I needed my tires looked at the same day I found a problem with them, and this place said they could. When I went there, they looked at it right away, and it turned out to be a non issue (just a little deflated), and they didnt charge me and were so nice about it. I highly recommend!

I had to take my car in because the power steering pump had to be replaced.I brought my car here because they work withe Carmax extended warranty and had very good reviews. Doug was very friendly and willing to help. My car was in the shop for a little over a week. When i picked it up everything was fine with the car. The very next day on my home from picking up my daughter and backing up in my drive way, a very strange and loud noise was coming from the bottom of my car. when I got of my car and i looked under a part of my car was on the ground dragging. I had to get it towed back to shop. I was informed that the mechanic that did the job DID NOT tighten the bolts from the part that became loose. I was upset with the situation because it is scary to see something like this especially with children in the car. I understand mistakes happen we are human, however the customer service after the situation was terrible. I was told that I was making drama out of all of this, which maybe to them it seemed that way. They (district manager and store manager) did apologize, however was told things like this happen in the industry. If you are reading this, I am not sure about you, but if they can not double check to tighten bolts and get mad at the customer for complaining says plenty of the character of the business.

Doug and All the mechanics are honest and tell you like it is its very hard to find a reputable mechanic shop these days but I believe I found one good job guys see ya soon

My 2012 GMC Terrain was sent to this location because they work with GWC warranty company. I was told by Doug nothing he could do with my car because of Anti-theft lock, that only a GMC dealer would be able to correct. After not knowing what todo with getting a car that did not run but covered under warranty back, it did sit at this location for a long time but once I was able to obtain my car back I learned that they had it towed away thinking I abandoned a car that I still owe payments on. I had to pay tow/ recovery company over $2,000 to obtain the non- running vehicle back. Now that I have taken my vehicle to a GMC dealer, they let me know that it was in fact an engine issue. My warranty covered any engine issues and this location did not help any with getting that fixed. GMC let me know there was never a anti-theft blockage to fixing this car and now the warranty has expired I had to come out of pocket another $2,600 to have the engine fixed.

This auto went way downhill. I totally agree with the previous review. It appears my engine light came on after they did the first job. I had to bring it bacck 4 tines ...2 times they had to tow it. My husband is handicapped and was made to wait 2 times for hours . The General Manager was is not customer friendly AND has new mechanics in there that dont appear to be competent nor is their work supervised. This is not the end of my complaint. They put us through hell when it appears the problem was created 2 weeks prior with a different job they did on my car. Had t h e nerve to charge me when they should of found the problem in the first place. I intend to pursue this lack of good business practice even though they denied my complaint.

I am a repeat customer for the wrong reason. Was accused of tampering with the work that they performed. Asked if my brakes were fixed and couldnt get a straight answer. The next time I have to spend a couple thousand dollars on maintenance, I will go elsewhere. Unbelievable.

Would give 0 stars but 1 is lowest available.I brought my vehicle in for a coolant leak. I was told it had a bad water pump. After approving the install of a new water pump I picked up my “finished” vehicle. To my surprise I found the tech busted my fan shroud and nobody told me about it. Also, after looking over everything, I found that coolant was still leaking from the original areas. I’ve been back 5 times and they still have not fixed the coolant leak issue. They’re now suggesting I call the dealership since they’re at a loss and can’t figure out the issues. I now have to put more money out for a diagnostic fee from dealership after paying for a water pump that clearly wasn’t the cause of the initial coolant leaks.

Doug and Mat are always very helpful with any service that I receive from them. They treat my vehicle as if it is there personal vehicle. I’m also out of there on time. I would recommend them to anyone for service.

So far theyve been pretty honest and accommodating when it comes to my vehicle. I prefer places like this as opposed to the larger commercial ones. Ill continue to come here.

Buyer beware. Poor quality work and do not back up their “warranty”. Warranty is out of sight. Once you’re out of their sight it’s out of warranty. Strongly advise to find somewhere else to work on your vehicle.

I use this service shop for my vehicle and I like them. I feel they are honest and Im always satisfied with their work. Very friendly staff and they answer all my questions.

If I could’ve selected 0 stars I would have. ...Took my car in for a valve cover gasket replacement and as soon as it was “fixed” that Saturday driving off the lot my check engine light came on. I called that Monday and took it back in to be re-evaluated and they said the part they put on was “faulty” and they would replace it again bc it’s under warranty. Doug said he was going to the back to get my keys and that he’d be right out. Well he took 20 minutes talking to the mechanic and when he came out he didn’t have two words to say to me and anyone who knows Doug knows he never shuts up. Well I drove it home that day and smoke was coming through my AC vents with a horrible burning smell. Luckily I don’t live terribly far from the shop bc when I got home my car had absolutely no oil left!!!! Whatever they did they drained the oil completely and told me it was safe to drive home even though I needed to bring it back that following Saturday. I confirmed twice asking Doug if it was safe to drive until the weekend and he said it wouldn’t be an issue. ...fast forward a few months after allowing them to fix it again, I took my car to another good year auto shop for new brakes and they noticed a leak. It was the valve cover gasket that admiral supposedly “fixed”. This new auto shop confirmed that admiral did not replace a part at all but what they did was use a tube of silicone to mend my original valve cover gasket back together and charged me $350.00!!!!! Thankfully after arguing with admiral I ended up not having to pay to have it replaced again...My car was not leaking oil before I took it to their shop. This was something they said I should get done sooner rather than later and so that’s what I did. Everyone, please don’t go here. Not only is it a waste of money and time but they are not truthful and the worst of it is that they let me drive home when my car wasn’t safe and I gave them multiple opportunities to correct their mistakes. Doug is a loud mouth lying S.O.B who clearly doesn’t care about his customers’ safety or well-being and same goes for the tech(s) who serviced my vehicle. I am not someone who is looking for a cheap deal when it comes to my car. I am happy to pay the going rate for quality work but these people SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

I love Admiral tire! They are thorough and extremely helpful! So far, we have had five tires replaced and an alignment done for our Ford Five Hundred. Everytime we have come to this shop, we have had nothing but A++++ customer service. Keep up the awesomeness, Admiral!

I called this place explained what i needed done and they tell me it was going to be $100. Once they have the car they tell me sorry we cant do this job because we dont have a piece that was missing but they still wanted to charge me $50. Then they come back and say oh we can do the job now but its going to be $200. Are u kidding me. This place does not know how to conduct business and is just trying to get more money out of you. If you dont know about cars...stay away from this place, they will try to trick you.

I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and they managed to incur $1300 worth of damage to my vehicle. Then had the audacity to charge me for the repairs. Do not trust these scam artists. Very dishonest and if I knew more about these scams I would of taken different actions.
