the message for me to please contact them is only giving the false appearance that they care. I can assure you, they do not.

As a young college student, i felt very comfortable bringing in my car knowing i was going to get the best deal with quality service! Zach the manager was very kind and made sure that everything went smoothly and that i would get my car fixed for the lowest price possible! the issue with my car ended up being such a simple fix that they looked at it for me for FREE which was incredibly kind! Jeremy got it looked at and fixed up in less than 30 minutes! Definitely going back if i ever have an issue again! very trustworthy and kind! 5 stars for sure :))

Was there for the very first time yesterday. Had the pleasure of meeting Zack who is the manager. This guy goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and treats you like youve been a friend of his for years. They did a wonderful job on the rear brakes and rotors on my truck and gave me quite a good price. I was surprised it was as low as it was as I was expecting something quite higher. They did such a wonderful job, that we immediately took my wifes car over that same day to get the rotors, brakes, and front tires replaced as well.. The snow was terrible on the roads and my tires were bald! These guys were the only ones still open. They got me in at 6:40, changed my tires, gave me an oil change and I was out by 7! Great work, great service!

Everytime weve ever been here, theyve been so helpful. We went a year or so ago with a leaking tire...they broke it down, couldnt find the leak but didnt charge us. Whatever they did fixed the leak. Then I went in a few weeks ago with a flat in our truck. They were very busy but squeezed me in, fixed the flat and didnt charge us again. Told us to just keep them in mind next time we need some work done...so thats what we did. We went back to get the brakes on the truck fixed, got us in same day after I got off work. Ran into a minor issue with the hydraulic hose, stayed late to get it done and were so nice to my son and I while we waited. Stopped by again today since the temperature dropped and my tires looked low. They immediately pulled the truck in and checked and aired up all the tires. Everyone that works there is so nice, very trustworthy and treat you like friends. We usually like to work on our vehicles ourselves, but life is busy and it doesnt always work out like that. Next time we need work done well definitely be back!

Been here multiple times with 2 different cars. All of my experiences here have been wonderful! Zach has been a real blessing. He is very honest and very friendly. Very disappointed, went to get oil change first time with my newer car my dad recommended them he always goes there , guy at the desk seemed down and grumpy barely talked to me. I just thought okay hes having a bad day .With the virus I had emailed in my requests, besides oil change to also please check the window washing fluid and my tire pressure. On the sheet none of these were done and the fluid was empty the next day I needed it on the road.I also looked at the new sticker placed there and the odometer numbers read 35017 for next oil change .......well my current reading is 35103!! What the heck!Not sure if someone was being funny and did it as a bad gag, was confused with another car or just hate their job, as a woman I wondered if he thought she doesnt matter,--sad I had to tell my dad I wasnt going back.

Zack and Erin do great work! Everyone there is very professional, Honest, and friendly 100% of the time. I have all newer vehicles and they do all of the maintenance on them. We have been going there for many years and will be going back soon. Highly recommend!

Had a excellent time here. Travis took me in on short notice for an oil change. As the car was being worked on he let me know it needed a set of tires and a battery. He was able to get me a decent set of tires I could afford on the car and a good battery. These guys are top notch and I would reccomend anyone to go see Travis and I will be going to see him for all my auto service needs.

Used to be a good shop to go to when the red-haired gentleman was still working there. Dont know if hes gone but hes always changed my tires whenever I come in. Stopped in there twice this week before they were even closed and was told they didnt have time to change my tire even though they werent doing any work.. Went down to Midas in Heath,which closed 15 minutes prior, and they changed my tire even though they had already shut down. Now thats what customer service is.

I got a semi synthetic oil change today and every part of the experience was great! I had the option to schedule online, I came in and was created by Zach, the manager. Zach was very helpful and very pleasant, he even took $15 off my services just because! He was great with other customers both in person and over the phone. The service on my car took about an hour and it wasn’t an issue. The waiting room has free coffee/water as well as free WiFi. Great service with reasonable prices! I will continue coming back.

Very cheap prices with a quality job is everyones favorite. Aaron was my technician and I felt a very smooth vehicle after he balanced and rotated my tires, Zach the manager was very friendly and helpful as well. Answered all my questions, 5 stars .

So my husband and I are out driving to the grocery store and all of a sudden gas starts leaking like crazy out of the bottom of our Tahoe. We pull into the first place we see that might be able to help us...Monroe Muffler. I thought....Oh man, we are going to end up paying big bucks as this is an emergency, were stranded here, and its going to take forever for them to even look at it. Imagine my surprise when my husband came back to the truck to tell me that they were going to look at it immediately. And they did! We took a seat in the waiting room and several minutes later a man came to get us to take us into the service area to look at the problem. It seems that somehow the line to the front fuel filter had been disconnected. In less than 10 mins. our problem was taken care of and the man, who we then found out was the manager, refused to take a penny for fixing it for us.!! Nope, you dont owe me a penny, he said. I dont think I have EVER been so shocked! Believe me, we have been ripped off time after time when getting our vehicles serviced and repaired. THIS MAN MADE MY DAY!! He couldnt have been any more honest, caring and helpful. To those, like us, who have repeatedly been exposed to dishonesty and ripoffs this was a huge blessing. From now on we will be taking ALL of our vehicles to Monroe Muffler and telling everyone we know about our exceptional experience here with a manager who has integrity. THANK YOU!!!

The rear brake line on my truck rusted out, leaving me with only front brakes. Even though it was late they got my truck in and repaired. They stayed over to get it done. This is my only vehicle and I needed it for work. Very happy with the work and the personnel.

When asked why...because is the answer I received. COVID. No one was there. And 3 cars in the parking lot. So I took my car next door and was out in under 20 min. To bad. Pretty disappointed with Monroe. I stopped in last Sunday to buy three tires and have an oil change done costing nearly $500. The guy working on my car came in and said that my break pads looked bad and needed changed that he doesn’t know how much longer I would be able to get out of them. I asked him to price quote and the quote (with discount) was going to cost me $750 with tires. I know my dad has changed my breaks before so I declined. I had my dad change my breaks today and every one of them was perfectly fine with about 6 months left on them. I feel highly taken advantage of because I’m a young woman that came alone to the shop and they tried to get an extra $250 out of me. It’s disturbing that this still happens in this day of age. I can’t supoort a business that tries and takes advantage of customers.

The guys who helped me diagnose first thing in the morning were good, but I came because of all the 5 star reviews and when I got there I noticed they were offerring 5 bucks off for leaving a 5 star review. They quoted me $699 for a water pump replacement and Im glad I called other places because I ended up getting quoted over $200 less (around $470 is what I ended up paying) for the same job. I am grateful for the diagnosis and the good attitude of the employees but I felt giving a discount for a good review was sort of an errosion of the integrity of the places Google rating and an unfair influence to the rating system itself. That mixed with the most expensive (over 200 more than the other two places I called) quote they gave me are the reason for two stars.

They overcharge you for simple things (Im also a mechanic and wouldnt even charge half of what they do) and the manager was a real jerk. I sent my new tires here and they tried charging me a substantial amount more than I had payed the last time to put them on, and he refused to charge me what they told me on the website, so I went elsewhere. Go to Walmart if you want your tires on cheap and easy.
