Ive been a customer for more than 15 years- not a big ccustomer but I stop in or send someone in z few times s month for little things and my annual calendar book. Just good solid helpful I think, family business. I respect them and their courteous service.

Only five stars because this is the maximum amount of stars you can give. Great selection of fine pens and pencils. If you need office supplies and fine pens, this is the place to go. They also have great prices, so I would definitely recommend buying your office supplies in bulk from Jasons. They also do premium quality, custom-made signs among other services. In addition to the great products that you cannot find any where in one single place, they provide great service and product knowledge.If you work in an office, you have to stop by!

I have been coming here for years when I visit my NYC office.

Extensive pen and stationary store. Staff was very helpful. I had called to make sure they had a particular refill, and since they were busy they asked to call me back. Prompt response, great service and products. And in reference to the other review, this store is definitely still open.

Extensive inventory, fantastic staff, and it seemed to me that they really know what theyre talking about. Coming from the south, I definitely wasnt expecting everyone to be so personable, but I was very pleasantly surprised. 5/5 would shop again

Small but nice selection at this women-owned store. Best of all.... The fountain pens; theres a huge selection at different price points. They also have a good selection of gel and ball point pens

These guys are great. We needed a specific Avery label for a project and although it was not a stocked item, they were able to get it for us by the next morning. Excellent customer service; I will definitely be going back.

I dont understand why this result does not show up on Google search which is why google sucks. Google only shows a business if that business gives Google money. Shame. In any even this is one of the last stationary store in Manhattan where you can buy a real pen, a daily planner thats efficient and see a Public notary.

Fountain Pen Store. Excelent.

I called two days before to see if they had a particular document in stock.I get there today...the first person overly aggressive in his words. Directs me to the back, but as soon as I turn to go where he directed....theres a HUGE DOG in front of me.NOT EVERYONE IS AN ANIMAL PERSON!!!!!!!! And should have been told im in zoo vs a stationary store. He moves the dog and I proceed to the back where 3 men are sitting. I tell them what I need and they tell me to look in the drawers. Everything is filed by numbers...so WHAT EXACTLY AM I SUPOOSED TO DO??? GO THROUGH EACH MANILLA ENVELOPE UNTIL I FIGURE OUT WHAT YOUR NUMBERS MEAN???? THATS customer service???They the nerve to say they the only one to sell what they have....NO...YOU ARE NOT...ON TO THE NEXT STORE....Absolutely disgusting.....I run a business...dealing with your kind will NEVER BE TOLERATED!!!!!
