Logan was very thorough from the beginning to end. He brought us options (In multiple of 3 😊) to try on, and explain the benefit of each style, so we know what suits best of our needs. Super helpful with getting me the right size and style of shoe. I had to replace a pair of shoes that I basically ran down to nothing, and they helped with looking up my past purchase with them and getting me a comparable replacement. Really appreciated their service - especially Day, who ran up and down the stairs to the stock room to seek out the last pair in all black. Plus you can give them a test run and bring them back if needed. Some things you shouldnt buy sight unseen online, and thats running shoes. Thanks again for making my shopping experience easy and fast!

Great experience sneaker shopping at the store yesterday. Worked with Dante-- he could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and fun to work with! We each ended up w great shoes and inserts. The store was also super good about COVID rules and monitoring the # of people in the store to stay compliant. Honestly, you can’t find a better running shop. The staff here is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Courtney, who helped me out, was full of information, didn’t try to up-sell me. She just sold me the shoe that would work best for my workout habits and physical needs.

Horrible customer service. I went to look for a pair of sneakers the gentleman helping me left me to cater to a white woman , he truly ignored the fact I was there, so make a long story short if you are white they will bow down to your feet if you are Hispanic they will ignore you and act as if you don’t even exist.

The staff is extremely knowledgable. Dante and Andrew were very professional and pleasant. Andrew gave excellent suggestions. Dante was able to explain the difference between the sneakers. These young men were a tag team and made me feel like I was special. Ladies if you have flat feet I suggest going to Jack Rabbit and have these knowledgable young men guide you.

I walked into this location today, met a nice girl (Ariel) who helped me with the type of shoes I was looking for. I was in so much foot pain and suffering from a month or 2 with plantar fasciitis. She had me place my foot on a CurRex foot disc board to get an imprint of my foot to check my arches. From there she told me what insoles would be best for me. She also made me try on the type of shoes that will be best for me and recommend others for the type of arch I have. I left the store smiling. My feet were smiling and I was really happy that I walked into the store today. I highly recommended this location.

They didnt have my size, but called other stores to find it. Like that they have a treadmill and let you run in all the shoes. Expected staff to be more knowledgeable but the experience was acceptable. Great sale prices. Liked the evaluation. Staff was patient and willing to let me try on a bunch of shoes for the right fit.

Knowledgeable sales people who not only sell the product, but understand the sport and are runners themselves. Very helpful. Great selection. Also a good place to participate in weekly group runs if you are in town for an extended stay. Several locations throughout the city.

The event for Hoka One One was well organized. However the community run didnt feel like a community run as the pacer sped off and didnt even check to see if all the runners were following. Misleading community run not organized well and only one pacer no sweeper.

Single serving power gels and sport nutrition of all types. You can mix and match and just try new flavors without buying a pack. This is only possible in a specialty store like this.

G was great. We came in with a lot of questions and he had all the answers. Helped us pick the correct running shoes from our gait test and explained it all to us in detail.

I came here excited to buy a new pair of running sneakers but left empty handed because they did not have the style I wanted in stock, but more importantly because I did not have a very welcoming experience. The sales associate who was helping me seemed very judgmental which made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked him when he thought the shoe will come back in stock he just said I dont know and didnt even offer to check or place an order online for me. Due to this experience I will probably not return back here and will just order a pair of brooks online, which is a shame since this place has a great set up and is just a few blocks from my apartment.

JackRabbit has always been a tremendous neighborhood resource for runners; truly a runners running store, and run by runners. Come here first for personalized service by someone whose been around the block a few times and knows what really works for serious runners. Dont be lulled into a big flashy one-brand store up the street run by corporate geeks.

I met a gentleman by the name of Kent at this location who introduced me to the brand Brooks. He was more than helpful and did not try to convince me to purchase anything else. He was informative and helpful all the way through and I connected with him. Jack Rabbit is an amazing store and I am glad my friend recommended it to me. I needed new sneakers because my IT band was killing me after long runs and Kent certainly helped me with that. Ever since I bought the sneakers that were best built for my running posture, I have not had pain through my IT band and this would not be possible without Kent. Hes an expert!

Was there today with my daughter and was completely ignored by the staff. Stood around for a good 15 minutes. When I decide to leave a female staff member asks “Are you being helped?”. I just kept walking, I guess I didn’t fit the description for “regular” customers in that area. I had previously been to the 14 street store and received excellent customer service. I’ll be going back to that store to purchase my running shoes.

I just had the BEST experience with Meredith! She had me run on the treadmill for a few seconds, tested my arc and in a short time I was out the door with a new pair I absolutely love. She even checked online to offer me more colors than what they had in store and offered to ship to my house for free. Thank you for your patience, Meredith! If you’re a newbie runner like me, go into Jackrabbit and get help from someone that knows their stuff. Don’t spend hours reading reviews online— what works for one person may not work for you.Highly recommend this store!

Ask for Darrelle, He is very knowledgeable. He hooked me up with everything I needed, and made sure it was right for me. I have high arches so needed a little more support. Legs, and feet felt better before I had even left the store.

I bought my hoka shoes 160 dollars plus tax. If you have fascitis plantar or espolón calcáneo You have to wear this kind of shoes. They have asics gel nimbus too. Many great kind of shoes.

I have no knowledge of anything related to running, and just wanted a good pair of shoes so that I could start running comfortably. The staff was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. They had me run on the treadmill for about 40 seconds to see what kind of shoes I needed, then brought me a selection based on shoe type. I think I probably spent about 20 minutes in the store.

What a great experience. I had Mike as my sales associate and he was so great. He was so personable and even changed out the neon green laces that I could not stand to white. He is the reason why people would only shop at specialized stores like this. I will NEVER go to Foot Locker again.

I have been waiting to buy fuel and socks for 20 minutes. Only two people on the floor and I got to hear the staff make a joke about Native Americans. Definitely not the same place since it was bought out. Such a shame.

This is a horrible company to buy with. I received a gift card for Christmas to buy some running shoes from here and i was not allowed to purchase my shoes in the store, I had to over the internet. They are still working in the Stone Age, couldn’t order to pick up in store and website kept malfunctioning. I would never give them business again.

Ordered online, received order confirmation then five days later order was cancelled because they could not reach me to confirm my order.Customer Service was rude, unapologetic and could not be bothered to help me reorder.I will never do business with JackRabbit. Shoebacca and Zappos have better selection and better customer service.

I was bothered by Planters Faciatas for months, until I returned to the Running Company for a replacement pair of running shoes. I was waited on by a lovely young woman, named Emily. She sold me two pairs of size ten and a half shoes. I was very unsure of this sales person who was still in high school; I had been a nine and a half all my life. The story has a happy ending. My foot problems disappeared and have stayed gone for three years. Emily did what a podiatrist and $500 orthotics couldnt.

I called Jack Rabbits customer service and spoke with Jessica. I found out that I knew just a little more than her about one of your Garmin activity trackers. Jessica assured me that the Garmin Vivoactive with HRM did NOT include a chest strap - so I ordered it. When I received it, sure enough it had a check strap - which I do NOT want. Called Jack Rabbit, and who do I get the second time - Jessica. I decided to go with the newest Garmin Vivoactive HR at $249.99, and Jessica said she would take 10% off ($24.99) from the price. Unfortunately, when she went to process the $24.99, she must have imputed $249.99 because my order was cancelled (without my authorization - I want this watch!). I called yesterday, and spoke with Quincy who helped me reprocess this order or the Garmin Vivoactive HR. I told her I needed this ASAP because I need to learn how to use it before I leave on a hiking vacation next week, so she was kind enough to use expedited ship, but said she could only give me credit for $20 now and would process the extra $12.99 towards the $32.99 expedited ship charge later on the back side). She also said she would talk with Jessica to get me 10% off ($24.99) because she again messed up and inconvenienced me. Well, I received my confirmation (20011203) and paypal was charged, but no 10% off or $12.99 credits. SO, I sent an email today, and a gal, Robin sent a response, apologizing, and processing the credit of $36.99. Why do I have to do so much work to buy merchandize. I know Jessica needs some more training, and Quincy dropped the ball. Thanks to Robin for taking some action. I am either a fool to continue trying to buy this tracker from Jack Rabbit, or its a sign that I shouldnt have this tracker. We will see - once I get it, I am done with this company

Not the greatest customer service but ok. Selection is great with many options for runners and athletes.

One hour and a half to get shoes. I requested the analysis and wish I hadnt. 4 members of staff only one that helped and was actually working the rest were just faffing about. I felt bad for the one guy who was actually working. He was incredibly helpful so I feel bad for giving the one star but people need to know what to expect.
