They were amazing, when I got there someone met me at my car, I left my keys in the car, gave my info n 25 mins later I was on the road. My windows were washed, my car was vacuumed, my fluids were capped off and most importantly, the attendance were very pleasant.

Theyve become too pricey, imo. did they always charge to top off coolant? Either way this location is one of better ones.

I was there in May for an oil change and the lady and her boss were great. They get 5 stars. I was there yesterday for an oil change and I drove my jeep a minute to my bfs house, then five minutes to his office where the jeep sat all day. Then I drove it back to my bfs house. The check engine light came on about a minute down the road. I was about 1500 miles early since Im leaving Saturday for southern Virginia. I wont be back. They didnt even put a sticker on the windshield for a reminder for the next oil change

I came in for an oil change and left with a broken glove box. I thought they didn’t put it back right after changing the cabin filter but nope, it’s broken and now I have to replace it. I won’t be going back to this location

Technicians top off my vehicle fluids and put air in my tires. Absolutely terrific!! Oh, and they put a replaced a missing tire air cap 👍

I changed the oil a while back and after 3000 miles later, I noticed theres oil seepage from the engine. I checked the oil level and to my surprise, there was about half a quart excess (mind you this was after 3000 miles of seepage). What kind of morons who dont know how to change the oil for a mainstream car (Camry)? Now I gotta clean off the oil cuz it affects the cooling. There are probably other problems in the oil seels and engine cover gasket. Having too much oil is far more dangerous than having too little oil. Please stay away from these people if you dont want your engine to break. Ive never been to a less competent oil change service than these guys.

When I was going through the hiring process the manager tended to the other new hires before eventually coming to me. He also would go around working on the cars and do other various tasks before coming to me an hour two hours later. Very very very disrespectful. He also told me that the store next door was hiring on the day he let me go.

I was super surprised how knowledgeable the techs were. They did an oil change, AC recharge, and replaced the resistor to the blower motor. Their were 3 techs working on my vehicle at one time. I think they were all mechanics. Anyway I want to than Brendon for doing a great job. The price was good as well. Highly recommend.

Staff was pleasant, especially the guy that greeted me. Place wasnt dirty but also wasnt the cleanest jiffy lube I been too. Prices were high but all jiffy lube prices are high.

Stopped in to get my engine coolant flushed since they recommended I check when the last time I had the work done. It had never been flushed ...they were quick and efficient with a good price. This was my second visit...i am now a loyal customer.

Went and got my back brakes done. Left the shop and my passenger brake start smoking like hell. Took it the next morning and they told me my bearing was smoking & not my brakes when it clearly came from the brakes. . They sent me on my way. Took it to Admiral tire down the street and they confirmed my bearing was fine and jiffy NEVER greased my pins and that was causing major over heating & my rotor to turn blue! Very unprofessional. Even the attitudes of the mechanics were unprofessional. You could hear everything that was said about you from the the garage. I’ve had another experience of them lying to me a few years ago as well. Never again.

I have been at this business before for oil changes and always had exceptional business. Because this situation has been handled appropriately, I will go back to them.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I got there at 3:17pm. They close at 4pm. One car in the bay and the guy wouldnt take me for an oil change... Not impressed!

Got my oil changed and a new filter, they were very helpful... but hated the fact that we needed more than just an oil change, we have an oil leak, amont other issues, but hey one thing at a time....cant afford to fix everything all at once! The oil change was fast enough. Tire rotation was twenty five dollars. They sheared a bolt doing it, and wanted more than a hundred dollars to fix it. Took it to a chain tire store with actual mechanics and got it repaired for substantially less.

Always fast. Friendly. Accommodating. Let me drop car and leave to eat. Dont nickle-and-dime me.

I will never go back there. Their service is terrible and their attitude is even worse!I went there for oil change, after that my car didnt even make to the next traffic lights on kirkwood high way (less than 1 mile) , the engine shut down and all the alarm lights were on.So I went back to Jiffy Lube, they basically told me they didnt know whats wrong and I could not just assume that they messed it up. It was Friday night, they didnt offered me a ride home or told me they were going to take care of the mess. All they said was we didnt know if that was their fault!I had to call the tow truck by myself and took my car to Toyota world. The technicians in Toyota world told me that my car was not the first car that messed up by Jiffy Lube.Finally the diagnostic report showed that Jiffy Lube messed up the air filter and thats why my engine shut down. When I brought the report back to the them and asked them to pay for the bills, their manager DID NOT EVEN apologize to me for all the inconvenience. How RUDE are they!Please read my experience before you go to this terrible place!

Went in to see why my serpentine belt slips off. Mechanic had suggested I needed a replacement. Prior to I informed him that I knew how to install it. Then he offered to do it without informing me of the outrageous price of $100 for 3 minute job. The manager gave a fake account of what happened and backed the guy. You would think Id at least get my windows cleaned and interior vacuumed for that price. Ive had Pep Boys install the serpentine as a courtesy! Thats the last of my hard earned theyll ever get from me.

This company does fraudulent practices! DO NOT GO HERE! 1 year ago I went to another Jiffy location and had them change out my air filter during an oil change. Yesterday my boyfriend took the car to this location to get an oil change while I stayed home w. The baby. During the oil change the brought out to him a filthy air filter and told him it needed to be changed. Not knowing mine was in reality fairly new he went ahead and okayed the service without my knowledge. My air filter was not in need of replacement after just one year. Total SCAMMERS. Will be contacting BBB.

I will not visit this place again, sorry.I have had an oil change here before and it worked fine. Today I visited the place to get my tire fixed (I had looked online in advance and jiffy lube in general does provide tire services but this location apparently doesnt, something that as it appears I found out later)As soon as I get there one of the employees approaches me and asks me to pop up the hood and place my keys at the drivers door which I did. They drive my car in and check engine and cabin filter etc. So far though NO ONE has asked me what I really need. Literally, no one. I need my tire fixed thats why I went there.So far I am like, ok its probably a standard process, thats how they roll. After 4 mins though another employee approaches me and asks me if I want full synthetic oil. At this time I inform him that I do not want an oil change and hes like well, we already drained it!!After a long back and forth of no you asked for one and me saying NO why would I, I did an oil change 2 months ago, full synthetic... the manager decides to refill my oil tank.BTW up to this point I have not authorized any work on the vehicle what-so-ever.So whats the issue here? Did I get my oil refiled for no extra charge? YES I did.My issue here is that I did not want all this, I did not ask for all this and no one acknowledged that they made a mistake here. They actually tried to convince me that it is my fault.So to conclude this. When I visit a shop1)I am not aspiring to fight with employees who dont do their job right, this drama is not and should not be part of my day.2) I dont want anyone working on my car with no authorization (whats next? and obligatory break pad change? no you asked for one etc?).3) In any case, I prefer to stay at any shop for 5 mins more and have someone spending the time to actually ask me what I want. Its called customer service.My life is busy enough to deal with people like this. And guess what: Midas is down the street. You have to wait longer yes, but they are more professional and probably thats why they are busy.Plus they have better prices for oil changes and a complementary tire rotation with full synthetic

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!FRAUDS WORK HERE.Went here for a full synthetic oil change and a transmission fluid drain/fill. Before they did the service, I stated that I had $15 off a full-syn oil change coupon, and 10% off any additional service coupon. The guy at the counter said, and I am quoting him now, Yeah, thats perfectly fine.So, I allowed them to do the two services on my vehicle. After this JiffyLube location completed the work, I went back to the counter to pay, and handed the cashier my two coupons who then said, These arent valid at this location, so I wont accept them. He told me that he wouldnt accept them and that I had to pay the full un-discounted amountor they would call the police for theft of services and have me arrested. So, I paid the full amount .. THEN .. that same cashier at the counter handed me a flyer for my next visit .. WITH .. GET THIS .. coupons for $$$ off my next JiffyLube Signature Full-Syn oil change, AND 10% off my next service!!!!I will NEVER go back to this location ever again!!!I SUGGEST YOU GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION, OR A WHOLE DIFFERENT SERVICE STATION!!!!!!
