My favorite store, I am hurt because the are closing. I know there are other stores however I was always going there, would go on there looking for 2 items and come out with 2 huge bagsIt made me and the clerk laugh I would show my list and purchase other things that wasnt on my list. American Outlet has great prices and QUALITY items. They have EVERYTHING. I was like a kid in a candy store.😊

I used to go there alot years ago. But ever since my car n Wal-Mart n other big businesses i havent been there until today. So many years later. Got a tree and a bunch of Christmas things for a good price. Just make sure you check those lights before leaving the store.

This store has a good household variety for a decent price. Good quality stuff if you know how to shop. The manager has been there for years and is very down to earth.

The Dominican people who work the front of the store do not wear mask!!! They are not helpful, store looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. They follow you around like if you are a theif.

The Peoples that work there are nice but there was a mice the other day running, I think that is not healthy.

Terrible customer service . Bought furniture here and it broke within two months of buying it. Then went back again and they lied and made mistakes so we canceled our furniture order. I used to shop here frequently but after what they did I wont be stepping inside this specific American outlet again. They didnt even appologized for they mistakes either just got a nasty attitude .. remember customers are who keep your buisness running. Without us buying stuff at your store you wouldnt even have a store or be able to keep up with the stores rent and employees checks.

I wont recommend no one to shop there, bought a piece of furniture and the arm rest was not put up.Their bathroom so filty.Inspectors need to pay them a visit plus some of their staff are so arrogant and lied about client services.Thats what makes it #unrecommended.
