Joe, Matt, and the guys at this shop always take excellent care of my car. Ive been in multiple times for different things, some routine, some not, but today they fixed what ended up being a small brake hardware issue without charging me even a dime.For issues big or small, these are the guys I trust to work on my car.

The best customer service experience Ive had in a long time. I talked to Joe and explained everything that was going on and asked to make an appointment. The response was can you bring your SUV in today and leave it and well take a look at it and call you. (Wasnt expecting that) So I dropped it off and in about an hour Joe called and explained everything that they found and the estimate. I gave the approval to fix everything. And at my surprise I received a phone call around 3:30pm that my SUV was finished and could pick it up! The service was phenomenal thanks again!

I change the oil myself on my vehicles, however I ended up with a free oil change coupon for Midas, so I figured I would give it a try. 100% satisfied in and out in less than 30 minutes and the best part they didnt try to up sell me on anything. I highly recommend this location and I will be back.

So awesome. Friendly, got our emergency situation sorted out very quickly. The only — ONLY — downside is that it seems they installed new filters with painfully stinky air freshener in them.Joe Riffle and team were stupendous, though.

Way too expensive. I was stuck so I had to pay but if you have a choice, do not go to any Midas. Staff was nice enough but that doesnt make up for the $130/hr mechanic charge and the extreme markup on parts.They literally charge doctor rates....let that sink in....

Than do a good job on my car

Went in today because my back lights were out. I was seen quickly, and the gentleman ( mgr?) returned quickly telling me that it was a simple fix. Seems wrong type of bulb installed, told me what to purchase next time and he would just take care of it for me. I was so thankful, kindness still exists in this crazy world of ours. Thanks guys! Great help for a loyal customer!

Ok so I took my truck in for tires. I bought 4 brand new tires. They had my truck done so fast I didnt even get to order lunch. The staff was amazing and very funny. The waiting room was quiet and clean with refreshments like chips and waters. Everyone was following covid safety protocols. There was hand sanitizer available and employees had masks on. I left that day very satisfied with my experience. Fast forward like 4 months or so it was time for a free tire rotation. Again same great experience. A man Joe helped me with my tire rotation and it was probably the fastest I have ever seen. He also took it down the road to make sure that I would be safe and everything was done properly. I would 100% recommend this location.

Amazing customer service!

I had an appointment to look at my right rear caliper, they took off all tires and striped out my lug nut in left rear side had to cut my hub cap to remove. Then gave me a estimate for over 1500 to change this that and the other, I told them no way. They charged me for a new lug nut and an hour of labour when I watched them outside for 15 minutes smoking cigarettes and joking around. Real professional.. I was charged 150 dollars for stripping out my lug nut cutting My hub cap off and not fixing my caliper. Very dissatisfied and will never return to Midas and never recommend them to anyone

Took my vehicle in to have it inspected because Id been experiencing some shaking in my tire. After it was just lifted up, the manager came back 10-20 minutes later just to tell me it was fine, he didnt see any suspension work that needed completed, it just needs an alignment. Come to find out from another shop I need a tie rod replaced! I wont be returning to a place that obviously doesnt care to keep their customers safe & actually inspect my vehicle properly!

OMG. This place is a joke. I cant believe it. First of all, I called on Monday and asked about bringing my vehicle in to check a brake line. Matt the manager said bring it in Wednesday. Arrive Wednesday and Matt said, sorry I have two guys off sick. Ill try, but not sure if I can get your vehicle in today.Call Thursday morning and was told they are checking the vehicle out. Hi the mechanic calls and tells me that several lines are bad and they would have to drop the fuel tank and the exhaust Etc,etc. It will be labor intensive. To fix the vehicle it will cost 1500. No way is this possible. I have 2 mechanics that I TRUST Ill take it to.I looked under the vehicle and noticed only one line was leaking fluid. It doesnt take a genius to determine that this shop will take advantage of people that have no idea about cars.

Was out of state when a light came on in my car and the manual directed me to take it in to have it looked at. Spoke to Joe on the phone who was very genuine and sweet even after we decided it would make the most sense to have the car towed home instead of using there service. Were very fast when looking at the vehicle, willing to speak to my dad on the phone to explain the issue and allowed me to stay there until I was able to get picked up. Thanks again Joe for making my bad day more enjoyable!

Good. but always has to take my car back and re fix something

I received a free oil change coupon by participating in a food drive for Chodeats. Redeemed it today. I was very pleased with my service. The manager on duty was very nice. I believe his name is Ronald. I will definitely continue to get my oil changed there.

Had no appt. And they still had me come in before close on a Saturday and changed out one of my tires where I had to replace a rim. They didnt charge me and put it in my car for me. Who does this ??? Midas does!!! I am making an appointment to have my tires aligned and Midas will be my new place... shout out to MIDAS, thank you

Good place to get your car fix or just a oil change

The manager was really nice and professional. I thought they would have to replace a few of my exhaust . But he repaired it. Did a great job. The car sounds new again. Most shops would have tried to talk advantage of us being out of state. Would highly recommend this shop.

Good service! The only thing that bugged me is that they didnt call when my car was done, so after awhile I just decided to stop by and check and it was done. I wish they wouldve called to let me know!

Took my car here to have tires mounted and balanced, and I didnt know just how terrible one could do it. I called to make an appointment, and the manager (I believe his name is Joe but I could be wrong) sounded like me calling him to schedule an appointment was an inconvenience. After having my tires mounted and balanced (pretty badly, honestly) I had a lot of wheel noise and took it back. It took them 30 minutes to get my car looked at waiting for the manager while 3 people stood around doing nothing. I also came to find out later, that they did NOT balance my tires properly. I had to take it to another place down the road, Tire Discounter (which is MILES better and more professional) to have this issue fixed, paying another 50 dollars to fix Midas mistake. Honestly, I didnt think anyone could be this awful and such a simple task. I, and I think anyone else, should never go there since it seems like an inconvenience any time you schedule anything to be done.

Midas is way way over priced and they are sales people they are there to sell you something! Took my vehicle in to get a quote and it was going to be 1500 dollars to get it fixed so I took it to L&F down the road a little past the Honda dealership and he was going to fix it for $600 . So if was searching for a place to get my muffler or anything like that fixed I would definitely go to L&F muffler shop .. they have been around for years and do amazing work .

I do love this shop. Theyve had a hard time with dependable crews over the past couple of years, but now that Joe has come from Columbus as the permanent manager and master mechanic, I have high hopes. Ive been bringing my vehicles here since I moved from up north a few years ago, and its my go-to place for all thing automotive from now on.Welcome home, Joe!

Midas on 79 helped my dad and I when we were in a pinch. It was after hours and I realized that one of his tires was low. Fortunately, even though it was 1 1/2 hours after closing time, they totally helped us out! I thought for sure they would deny us, especially since there were 3 other people in waiting room. It was a quick easy fix and we were treated respectfully, especially when Ive been in their position of having to work OT to keep a good reputation for the company name and keep a job... Still frustrating, lol. After the repair my Dad went to pay, but they told us it was on the house. My Dad still offered a tip even and was denied. Ive got to give those boys props. Great job fellas, and thank you for a very potential disaster later from happening. You all deserve a raise in my opinion and appreciation for your gratitude. Thank you

My visit to Midas was better than expected except for I was there a little early for my 8 amappointment.So we waited until someone came in turned on the lightsand the Open sign was on.We went in and the first question I ask the clerk was are you Matt he replied no Im Joe and he said we are not Open for another 6 minutes.We offered to go back out side and said no your fine.Well Tony my fiance felt like walking out.But we needed to get my vehicle checked out.Joe Riffle never apologized for being rude and never spoke to us again until we were leaving.Matt the assistant Manager was very professional and polite.He did just what we ask him to do and unexplained everything to us where we could understand the problems with our Escape and what needed be fixed first.And we so much appreciate that.That goes a long way.So Joe Riffle did the estimate.Then Matt showed us and we are very pleased withWhat we are looking at.We are on a fixed income but Im sure that we will be able to get the work done.It will baroundad Cheaper than having to replace the Rear end.Thats why we do business with Midas.And when we do bring My Escape in to do this work We want Matt to do the work.We are 200% pleased with Midas then now and Im sure in the future.Our experience hasnt changed because of Joe Riffle.I have been on both sides of the counter on good or bad day and I did not treat customers that way.What Im saying is Joe Riffle is not good for your business or is he qualified to be a manager of your Store but our opinionAnd thanks to your assistant Manager Matt we will continue to do business with Midas Auto Service and Tires.Tires all the way around will be something we are going to need in the future.Yes we are going have the estimated work done on the Escape At Midas as soon as possible.Hopefully by Matt for we trust him We felt he was honest and we also did not feel pressured in anyway.Thank YouSincerely,Sheri BakerYou are#1 with usAnthony PiemonteMy fiance AgreesHe was there with me.We are so excited for the excellent service we recieved at Midas. Had a bad tire. Tried five other shops and none of them would fit me in because they were closing in 40 minutes and didnt want to take the time. My tire was bulging and bald I stopped in here thinking they were open because the sign was on. Even though they were not open, they still changed my tire, which takes a load off of my mind driving down the highway to Columbus and back to Newark everyday. Thank you guys so much, you are the absolute best!

All the guys were so nice, & knowledgeable. When we got there & I didn’t get in at my appt. time Joe apologized, I didn’t mind waiting anyway. He came out to tell me getting my tires rotated was part of the inspection but they didn’t need it but asked if I wanted them anyway. I thought it was nice he let me know. Then Matt seen I had my child with me & offered us the remote to watch Netflix. Joe answered all my questions I had then went & grabbed our rain coats out of the car since it was pouring. Matt opened up our car door so I could get my son in quicker. I always trust taking my car here. They all do great! Amazing customer service!! Thanks guys!

Awesome service and great honesty. This wasnt just with me but also other customers that arrived. Showed what was wrong, and even advised a customer they couldnt resolve the issue and refused to charge for something they couldnt fix. Definitely a breath of fresh air after i was thinking all mechanics only in it for the money.

The staff were amazing here. There was an issue with my online appointment going through to their system but they went ahead and took care of me even though it was getting close to closing time. Thats what I call taking care of your customers. Quick and easy service. Would recommend!

Management has changed. And I have to say that Dan, and Kyle are very good at what they do. Very honest, and respectful to customers, and their needs! They take the time to explain everything, and answer any questions you may have. I will be back if and when the time comes.

Had my rear brakes changed after work before driving home. Made it home before the bottom caliper bolt came out. Hit the brakes and caliper rotates up into my aluminum rim. Really scared up the inside of my rim. Needs replaced now. Simple brake change ended up costing me much more money in the end.

They helped me out during a bad snow storm weekend, and did it as quick as possible. A couple days later I needed new brake calipers and pads and i went there first thing. Was there today. In the revolving crew and manager at this location, Drew is the Absolute WORST I’ve experienced there. He looked miserable and wanted everyone else to feel that way too. He was rude, condescending, obnoxious and completely untrustworthy. They never even looked at my profile. I asked for two things to be looked at then he appears with a long laundry list of items totally almost $4000.00. When I told him my car was here within the past 2 months he gave me a completely obnoxious response.I’ve been a customer at this location for over 15 years. Never went anywhere else because I trusted them. Not anymore.Go somewhere where he’s not. I wish I could make it a lower rating than 1 star. They went from 5 stars to -10, in a flash.

Daniel was honest about what was needed to repair our car. They were able to fix what was critical and didnt try to pressure us into more than we could afford right now. Will go back there again!

I took my car to Midas because I thought it needed front brakes and my car was leaking brake fluid. I brought my car to Midas because i like their adds on tv. I assumed they would friendly and trustworthy. They told me i didnt need front brakes but i did need a brake booster and master cylinder and the repairs would cost over $1000. I dont have that kind of money so they said the will fix the leak so they repaced the brake line and bled the brakes and flushed the lines. I paid them $220 . I got in the car and the brake pedal still went to the floor i barely had any brakes and it was out of brake fluid so they lied to me when they said they fixed the leak. and i questioned did they even bleed the brakes and did add the right amout of fluid.

Tech actually cleared up in my mind what was wrong with my van. I thought it was just the tie rod ends. Nope. Its the rotor, brake pads & calipers. He showed me exactly where the problems are on my van, and why. He also helped me get financing so I could get it fixed right away. Awesomeness!

Where could you call and get great pricing on tires and alignment AND they pick up and deliver your car back to you in record time! The only place I will take my car too. Honest men and very helpful. I get in and out. After having issues and another shop telling me something different was wrong and they would not do an alignment, the guys at Midas fixed what was actually wrong. I will never take my place to a different shop ever again.

I was charged $650 for a Subaru ac condenser that I could have purchased online for at most $250. Avoid these crooks! My insurance company is refusing to pay for the price gauging.

Saturday 10/26/19, after seeing a screw in my brand new tire and after being turned away from an auto repair shop down the road, I went to Midas in Heath, Ohio - panicked.I was met with friendly “hellos” and asked how they could HELP me.After explaining my tire situation, they pulled my car into the bay, looked at my tire and told me HONESTLY the screw had fallen out of the tire, my tire was not damaged and there would be NO CHARGE!Joe, Matt, Scott and the technician TOTALLY took care of me! But more importantly, they eased my stress.They serve the customers FROM THEIR HEART.I will no longer stop at the place I was turned down at and will forever, go to Midas. I highly recommend you do the same! Tell them VO sent you!

We were there on a very busy day, and we were well taken care of.

Had some brake work done early February. The whole work up. Back in today for some exhaust work as well as some noise. They also discovered my drums, recently replaced, were warped. They were able to repair this also under warranty. Daniel the store manager was so kind and truly rocked customer service. Being a banker and working with all sorts of customers daily, I was impressed with his kindness and patience with me. The tech guy today also worked on car in the last and his 7 years plus experience puts any other mechanic to shame ive had. Will be back and recommend to everyone. We needed a tire quickly on our way to a wedding and called in expecting a long wait. Dan helped us out and we were on the road again in 10 min. Highly recommend!Edit: I came in here after a terrible experience at another tire shop and the employees could tell I was having a rough day. The other tire shop in town had balanced my tires, but upon inspection, the tires were still uneven and my car was still shaking terribly. Midas not only fixed the terrible shake, but they balanced my tires for FREE. I had such a great experience here and will continue to recommend them.The employees at this location are top-notch. Car got fixed, seemed pricey for the little work done and it was a very long wait for a short task even with a prescheduled appointment.Edit: Spent almost $400 for two rotors to get put on my car and they go bad in two and a half months; never going back here.
