Great store to find all your needs

Omg! I love this store they have so many things you can possibly need for your home and more! There are 3 floors filled with furniture, appliances, decor, cleaning product, clothes and so much more. Escalators and elevator are available. Street parking mostly easy, but you have to pay meters or just go on a Sunday. Just a few pics of curtains as this is what I was shopping for (3rd floorl!

UNFORTUNATELY NOT, NOTHING FOR CHILDREN. PRICES CANT BE BEAT. I ENJOY GOING THERE ....THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. They always have things I need

I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone when it comes to buying a mattress. On Friday 11/2018 an associated suggested we go there to American Outlet. Friday November 9, we pick a set of mattress. It was Delivered on Saturday Noverber 10. The bed was soft but on Wednesday November 14. The mattress . began to sink in the middle of the bed and became hard and uncomfortable which also caused pain in my back,legs,and neck . We called and went back to the store on Friday November 16th . We talked with the lady Anna who kept showing us mattress which still had the wirer coming out. The mattress I selected lady in the store who is Anna stated it will cost me a 100.00 more and I agreed but I disagreed with another delivery fee. I agreed to this but a man can out the office and changed the price and made it higher. He appeared to wanted to get more money from me or to convenience me to keep something that is damaged. After we went back and forth about the prices. I reminded him of the policy he has in the front of the store which says that you can get a refund within 25 days . I had this damage item for 5 days. He refused to refund the item or agreed to the price that was quote before he arrived. The services was bad and the policy they have isnt respected. The are miss advertising their merchandise and robbing the customers . if you feel that you want a place to trust spending your money do not go there. I feel they didnt have concern for an elderly woman whos in a wheelchair .

I love the pots and pans, detergents, everything else is cheaply made extremely low quality and always getting stares from employees with the behavior that youre going to steal from them. Very unwelcoming.

I always find what Im looking for

Its a heat wave outside and with all the money this store makes, there is no air in the store. I just finished purchasing a sofa set, I was there looking for curtains, and almost past out from heat exhaustion. Customers should not have to shop in those conditions. The employees were withering away. Someone is going to pass out and possibly pass away. The 3rd floor heat level is insane, I will be reporting the work conditions to 311/ the labor department and then some.Unhealthy environment is 🗣😡

This place has horrible customer service. If you have issues with a payment all of a sudden nobody speaks english. If i could just give it no stars i would. The employees are VERY disrespectful also and they dont get in trouble for it. They lead you all the way to the other store Jacks to speak to somebody who isnt even in charge. They lie and try to treat you like your dumb. The people saying this place is great obviously was paid to do so.

Well, the place is like Bed, Bath and Beyond, but without the high-end home goods and it can be both good had and ugly, but if you look through the rough, you can find gems.In Manhattan, it is hard to find cheap stores and compared to BBB and Target, you can find soaps, appliances, curtains, rugs, clothes and holiday goods all in one spot with good prices.

Horrible store, horrible staff.I went in to exchange some clothes. No one was at the entrance and I wasnt informed that I needed a ticket from the door watcher. The manager didnt let me do my exchange and then went on to proceed that maybe I stole the items in my bag.NEVER will I be buying from this store again.
